The way the hotel was done out like a temple was a lovely idea. The pool was an added bonus after the heat of the day, walking around the markets or temples. It was located about 5 mins away from the hustle and bustle of Pub Street and the food markets. Just over the other side of the bridge. Where there was some great cocktail bars and restaurants. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The only negative was the food. The first couple of days we had a buffet style breakfast. However the food wasn’t kept warm. So everything was cold. The last couple of days we were able to order our food. But the kitchen was pretty slow and still the food was cold!! We also ordered a breakfast box for an early morning tour. Which we never received. But putting all that aside it’s a lovely place to stay.

We had two rooms in this place for a week when travelling with our family (couple and a 10 & 11yo). We loved the rooms on the first floor with balconies overlooking the cool pool, although at first a bit weird locking the kids in at night - wouldn't work if they were younger! The furnishings were nice and the bathrooms very dark with interesting paintwork. Don't stay here is expecting international 5 star accommodation - they are trying very hard, but at times towels were forgotten, or there is a menu but people don't have the ingredients or the knowledge to make the cocktail! All these things are minor c compared to the friendliness of the staff and their patience when our kids locked themselves out of their rooms (a few times!). We stayed for a week, then came back for another two nights after being away on an island for a while. Could walk or tuk tuk to wherever we wanted and always felt so lovely when returning to the beautiful entrance in. Definitely recommend it!

The hotel is ok clean and the staff is nice ! ||Forgot the idea of chilling near the pool it is kind of impossible to sit and relax on the seat around the pool - no space to walk and if you have kids playing you will be splash for sure ! ||But we were there to explore and it was a great starting point ! Easy enough to reach town but actually away from the touristic side and enabling us to eat for 1£ per meal at local cafe down the street !||the breakfast is really basic but sufficient |Air on wasn’t working properly but our exposition made the room quite cool regardless ! ||Having the bath in the room was certainly romantic - the shower room was nice decorated but certainly not practical ! |Water was also fairly brown rather clear ! ||

We spent almost 1 week there. The hotel is well located, not noisy, clean and surrounded by nature. The pool is bigger than it looks on the pictures and the bed was perfect..||About the staff : very nice people, always trying to help, and smiling. A special thanks to Rith who is doing his best and always try to improve the hotel for the satisfaction of the customers. We really recommand this place.

I’ll start with the positives: the location is amazing and we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do/see within the neighborhood. There is a pretty hearty breakfast provided each morning, which is nice. The room we had was very spacious and quiet and we had lots of space to hang things and spread out within it. The pool area was quite refreshing after a long day at the temples. Also the staff were lovely! They really tried hard to meet our needs, even with big language barriers. There is also a sign indicating they offer fair wages for ALL of their staff, which we interpreted as they split any and all tips evenly. ||Now for the negatives: We spent 5 nights at this hotel, so obviously it wasn’t horrible or we would have left early... but my first complaint is about their lack of responses to our emails, facebook messages, instagram messages/posts and our attempts to contact them through bookings.com. We were trying to extend our stay and also book a ride from the airport. Every message we sent went unanswered. Upon check in, the man at the front desk said they got our messages but were too busy to respond. What?! How do you run a hotel like that?! Other reviews confirm we are not the only people this happened too, and I heard another lady mention it when she checked in a couple days later. ||While our room was large and spacious, it also housed heaps of mosquitoes and we needed to use bug spray during the night. Without the AC running, the room gets very stuffy and I suspect that is when they infiltrate. Once they’re in, it’s hard to get rid of them. We understand the climate in Siem Reap plays a part, but it was a bit too much. ||One morning we wanted to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat and had been told upon check in that if we told the staff before 10pm the night before that we needed a to-go breakfast, they can accommodate us. We did just that and when we got up in the morning at 4am to make the trek, the man sleeping on the couch at the front desk - who I can only assume was security - informed us that the 2 packages of food on the counter were NOT in fact for room 9... which was us... so there was never any breakfast left for us. Or maybe there was and the man was mistaken. Either way, we had to buy food off the property. ||The staff were really lovely and I know they try hard to help out, so they deserve more than 3 stars. But the other things were just too weird/negative to give any more stars. ||Also FYI - negotiate a tuk tuk to Angkor on your own. The hotel quotes $7-10 more than the drivers want. We let the tuk tuk drivers tell us their prices and agreed on the spot.

Stayed here for 6 nights, it’s a short walk from the busy pub street and that’s a plus as it’s nice and quiet, however if you want a evening out it’s only 5 mins away. |The room was very clean and comfortable, the swimming pool is a very welcoming touch after you have been out for the day shopping or at the temples. |Only thing that lets this place down is the food and restaurant service, they offer breakfast but don’t expect anything to be hot, even if it’s meant to be. Don’t get me wrong all the food I ate here tasted fine it’s just cold and very slow. This said there are hundreds of places to eat in Siem Reap so don’t let that put you off, I would stay here again. |

We had an excellent stay here. When you walk through the door it's like walking into your own little oasis, away from the busy streets. The garden is beautiful and well thought out with a pool in the middle of it all. The staff is very welcoming and friendly all the time! The rooms are beautiful with temple-inspired interior and a comfortable bed. The staff made sure the rooms were clean. There are some mosquitos outside (maybe because of the fish ponds?) but it's not too bad.

Initially I was going to give this 2 stars but seems very unfair as the staff made up for any issues we had with the a commodation. Hotel ideally located for Pub Street area. Eateries nearby. Room decor based on Angkor temples. Large room with bath/shower. Limited toiletries. Hot water for first two days only came in the morning but available on our last evening. Complimentary 1 water bottle per day/person. Complimentary hot beverages/kettle. Room service more like a quick empty bins, make bed, fold bath towel. A/c unit loud and did not perform just circulated sir. Ceiling fan very loud. Large decent pool. Sun lounges are more like chairs than loungers. Breakfast limited buffet one day, set menu second day. Breakfast staff have little English but make a big effort to understand. Reception staff very friendly & helpful.... Complained about hot water and they did make efforts to resolve. But a/c never resolved. If you book this hotel *make sure you get an upper floor room* - we were on the ground right next to the pool and our room was damp and musty. Even woke up to condensation on the floor! Staff did not understand or admit there was an issue. The dampness even got into our clean dry clothes. Everything said, it was value for money subject to being on an upper floor.
