The team here are just so kind and highly educated on a vast array of creatures. The compassion and pride they take in there work, while serving customers and handling the unexpected with The utmost professionalism!! I was blown away with the communication between staff, from growing to register to aquatics ....these members work together seamlessly and are readily available.... It's not the kind of store where you have to wander around forever.....Trying to find somebody to get you crickets...lol....

Price high but if mistake management will honor and allow to add more. The three times I have always gone there is a small problem. I had problems with grooming major problems but the charge was the same I have no intention of going back. I prefer to be called not charged and left waiting for hours and only getting a wash then they did discount to the special price but I did not feel good. I had called to check on things but no response until checking out. The cashier was nice I had planned on some accessories like a doggie bag and treats but was disappointed and left. I would not recommend it too much I think years ago we did pretty well at Petco but these few times I don't think I will go back others may like.

I definitely recommend this place for pet grooming. They always take really good care of our Maltichon and always go above and beyond. Happy with the service they provide and thanks to Maddie!!

We were in town for a work trip, I called and they got my dog in within an hour for a bath and brush appointment. My dog has a strawberry collar and leash that she wears all the time and she came back with a strawberry bandana that matched her! It was so cute and I appreciated it so much :) There was definitely thought put into it and it made me so happy!

Good Customer Service after being noticed. Knowledgeable staff on aquatic requirements for water animals. Willing to engage over sales.

At times we come here to look for something and never end up purchasing anything due to how expensive everything is in this store. Nothing has changed went in again for something we searched online first and then went to look here so we didn't have to wait for shipping but will wait because the item was twice as much so we ordered it online from someone else.

This Petco is sorely lacking in supplies in the animal care/medication section. Many of the parts on the shelves in this aisle were completely bare. This was surprising considering it is a pet supply store. I did not go into any other part of the store to rate the other sections.
