Products are fine but the sales associate lady was rude, barely providing help and very dismissive. I’m confused about this behavior because she definitely spent a good time helping out an older white male customer before me very attentively. Throwing around the product I asked to see on the table, running out to catch the previous customer for whatever reason without any explanation in the middle of our conversation. Will not be returning Btw the other male sales associate with glasses was great, just didnt have bandwidth to help.

Wonderful gentlemen apparel and absolutely Beautiful store. So many perfect attentions to detail for client experience of seating, fitting room areas and the bar offering. Classic, sophisticated and immaculate. Wonderful, attentive and knowledgeable staff.

I received dress shirt for valentines day from my wife 200$ with defective sleeve, send pictures to customer service and all I got was If I don't have a receipt there is nothing they can do about it. Not something I would expect form any higher priced stores. BAD customer service Plenty other places to spend 200$ on a shirt

Staff is always very friendly and gets to know their customers. Great a making suggestions or bringing options that fit well. Cannot say enough great things about this team and store.

Rude employees went into the store with my son who wanted one of their jackets and I was going to purchase it for him for a gift. Walked out because of your rude employees

Terrible customer service. Lost the order in the mail, said it would be replaced, then said it was out of stock. Was probably never sent.

Putting aside the Millar merchandise, which I think is a really good quality / cost proposition, I've had great experiences with both David and Ian. They are thoughtful, responsive and care about the customer experience. 5 stars!
