Petite Plume, LLC

I have ordered several items from Petite plume. I love them all except the women’s Timeless Toile sleep shirt. It’s cut very short and has very high cuts on each side seam. The fabric has not softened after three washes. The whole sleepshirt is cut very oddly. I wish I’d never ordered it. The fit is atrocious, the fabric is not soft. Also, the lining around the collar edges is poorly cut. It sticks up unless you iron it down. Don’t buy this.

I received my pajamas and they were buttery soft; however, the pants developed little holes in them and you could see parts of the fabric that were "thinning." I reached out to them via email and their customer service was INCREDIBLE!!! I had a replacement pair shipped FEDEX the very next day. I'm stunned that there are reviews that said there was poor customer service - that was definitely not my experience!

For the price I paid, this experience has been extremely disappointing. The company uses OnTrac, a terrible delivery service that has repeatedly delayed my order. It has now been over two weeks, and the pajamas I purchased still haven’t arrived, despite the original delivery estimate. This delay ruined my holiday Christmas photos, and I will never order from this company again. To make matters worse, no one has been able to provide a clear delivery date, and they don’t allow cancellations.

Immediately out of the bag, the fabric was piling and scratchy. I feel like they gave me a bad/faulty pair just because ordered a monogram making it final sale so I cannot return it. Poor quality for the price. Highly disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

Beautiful pajamas and robes. They are very well made. Excellent customer service with quick response.

Poor customer service. Ordered e gift card that was not sent in a separate email as their website states. Called the listed contact number and was assured the message would be sent to customer service. No response from customer service. Sent an email to customer service. Christina responded the following day stating that e-gift was sent in separate email after purchase but she took it upon herself to send it again! Yes e-gift was finally mailed but do not appreciate the lies. Will not be ordering from petite plume again.

I have purchased three pajama sets for my son. Not only do the pajamas look amazing, but they are very high quality- soft, comfortable, and stylish. Such a wonderful gift and perfect for purchasing matching pajamas for the whole family!

Petite Plume, and Gabrielle in particular, went above and beyond to make sure my bridal party’s getting ready outfits for my wedding were perfect. Their patience and care were a spot of calm in the chaos of wedding planning, and their pajamas are stunning. I cannot recommend Petite Plume highly enough!!
