È la stazione della funicolare centrale che esce a via Palizzi, Liberty con scale interne molto belle. Si esce anche al Petraio (scalinate per il corso V.Emanuele. Se si usano si arriva a Villa Melluci. Che poi è stato il progettista delle gallerie della funicolare. Esempio di costruzione in cemento armato. Cose “nascoste” di Napoli.
