Petra Sella Hotel

We stayed at this hotel last week and absolutely loved it! The staff and receptionists were all wonderful, but I’d like to highlight the exceptional service from Chadi, he was incredibly attentive, generous, and explained everything in great detail. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with complimentary water and amazing views over Petra. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options and great quality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The hotel stay was perfect, the room was excellent and breakfast was tasty. Best of all was Shadi, the host was full of information and even gave us an excellent contact for a bubble tent accomodation in Wadi Rum. What a nice guy! The hotel is also in a good location close to mini mart and easy access to Petra.

He surprised us with lovely gestures like a fruit basket, lunchboxes, bottled water, and small gifts like magnets. This is the best hotel in all of Petra! Rooms with mountain views, perfect cleanliness in the room and everything is new. The owner of the hotel is an incredibly hospitable and kind person. You will definitely not regret staying in this place.

We are very happy with the experience. Rooms are clean, food was great, employees were very respectful and helpful. We were a group of around 15 adults and 2 kids. We also had someone with some dietary problems and they cooked special food for them. All in all, great ❤️

Outstanding. If I could give it a 6, I would. At this hotel, I received the best service of my life. Mr. Shadi is extremely welcoming. He greeted us and explained everything patiently. He helped us find guides at a very good price, lower than what agencies and websites offer. He was very kind. He gave us local recommendations and even packed us snacks. The restaurant is worth mentioning. We tried it just a few minutes from Petra. The rooms are clean and very convenient. It has a restaurant that has very good food, so much so that we tried the best Maqluba compared to other restaurants in Petra and wanted to go back. Highly recommended. Also it’s to be noted rooms have a panoramic Petra view.

Perfect place to stay if your seeing Petra Lovely rooms with nice views and ammenities. Breakfast and dinner buffets are a must
