We had an excellent stay here. When you walk through the door it's like walking into your own little oasis, away from the busy streets. The garden is beautiful and well thought out with a pool in the middle of it all. The staff is very welcoming and friendly all the time! The rooms are beautiful with temple-inspired interior and a comfortable bed. The staff made sure the rooms were clean. There are some mosquitos outside (maybe because of the fish ponds?) but it's not too bad.

I was so glad to leave this hotel. The one star I’m giving this place is for the friendly staff. Other than that I disliked my stay: the AC didn’t work so I was literally sweating and awake until 5am when I slept from exhaustion. They really skimped on furnishing the room with soap (I got 1 new soap in 5 nights). I asked for a soap bar but they put shampoo in the soap dish instead. The rooms are very dark and once you’re in you pretty much have no idea what time of day it is outside. There are plenty of mosquitos to keep you company too. Location could have been better. Again, very nice staff but I wouldn’t go again.

Initially I was going to give this 2 stars but seems very unfair as the staff made up for any issues we had with the a commodation. Hotel ideally located for Pub Street area. Eateries nearby. Room decor based on Angkor temples. Large room with bath/shower. Limited toiletries. Hot water for first two days only came in the morning but available on our last evening. Complimentary 1 water bottle per day/person. Complimentary hot beverages/kettle. Room service more like a quick empty bins, make bed, fold bath towel. A/c unit loud and did not perform just circulated sir. Ceiling fan very loud. Large decent pool. Sun lounges are more like chairs than loungers. Breakfast limited buffet one day, set menu second day. Breakfast staff have little English but make a big effort to understand. Reception staff very friendly & helpful.... Complained about hot water and they did make efforts to resolve. But a/c never resolved. If you book this hotel *make sure you get an upper floor room* - we were on the ground right next to the pool and our room was damp and musty. Even woke up to condensation on the floor! Staff did not understand or admit there was an issue. The dampness even got into our clean dry clothes. Everything said, it was value for money subject to being on an upper floor.

A wonderful place for a couple nights in Seim Reap. Breakfast was pretty nice, swimming pool is big enough for about four people in one time. Staff was very friendly and kind to us. The room had a comfortable balcony with a pool view, air conditioner was soft, but pretty loud. Totally our room had about 5 mirrors. Unfortunately, it's very dark in the room, even when all the light is on. There is no a high lighted spot in the room, therefore I couldn't shave properly watching myself in the mirror. The designer's decidion to install a lingam instead of a regular shower is not a good idea, because of a bad water flow. So you'll need more time to wash yourself than usual.

Booked this place for 2 nights. They seem to overbook often. I was put in another of their 3 hotels in the neighbourhood among another couple. I came back here for my second night since I wasn’t happy with the second hotel. During my time spent waiting at reception, I saw many customers complaining. Staff at reception is very kind. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. Avoid a room on the ground floor. Very dark and super damp. My room (#4) had a noisy Air Con. The breakfast buffet is not that great. Everything is already prepared and not in warmers. I don’t know why this hotel has such a high score. Do yourself a favour, go to BayStone Resort located next door. For the same price, you’ll have a much better room and a breakfast cooked on demand.

It's like you stay in the cave or Jungle of ancient temples which is a unique n different feeling. On negative or improvement side would be hygiene of such presentation especially in the bathroom. The light is also a bit dark, which is understandable to make you feel u r in the cave or sth. No parking space for car would be another issue here. However swimming pool n friendly staff would be good points of this little hideaway hotel.

I loved this hotel! It’s like walking into an oasis amidst a bustling city. Everyone was very kind. We also found the bathroom to be quite awesome. They have a bathtub and shower. The shower was golden!

I had a great stay at Petit Temple suite and Spa. I would like to thank the staff, especially Anna for their professionalism and care that made my stay comfortable. Loved the room decor, convenient location of the hotel. Highly recommend it.
