Petersons Armidale Winery & Guesthouse

We had a wonderful time at Petersons. The rooms were comfortable. Althoigh the TV at room 2 was not functioning. The food was delicious. A big shout to the chef, Nicky Nelson, who prepared our meal with passion. The next morning, we had great fun at the vineyard and wine tasting.

A delightful stay during which we were completely indulged and did not want to return to real life. All aspects of the stay were great, we particularly enjoyed our wine tasting experience at the house after arriving too late for cellar door. The dinner was just fabulous - we went the 3 course and lovely Petersons wine to accompany at a very fair price. Breakfast was also excellent. Can't ask for better than that and can't wait to return for a longer stay.

Lovely room in beautiful setting. The group of overbearing loud patrons at dinner and breakfast is out of their control. The evening meal was amazing food and excellent value for money.

Wonderful place to stay would recommend to all my friends. Staff were amazing and helped with any enquires. The food was amazing and well priced, you definitely get what you pay for.

Day trip, accommodation looks very nice. We were shown through 2 of the rooms and the dining areas. Great little venue to relax and unwind in the gardens with a wine and platter. Had a tasting, purchased some wine and muscat.

Lovely gardens but felt very unwelcomed went to return glasses and buy bottles of wine but doors was locked behind us would of liked to go back inside there was a bell to ring at other door but that must be there way of doing things

What a find. This was booked as a stop for a night, while on a road trip. It ended up being a highlight..We had dinner and breakfast onsite plus a wine tasting. Drinking a lovely Petersons Shiraz by the fire, a great Way to end our holiday..An extra night would have been perfect..

Can’t recommend highly enough. Stayed one night and had a wonderful dinner and was delighted by the whole experience. The guesthouse is lovely and grand; it was like staying in an Agatha Christie novel, without the murder! The food was generous, the wine delicious and the cooked breakfast terrific. The staff too were excellent and friendly. Handy to all the attractions in the Armidale area, and worth a visit in its own right.
