Petit Palace Ruzafa

Excellent stay – perfect for families We had a wonderful stay at Petit Palace Ruzafa and would happily return. The location is excellent — right in the lively Ruzafa neighborhood, surrounded by great cafés and restaurants, yet still quiet and comfortable at night. It’s also very convenient for getting around Valencia, with easy access to public transport and the city center. The room was clean, modern, and well maintained, with very comfortable beds. Traveling as a family, we really appreciated how practical and well-designed the space was. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. A special mention to the staff, who were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist with recommendations or requests. The breakfast was fresh and varied, with good options to start the day comfortably. The overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm, modern, and well managed. Petit Palace Ruzafa offers great value for money, especially for families or travelers who want comfort, cleanliness, and a prime location without compromise. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Valencia.

I enjoyed a one night stay at Petit Palace Ruzafa. The hotel is nicely located in the quiet, less touristy neighborhood of Ruzafa in Valencia that is just 10-20 minutes from both train stations, the commercial city center and old town. I loved the vibe of the Ruzafa neighborhood. The hotel is modern, very clean and the service was top notch. The desk agent, Gabi, was very kind and helpful. He gave me some insider tips and helped me with my Spanish, as that is not my native language. He was unrushed and gave his full attention in me. The only drawback for this location is that the hotel is on a corner where there is a night club and on a Saturday night the street noise was loud. Week nights this might not be an issue. Had I thought to request a quieter location I bet they would’ve done so. I strongly recommend this property.

What truly made my experience special were two amazing staff members: Gabriel and Oscar. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine care made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The hotel itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and served with a smile. The service overall was impeccable, and the atmosphere is both comfortable and stylish. A huge thank you to Gabriel and Oscar for making my visit unforgettable. I can’t recommend Palace Ruzafa enough and can’t wait to come back! :)

The room is great and spacious enough for two people. The bathroom is also large, clean, and modern, with all the necessary amenities. The shower enclosure in our bathroom was a bit small, though. The real highlight of this hotel—besides its excellent location and comfortable rooms—is the staff. Especially Gabriel, along with the very kind housekeeping ladies, truly stand out. Gabriel generously helped us find our way around the city and provided brilliant support throughout our stay.

I had a pleasant stay at Petit Palace Ruzafa in Valencia. Everything was correct and met expectations, from the cleanliness of the room to the comfort and overall service. The breakfast was good and well organized. The hotel is centrally located, and the neighborhood is lively and very nice, with plenty of places to eat and walk around. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Valencia for a short visit.

Our little holiday here was perfect. The room was nice and simple and the bed was very good. The place Rusafa is a cosy side of the town. I definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel has e-bikes that you can rent, it’s a really good way to view Valencia. Gabi/Gabriel is a really nice host. He can tell you all the nice highlights from Valencia. Thanks so much Gabriel. This is a lovely small hotel, in a great location to explore Valencia but in a quiet neighbourhood. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Comfy beds, great shower & and varied breakfast - something for everyone. Highly recommend
