Excellent family run hotel (same family owns the Petra Moon Luxury Hotel behind plus two others).
Great location as it’s right next to Petra visitor centre and entrance and Petra Museum (This allows you an early start with no travel time), and trust me, after you’ve walked your ass off all day and made that final ascend from the Treasury you will be glad your hotel is so close.
Check in was easy, although the receptionist was a little over familiar (talking to us like we are best pals, a little cringe worthy).
Valet parking also- just park out front and go inside.
Room (411) was large and very clean and comfy and looked out over Petra.
Decent amenities , and there’s a complimentary mini bar (only soft drinks), some snacks, water and a fruit bowl- really, really nice touch to have this included.
Bed was comfy, only two pillows though, just ask at reception for any additional ones.
We didn’t use the restaurant (evening meal is a buffet) or use the pool.
Breakfast was very good with very attentive F&B staff who really tried to help you.
The omelette was superb (I ended up having two). Along with some fresh local baguette.
The rest of the buffet was standard local fare, lots of pastries and cakes, plenty of juices, fruits, teas and coffees.
Value for money we thought it worth it, just for the close proximity alone.
If we visit again then we would stay here.
