Hotel Tres

"Who knew that Scandinavian design could look so terrific under the full-strength Mediterranean sun? The clean, modern decor of this 41-room Swedish-owned hotel in the Old Town of Palma de Mallorca stands up to major rays, thanks to dark-blond streamlined furniture, ponyskin-covered ottomans, mocha-limestone bathrooms, and a sublime rooftop terrace with teak decking, a plunge pool, chaise longues, and drop-dead views of Palma’s cathedral. Thoughtful details include heated towel holders, a tasty room-service menu, a superb breakfast buffet, a sauna, and a bar/lounge with books. The stylish multilingual staff are charming, and the location on a quiet pedestrian street is perfect."

Petit Palace Hotel Tres, a Design Boutique Hotel Palma, Spain

"The Hotel Tres boasts an unbeatable location at the heart of the historical centre of Palma de Mallorca, the capital of Majorca. Housed in a former palace dating from the 16th century, the Hotel Tres combines stylish contemporary and traditional Majorcan decor. The hotel’s bedrooms and communal areas are spacious, decorated in bright colours, and boast plenty of natural light. Enjoy the magnificent views of the city, including the spires of the cathedral, from the hotel’s terrace. You can relax there with a drink, or soak up the sun during the summer months. Grab a light snack, or a more hearty meal in the hotel’s bar bistro. In the evening you can have a drink in the onsite bar with family or friends." - My Boutique Hotel (en)

Petit Palace Hotel Tres (Mallorca, Balearic Islands) 7 Hotel Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"One of Palma de Mallorca’s most stylish hotels brings to this Spanish Gothic town an infusion of bright Scandinavian modernism. This Swedish-owned boutique spans the centuries, a sixteenth-century mansion and a Sixties apartment block joined together, the interiors renovated and redecorated in an utterly contemporary twenty-first-century style, leaving in place the beamed ceilings and central courtyard of the original house." - Tablet Hotels

We just had the most amazing stay here and honestly can barely fault it. The location is absolutely ideal, really easy to get from the airport (we took an uber at around £40 but would recommend the A1 bus! We did this on the way back for 5 euros each, they run regularly to and from the airport). You’re right in the heart of old town just across from the cathedral, with incredible views of it from the rooftop. The rooms are clean and well equipped, and we found the basic small room to be big enough! It was very quiet as well. The breakfast selection is very similar each day but there was enough choice. The star of our stay was Allan, we can’t thank him enough for being so welcoming, informative and helpful. He’s the main reason for our 5 star review!! What a treasure he is. We really feel we found a gem with this hotel and would highly recommend! The only room for improvement we feel would be a little bit of TLC to the rooms (there’s no headboards for example so the walls are looking a little tired there), and there’s just the odd bit of maintenance needed here and there but this absolutely didn’t detract from our stay at all! We wouldn’t hesitate to come back, we’ve had the best time.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tres. The location is hard to beat just minutes from the cathedral, the harbor, and great food / drink. Both the rooftop pool with views of the cathedral and water and the courtyard are very pleasant areas to relax. Staff was friendly and helpful getting us checked in and providing recommendations. The complimentary breakfast was great and a nice addition to our accomodations. The one knock is that the beds aren't super comfortable and the rooms are fairly small. However, the bathrooms are in good shape and large relative to the room. This wasn't an issue as we were more interested in exploring than spending time in our room. Overall, the hotel is well maintained, in a great location, and reasonably priced for the quality of stay. Would recommend.

This little hotel in the heart of Palma is an absolute gem! The property is so cute, cozy, and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be more perfect. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable.||||We arrived very early, and they happily stored our bags—and even held luggage for family members who weren’t staying at the hotel but had a flight later that day. On the morning of our own early departure, they had breakfast prepared for us and even arranged a cab that was waiting right as we stepped outside.||||Every interaction with the team was welcoming, helpful, and genuine. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough—it made our last night in Palma extra special!

This boutique hotel is perfectly located (close to harbor, close/within old town, convenient connections by bus, taxi, walking to train stations and other hubs). 13 min car ride to/from airport when there is no traffic. Great breakfast buffet, lovely staff. Wonderful relaxing on the rooftops with pool/hot tub and awesome aerial views. Quiet, clean rooms.

What a fantastic stay at Petit Palace Hotel Tres! The location is unbeatable, but what truly stood out was the amazing team. Gualina greeted us with a big smile and kindly helped with our luggage all by herself, while Alaan took the time to help us plan and explore Palma with great local tips, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. They made our stay truly special!

The hotel is in a great location walkable to everything and plenty of great restaurants nearby. What separates this hotel is the staff they went above and beyond in making us feel special and helping with anything we needed. Would highly recommend here!
