Petit Palace Ruzafa

My two-week stay at Petit Palace Ruzafa in Valencia was an absolute delight, largely due to the exceptional staff and their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, especially noteworthy given I was traveling with my Border Collie during a rainy week. The housekeeping team - Sara, Juan, and Oriocha - deserve special recognition for their outstanding work. They meticulously cleaned my room daily, efficiently managing the inevitable dirt and water tracked in by my dog without a single complaint. The front desk personnel - Noelia, Nacho, Jorge, and Maria - were the epitome of hospitality. Their willingness to assist with any request, coupled with our daily interactions, significantly enhanced my stay and made each day brighter. Breakfast became my favorite time of day, thanks to Andrea and the entire kitchen staff. The food was consistently delicious, offering a perfect start to each morning. Petit Palace Ruzafa isn't just a place to stay; it's a home away from home. The professional and friendly team goes above and beyond to ensure guest comfort. From their pet-friendly policy to their exceptional service, this hotel stands out in Valencia. Our second stay at this Hotel. The staff are so polite, friendly and helpful. The double room was very spacious and super clean, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom also is a very good size with a fantastic rain shower. The breakfast was perfect with something for all tastes. The area is ideally situated for the Rail/Metro station with easy access to the airport. Purchase the SUMA/TUin card it will save money on the Metro. I cannot fault this hotel at all and would certainly recommend.

Second stay here almost 12 months to the day since the first one, in town this time for a friend's wedding. Excellent location with quiet rooms and varied choice for breakfast. Also Rusafa is a very lively area with many bars and restaurants nearby.

Great for short stay. Very close to the train station and easy to get to a city center. Decent breakfast for extra 14€. Has options on restaurants and cafes around. Rooms are a bit small and basic, but clean

We had a beautiful stay in Petit Palace Ruzafa hotel. Hotel is located in nice neighborhood close to nice restaurants, cafes, varoius bus stops and metro station and city centre. ||Hotel room was clean, breakfast tasty and front desk/reception always ready to help 24/7. Hotel crew - Marta, Noe, Jose, Nacho, Maria and others made our experience with hotel flawless. ||Thank you. We’ll be back soon 😉

As with all Petit Palace hotels they are extremely dog friendly providing beds and bowls for our 2 large dogs. The Russafa area of Valencia is beautiful and there are lots of historic places nearby, not to mention the nearby market and high street shopping is all within 10 mins walk away. The breakfast buffet is really good but the key to this chain of hotels are the staff, they are so friendly, helpful and attentive.

Very good stay with a fantastic location. Everything was super clean and the view from the balcony was very charming. Great isolation as well from the outside which was important for me. Lastly and by far not the least important aspect was the service. Excellent, really excellent. Especially from Fatima which managed to accommodate our needs in a very short time span (booking same day 2 hours in advance. ||Would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a very nice hotel in a great neighborhood.

Very nice hotel, excellent service, great breakfast. Nice and quiet rooms. Beautiful neighbourhood with nice little restaurants. Walking distance to main atractions.
