Very dishonest. First, they emailed, saying the flowers had been delivered, when they had not. When I called, the woman said they were dissatisfied with the quality of the flowers available, and asked if it would be ok to substitute a different type. I said that was fine.
They did then make an honest attempt to deliver the flowers, making a couple of visits to the recipient's house (while she was in the hospital). I gave them her phone number, to schedule the return. She never heard from them.
I received a 2nd email, saying the delivery was successfully completed. It was not. She never received anything, and I'm out $60. I gave them 2 stars because they did at least try. However, I got nothing, so they really should refund my money of their own accord. Instead, I need to dispute the charge via Discover.
