The location was excellent, very convenient and well-connected to everything we needed.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile.
There was a wide variety of breakfast options available, with something for every taste — from hot dishes to fresh fruit, pastries, bread, cereal and different beverages.
Our room was very nice and the beds were comfortable.
We especially liked the area near the reception, where there were comfortable sofas, a coffee machine, and a water dispenser offering both hot and cold water. There was also a small but thoughtful selection of teas and herbal infusions. It created a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
One thing to point out is although the room was generally in order, there was a noticeable amount of dust on the floor, both in the bedroom and the bathroom. The shelves where we were supposed to place our clothes were also dusty, as was the rail where the hangers were.
While the sheets appeared clean, it seemed as though no one had stayed in the room for quite some time, as they had not been changed recently and felt itchy. There were three of us, and we all experienced the same discomfort. At first, we thought it might have been mosquito bites, but it turned out to be the sheets.
