Outstanding. If I could give it a 6, I would. At this hotel, I received the best service of my life. Mr. Shadi is extremely welcoming. He greeted us and explained everything patiently. He helped us find guides at a very good price, lower than what agencies and websites offer. He was very kind. He gave us local recommendations and even packed us snacks. The restaurant is worth mentioning. We tried it just a few minutes from Petra. The rooms are clean and very convenient. It has a restaurant that has very good food, so much so that we tried the best Maqluba compared to other restaurants in Petra and wanted to go back. Highly recommended. Also it’s to be noted rooms have a panoramic Petra view.

We are very happy with the experience. Rooms are clean, food was great, employees were very respectful and helpful. We were a group of around 15 adults and 2 kids. We also had someone with some dietary problems and they cooked special food for them. All in all, great ❤️

We were warmly welcomed, and the staff truly cares about making your stay special – they serve excellent tea and coffee as well. Breakfast was delicious, with local specialties, cheeses, croissants, and more – plentiful and perfect to fuel up for a long day exploring Petra. The rooms are new, very clean, and nicely designed, we had a balcony offering stunning views over the valley and Petra. Beds were super comfortable, the air conditioning was quiet, and the mosquito screens and blackout curtains made for a great night’s sleep. The shower was especially refreshing after a long day of walking. There’s convenient parking right at the hotel, and the Petra entrance is just a short drive away. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay near Petra!

Absolutely amazing hotel, especially thanks to Shadi, who takes care of everything and is very friendly. He is always at the reception and speaks good English. He willingly solved any problem we had in a few minutes. He arranged transportation around Petra, accommodation in Wadi Rum with pick-up, a dentist for our daughter and many other things, all at a great price. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Service was absolutely excellent! Staff were extremely kind and the food was amazing. We've been to a few hotels on our trip but the food that this one tops it! The view from the room was insane, the whole of the Petra area can be seen. 100/10 would come back again!

One of the most beautiful hotels in Petra where we stayed for four days. It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is located on the side of the road. **Charming Hotel with Excellent Hospitality** The hotel is nice and staffed by a friendly and attentive team. While it is an older property, the warm atmosphere compensates for it. However, the breakfast options for vegetarians were somewhat limited, which could be an area for improvement. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the hotel manager. Their thoughtful gestures, such as gifting us souvenirs and fruits upon our departure, added a personal and memorable touch to our stay. A heartfelt thank you to the manager for going above and beyond! Hotel was expansive compared to services offered by them 81 JOD/night for three guest.

I stayed at this hotel and really liked it. I recommend it. I ate there twice and had dinner once. I especially recommend the lamb and the service—excellent. They made us feel very comfortable. The rooms were good. And I definitely recommend it.
