"Johnston’s Bronze Art Foundry Among the last things you might expect to find on a tropical island would certainly be a bronze casting operation using a 5,000-year-old lost wax-casting technique. So you may be surprised to find exactly that operating out of Pete’s Pub &Gallery in Little Harbour. The bronze foundry has been used by three generations of the Johnston family, and it’s the only one of its kind in the Bahamas. The bronze sculptures made here have been displayed from Nassau to the Vatican. Visitors can peruse the art pieces on display and watch new ones being created."

Great spot! Friendly bar service and plenty of seating with a view. Our group was getting bit up from the noseeums and staff brought out bug spray and lit the sternos which completely helped. It was sushi night so we got one of every option and they were all very good! Gift shop had lots of cute options but like most places it was quite pricey for clothing (eg womens tank starting at $60). Overall we had a great time here and the live music singer also had a lovely voice.

Definitely worth a visit! 🌟 The restaurant has beautiful views 🌄 and vibrant decor 🎨. The food was delicious and well-prepared 🍽️😋. Right next to it, the gallery showcases impressive artwork 🖼️ and includes a small boutique with unique clothing and accessories 👗🛍️.

The best part of staying in Little Harbor (besides the people) is Pete’s Pub. Visiting my friend here and knowing this is her local hang out- I was at home the moment I stopped in for my first bite. It’s hard not to find something you like any day of the week- but the specials are always incredible and worth trying. Quality ingredients, friendly service, clean, and what my beach bar dreams are made of. By land or by sea, you should definitely come by and stay awhile!

Amazing, fun, remote. Pete’s pub was not seriously affected by the last big hurricane. It holds an older Bahamians kinda feel. The home made hummus is great as well as the mahi gyro. I’ve been here for over a week and can say that Pete’s pub is the best restaurant in town. Check their times as they are not open some days of the week. Be sure to keep an eye out for the many green sea turtles that call the harbor home.

We first found Pete's Pub and Gallery on a chartered snorkeling trip and had so much fun we returned with our rental boat a few years later. The drinks were good but we were all super happy with the food options. The pub is in between a rough rocky beach and a calm harbor and makes for beautiful views and things to do around the pub other than eat and drink. We are already planning our third return for our trip in May.

The food was just mediocre. We tried a few different fish dishes and a roasted turkey dish (it was the Thanksgiving) and it was just all right. At the checkout though, they make you leave at least 18% tip. You have no choice. Really?

This is a must see if you are in the area! Great peaceful harbor, good food, great friendly service!! Walk down the path behind the bar to see the Atlantic and "throw you cares away" as we were advised during our charter briefing.
