I purchased a Heiniger Opal dog clipper from PetStore Direct and I have to say their customer service is top notch and their packaging and products are high quality. I loved my purchase and they delivered it on time as per my expedited shipping I requested. The clipper came with two batteries, one charger, clipper oil, and clipper brush as well as a blade. Definitely check them out for all your grooming needs!

I could spend hours in there .. they have it all for professional groomers or dog lovers who groom their own dogs They carry every major name brand of shampoo conditioners sprays scissors brushes combs bows … they have it all they ship everywhere too … check them out online or in person

I wanted to give a 5 star review. They seem like they care about your business. But I was missing part from the tub and table I ordered. I cannot use either one and as each is missing a foot. I've talked to them multiple times and even submitted photos per their request, as if I was lying about missing feet to a table and tub! Still no new feet, even tho they said they would ship them out immediately.

Exceptional customer service. Victoria spent over an hour to help me select products I need for home grooming as a beginner. She has been really helpful and patient answering my many questions. She even compiles a list of everything I need for me. Impressed with their great customer service!
