Great variety of burgers, sides and drinks. Bartender was probably the most efficient. Server was friendly but had to be called over to order - literally saw someone leave because no one came to take his order.

All Peter Pane restaurants are offering a brilliant service with friendly and kind staff, and this one is no exception. Dog-friendly and very comfortable. Their sweet potato fries and parmesan sauce are finger licking delicious. A lot of vegeterian and vegan options. Cool cookie is a great dessert option.

Peter Pane might be a chain, but it’s definitely a standout, especially with its prime location near Berlin Central Station. The ambiance is fantastic, and the convenience of being so close to the station makes it an easy choice. The food and beer are both reasonably priced and delicious—absolutely no complaints here. The burgers are fantastic, and they have a great selection of vegan options as well, which is a big plus. The place is clean and well-kept, making it perfect for either lunch or dinner. Oh, and let’s not forget the extensive cocktail menu—they’ve got something for everyone!

The food here is excellent and the location is superb. However, for two people the portions were way too big, we should have ordered half as much! Despite this we thoroughly enjoyed our burgers. The price point was a bit expensive but fair considering the quality of burgers you're getting. I would love to return and try some of their custom menu items.

Stopped here for a quick dinner on a work trip. The venue has quite a large selection of food. I ultimately went for the Onion Jack and it was a great choice! Big, tasty and in general really good , of course it went great with a beer. The staff was also really nice, helpful and professional. The venue is quite easy, not too big and with a nice vibe, nothing too pretentious.

This branch of Peter Pane is located directly near the main station of Berlin. The staff there are friendly and make you feel comfortable, providing amazing service. Now, coming to the food, it's a burger restaurant with fine dining quality, which is quite rare. Their burgers are exceptional, and their fries are a dream. They maintain very high hygiene standards, and you can feel how organized they are. The lady managing the restaurant is Lebanese, very gentle and active, with a smile on her face, giving the place its vibes. I will definitely visit again, and I highly recommend it.

Good was good. Not an American burger but pretty good. Service was good. We chose because of convenience but found it a very nice place to eat.

Very nice staff, great service - maybe the worst burger I've had in memory. They only come well-done. I've had a better burger on an airplane in economy class. The sweet potato fries were good.

Very rude and unfriendly staff and long waiting time for food. Order process took long. The waiter was pushy to sell cocktails. After 40 minutes we didn't had food. We reminded the waiter but he didn't showed any respect to it. We waited another 15 minutes. Once the food came it was cold. He also served the wrong food. He was cleaning a table next to us when we reminded him about the wrong dish. He didn't show any respect to our complaints. Again we asked him for the right food. After that the waiter came to us and was very offensive. He attacked with sharp and insultive words. He also was standing next to us closely which was threatening. We never expected in any other place in the world that someone treated us like that. We felt insulted, humiliated and threatened.

I was taking a train out of the Berlin central station, and I was craving a burger so I found this place on yelp. I must say as soon as I placed the order, and when I asked for the burger to be cooked medium when he replied that all the burgers come well-done, I really should have known right then and there that this was probably going to be a not so good experience. Sure enough, once I got the burger I realized why you can't order it medium, its because its a (very) thin burger patty. On top of that, the taste and quality were also not good. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this place. I basically ate the bun and fries. I was surprised to see people coming in, so people must like the place. I guess if you want a fast food type burger (which is then overpriced) then this place might be ok for some, but for those looking for a gourmet type burger with some substance this is just not the place for you.

We were staying in the Ibis hotel next door and looking for a good place for lunch. This was such an unexpected gem -- a great beer and burger place! Very nice decor, casual atmosphere with a lot of indoor seating plus outdoor sidewalk seating. My son is vegan and to our delight (and my relief) there were several vegan burger options on the menu. There are also vegetarian options and breadless options. In addition to endless topping options, you choose the type of bun you want. We both got the wheat grain bun and it was so good. The bun had just the right amount of substance and tasted liked it had been baked that morning. The lunch "meal" option comes with a large side salad, a hot drink or a beer, and a bottled water. It was excellent deal.

A great place for an upscale burger! Due to one size, they only cook the burgers well done. Don't let that stop you however, peter pane has many selections to include vegan and bunless burgers. I forgot the name of the burger I got, but it had fried onions, bbq sauce, tomatoes, and I even through some fries on top. French fries were fresh, crispy and as always, great for sides. Get the Peter Pane meal after 1700. It's the price of your burger plus a cocktail or beer with fries. Very affordable and delicious choice for a first night in Berlin.

Never though I would find an awesome gourmet burg/fires place in Berlin! Organic ingredients, awesome sauces/sides/soups, great customer service. Greta layout and décor, sitting inside or out. We went here 3x on the trip, highly recommended

Came in here yesterday for a quick lunch since I was staying at the Ibis hotel next door. Was happy to learn they had vegetarian options for a burger joint. Ordered the lunch menu with the classic vegetarian burger. Comes with fries and a large drink. Burger was quite average. Just a vegetarian patty and a slice of tomato and lettuce. I understand I chose the classic vegetarian burger from the set instead of their fancy €9 ones about was disappointed with the patty itself. Stingy on the quantity of the fries with the set. Service was OK.

The decor is very fun in this place. However, the burger patty is extremely thin and dry. We also ordered nachos, and stale Doritos with cold nacho cheese were delivered. Very overpriced. With so many nice restaurants in Berlin, this place is a no go.

not a great experience but food was ok..staff made a mistake with order and was kind of rude about it. staff made an unkind remark about our group we felt offended.
