We stayed here in March this year, we had arrived in Valencia by train and this hotel is literally 5 mins walk from the station. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Ruzafa. The old town is within walking distance and the 19 bus will take you to the beach in about 15 mins. Ruzafa comes alive at night, especially at the weekends and is buzzing with little bars and restaurants. The staff in the hotel are excellent and really helpful. The breakfast buffet is very impressive! The decor in the rooms is a bit dated, but ours was spotless.

The location was excellent, very convenient and well-connected to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. There was a wide variety of breakfast options available, with something for every taste — from hot dishes to fresh fruit, pastries, bread, cereal and different beverages. Our room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. We especially liked the area near the reception, where there were comfortable sofas, a coffee machine, and a water dispenser offering both hot and cold water. There was also a small but thoughtful selection of teas and herbal infusions. It created a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. One thing to point out is although the room was generally in order, there was a noticeable amount of dust on the floor, both in the bedroom and the bathroom. The shelves where we were supposed to place our clothes were also dusty, as was the rail where the hangers were. While the sheets appeared clean, it seemed as though no one had stayed in the room for quite some time, as they had not been changed recently and felt itchy. There were three of us, and we all experienced the same discomfort. At first, we thought it might have been mosquito bites, but it turned out to be the sheets.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. It’s a simple hotel, but very well maintained and practical. The location is great, and they offer a low-cost bike rental service, which is super convenient for exploring the city with urban rides.||The surrounding area has a good variety of restaurants and bars, with some nice terraces and a lively atmosphere. The hotel breakfast is a highlight — fresh, varied, and highly recommended.||I stayed for three nights and felt completely at home. When I return to Valencia, I’ll most likely stay here again.

Great hotel and amazing staff! The location made it easy for us to get around. Rooms were big and the bathroom was great. We luckily got a terrace with our room which overlooked the street which was a nice plus. Overall we were very happy with our stay here.

This hotel is in a beautiful area of Valencia, great location. The streets are vibrant, full of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Plus, only around a 10 minute walk into the Old town. Our room was clean and comfortable with a nice view to the street below. Staff are very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay!

We wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Gabi and Jorge on the front desk were absolutely fantastic and knew everything there was about the city and how we should plan out our stay. The accommodation was very clean and situated in the perfect spot in Valencia (imo). We would love to come back one day, all the best, From Australia

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights during our first visit to Valencia, and it was absolutely wonderful! We were looking everywhere for a truly dog-friendly place, and we’re so glad we found this one. From the moment we arrived, the staff Jorge, Oscar, Nacho, Noe, Ana, and Gabi. made us feel completely at home. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was perfectly prepared not just for us, but for our dogs too! There were dog beds, bowls, and thoughtful touches that showed they really care about their guests human and furry alike. Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable stay. This is the kind of hotel we’ve been looking for. ¡Volveremos!
