The store is stocked with unique and good quality pet gear you can’t find anywhere else. I was buying dog shoes because the snow and salt is very harsh on my dogs paws in the winter. Sounds simple but figuring out dog shoe sizes turned out to be a very difficult process. Thankfully Rachel and Stephanie were so very helpful! They sent me many pictures and recommendations before I was sure I was buying the correct size for my dog. They also offer international shipping which is great for customers in Canada. The package was packed very well and my dog shoes arrived in perfect condition. Thank you! I will definitely shop here again for pet supplies :)

AMAZING! Staff is helpful and so friendly. This store has now become our destination for everything we need for our cat. We bought an amazing backpack carrier and some unique bison heart treats, we are so amazed at the selection of QUALITY food and treats at this place. Support a small DTLA business, SHOP LOCAL, AND SAY NO TO BIG PET STORES!

I no longer work in downtown, so I don't get to come here as often as I'd like. That being said, I still make the trip for special occasions. Most recently, I went to pick up a new sweater for my dog! He gets very cold, and this place carries stuff from "Charlie's Backyard" who makes my favorite dog fits. They have also great fresh treats that he loves, and the service here is always super kind. They let my dog try the sweaters on, so I know he'll be comfy when we head out the door.

The lady that was there was very knowledgeable. She actually knows about dogs not just someone that has opened a pet business to profit. She has great food that doesn't contain corn. This actually impressed me a lot. Because corn is just a filler ingredient in dog food. Dogs can't digest corn👍👍👍👍👍 Finally there is someone running a pet store that is actually very knowledgeable and knows what they are doing. Awesome store !!!!!! And your dog that greeted me was such a friendly one. You've also done a great job training your dog

The only place I️ get my dog food. It’s convenient in DTLA. And they validate for parking in the next door structure for 20min. Also very friendly staff and the points from they rewards program rocks!
