We drove through the area to try these restaurants we noticed, which are popular among Italian food fans. They recommended specific pastas and their pizza. It was quite a drive for me since I was in Doral and it was pouring rain, but it was definitely worth the trip. If you’re nearby, try the thin-crust pizza—it's worth it even if you’re not close by. You won't be disappointed, and you can also take a walk along the marina and enjoy a bit of North Bay Village.

Petralunga is one of those places that stays on your mind after you leave. The standout is the thin, crispy pizza, which you order first and then compare all other pizzas to. Their simple yet really good fresh lemonade is perfect, especially when enjoyed outdoors overlooking the marina and bay. It’s on the pricier side for casual dining, making it more suitable for “date night” or special outings with friends rather than a regular weeknight dinner. However, with the scenic water views, the Italian pizza-and-cocktail atmosphere, and that fantastic crust, it definitely deserves a solid 4 stars.

We visited Petralunga and had a very pleasant experience. We ordered several dishes to share and overall we were satisfied. The Cacio e Pepe stood out for its great texture and a creamy, well-balanced flavor. The burrata was fresh, pairing nicely with the bread and olive oil. The fried calamari were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, not greasy at all — a solid start to the meal. The tuna tartare was fresh, beautifully presented, and had a clean flavor. Nice atmosphere, friendly service, and good quality dishes. A recommended spot for a relaxed meal with Italian flavor.

The food was excellent — full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Everything we tried was outstanding. Special mention to Tamara, whose attention and service made the experience even better. She was friendly, professional, and made us feel truly welcome. We stumbled upon this little gem and tried their “Hidden Gem” pizza, which is perfectly named. It was honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had. On top of that, their tiramisu was absolutely mind-blowing. I don’t even have the words to describe the flavor, but I would recommend this place to anyone visiting or living here.

I visited Petralunga in North Miami because they had a 50% off promotion on everything — and honestly, that was too good to miss! The place itself is very nice, the atmosphere feels welcoming, and the service was absolutely outstanding — everyone was attentive and friendly from start to finish. The pizzas were really good, and the tiramisu was one of the best I’ve had in Miami — truly a must-try dessert. However, I also ordered the tuna tartare and the tableside cacio e pepe, and those didn’t impress me as much. I’d definitely come back for dessert and a glass of wine, maybe even a pizza night, but probably not for a full dinner. The only downside is parking — it took me almost 25 minutes to find a spot, so be prepared for that if you visit during busy hours.

After moving to North Beach on 2022, we are finally checking Petralunga! On a beautiful and perfect sky early evening, we had our lovely table under the stars. Sofia was our server and she was absolutely great! Our salad, pizza and Tiramesu were great. Our cocktails were also on point. We will certainly be returning. Bravo!🙌🏼🇮🇹

Great food and vibes! Recommend Bruskhlyn Pizza and cacio e pepe pasta! Linguine Al frutti Di mare was okay, I had better ones. Servers need to be more open with what you’re being charged for example bread: it was given like it comes with the service. FYI, the tips are included at 20%, and they are charged even when it's just a 2-person date.

We visited earlier this week for the first time and had a great experience. We ordered pizza and a pasta. Both were really good. They have two different pizza styles with a lot of variations. We tired the thin style margherita and it was perfectly done, very tasty. We also had the lobster ravioli, which was great. I want to go back to try the Roman style pizza. The service was excellent all around, our server was Malena. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We sat indoors because it was a bit windy the evening we visited, but the outdoor seating looked nice as it was close to the water. Parking was very easy. I look forward to returning soon.

We visited to celebrate Valentine's Day 2025. I had the black truffle fettuccini, which was delicious and the portion size was expectable. Our drinks were superb. They gave some lollipop candy, which I believe was very thoughtful considering it was Valentine's Day. However, my husband had the filleted branzino. It lacked flavor and the price point didn't match the portion offered at $58.

I was looking for an amazing place to have a special romantic Valentine's Day dinner with my partner and I so happen to stumble upon this place while looking through Yelp. After making the reservation and showing up, they were able to seat us immediately at one of the tables outside near the water per our request/reservation. They had their original menu for the special occasion which was nice because most restaurants had a prefixed menu so it was great being able to pick our own Entrees. Food: they brought out some bread to munch on wow we waited for the Entrees to come out and let me tell you, their olive oil that they leave at the table is so good, it was delicious to have it with the bread. We ordered the brushky pizza which is essentially pepperoni with hot honey and their fettuccine Alfredo with black truffle. The pizza was sooo good! It was super crispy and very thin, probably one of the most thin pizzas Ive ever had but it had so much flavor and crunch to it. As for the fettuccine Alfredo, it was DELICIOUS. Me and my partner kept raving about how good it was, it was creamy and delightful and felt that the chef did a great job with it since the flavors worked really well together. On top of this, the service was great, everyone was very friendly and helped curate an amazing night for me and my partner. As for the reason my review is a 4/5 and not 5/5, we just went there this past weekend and the pasta was not as good as the time we had it on Valentine's Day. It was very disappointing since we were hoping that it would have been the same and consistent. It's still an amazing place, i will go back and recommend to anyone that is looking to have a nice and elegant Italian dinner, everyone is super friendly and accommodating.

We came here on New Year's Eve without a reservation. Not only did we get a prime seat outside with Marina view, the staff was outstanding. So friendly!! The service was excellent and beyond. We didn't order much as we didn't even plan on doing anything that night but we were walking distance from this restaurant and by surprise end up with a fancy real New Year's Eve experience thanks to the restaurant and crew. We ordered the linguine fruti di mare, spaghetti vongole and truffle ravioli. Everything was absolutely delicious. My little dog got scared of the fireworks and tried to hide and the staff was soooo friendly and kind, nobody ever complained once. The setting, service and food make this an excellent place to have dinner, very highly recommended!!

Always a great time coming to Petralunga in North Bay Village! The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. My favorite entree is the lobster ravioli. This time they added fresh shaved truffles. They have a full bar and outside seating by the beautiful marina. They also have great specialty pizzas and specials throughout the week. Very nice desserts including table-side tiramisu.

I recently discovered Petralunga through Yelp, and I'm so glad I decided to check it out! I came here with my fiancé over the weekend, and we tried a variety of their dishes everything was really good! The pizza was amazing, especially the classic cheese pizza on thin crust, you just can't go wrong with that. We also tried the Cacio Pepe pizza on turmeric focaccia, and honestly, it was out of this world!! something totally new that I've never had before! As for the pasta, we ordered the truffle pasta, and it did not disappoint. It was creamy, full of truffle flavor, and absolutely divine. For dessert, we couldn't resist getting the tiramisu (who doesn't love tiramisu, right?). It was perfectly made, and I loved the way they prepare it. The service was top-notch too. our server was so attentive, kind, and helpful, making the whole experience that much better. This spot is definitely a hidden gem. The vibe is perfect for a date night, and the food is incredible. Fun fact: you can actually dock your boat there for free if you're lucky enough to have one! We will definitely be back soon. Absolutely fucking amazing. The service was great and the food tasted so good it would make you wanna slap yo momma. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with black truffle (light sauce add chicken) and it was so Fuckn good. They make a mean old smoked fashion and the deserts were amazing. The pasta was definitely made in house and you can tell.

I recently visited Petralunga for happy hour, and let me just say--this hole in the wall spot is not to be underestimated! The interior is very nice, featuring a fun neon sign and two adorable Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle plushies. But the real view are outside, where you're treated to a stunning view of the water. The obvious chose for us was a no-brainer, as we chose to sit outdoors and enjoy the views. The service was top-notch. Our waitress was super sweet, funny, and attentive, checking in on us often and even giving us a heads-up before happy hour ended so we could squeeze in one more drink--of course, we did! Now, onto the food... wow! Everything we tried was fantastic, but the real standout was the porcini and black truffle ravioli. It was so good, I'm still dreaming about it. If you come here, you have to try it. The dessert was just as impressive. The pizza was also delicious and very filling. We left stuffed lol! 10/10 recommend!

This is truly a hidden gem right by the water servicing delicious authentic Italian cuisine. I'm a huge ninja turtle fan and LOVED the decor around the restaurant. The staff was extra helpful when it came to recommendations. On Wednesday they have ladies night and they received unlimited lychee martinis, super delicious. There is outdoor and indoor seating. The burrata and tuna tartare was great. For dinner I'm not really a seafood person but the linguine was good, I preferred the truffled raviolis. Whether you are going out with the family, friends, or date night this is an awesome spot to visit.

The pizza with the prosciutto is fire get that for sure. Beer was great too, I forgot which one it was, it was one of their specials that day.

Love Petralunga! The vibe is so nice, the food is phenomenal and the service is out of this world They have a very good selection of authentic Italian food as well as drinks. You have a marina right at the front which is really nice! And I was told that you can also come on your boat with complimentary docking to eat at the restaurant.

A Must go-to place. Hidden in a location by the water. I can't single out specific dishes because in time, I've tried all and quality was amazing.

Very cute and cozy Italian/mediterranean restaurant on the marina. Wednesday is ladies night which means free lychee martinis, and our waitress that night, Kathy, kept them coming! Kathy really made this dining experience a great one. She was attentive, funny and definitely ensured that we were having a great time. Here's what the table ordered: - mussels and clams - beef carpaccio - tagliatelle bolognese - salmon - porcini ravioli All dishes were made perfectly. The cutest detail was the lollipop stand brought with our check. The stand included QR codes for leaving a review. Nice touch.

Delicious food and great service on a beautiful waterfront setting! We had arugula salad, Cesar salad, eggplant parm, pepperoni pizza and the seafood linguine. Ended it with tiramisu and a chocolate tortino. Everything was amazing! Malena was so attentive. Easy to park in the free garage.

Absolutely amazing experience! We went to a little dive bar prior to going on a boat excursion and ran into a 45 minute wait. We decided to walk down the street and found this beautiful place! We were immediately greeted by the friendliest face we've probably seen in Florida so far - Amanda. Amanda was our server and was absolutely amazing! She made so many recommendations and checked on us numerous times throughout our dinner even though she was busy! We decided to sit outside and absolutely loved the ambiance! There is plenty of seating and the decor is beautiful! My wife ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and said it's one of the best she's had. The portion is also huge in comparison to the price. You can tell the noodles are homemade and the Alfredo sauce is delicious! I ordered the lady devil gourmet pizza with hot honey. I think we will definitely be back! The food was absolutely delicious! Prices are very reasonable, as well! We both ordered drinks to enjoy with our meal, too! They pour extra heavy, so be prepared!

Great food, and great experience. Waitress was a little apologetic because she wasn't as strong with speaking English vs Italian. That's a good sign in an Italian restaurant!

A great spot for outdoor dining with a bay breeze. We ordered the greek salad, the steak, the mussel and clams and the truffled potatoes. The standout of the greek salad was the feta, which was delicious. The ratio of feta to other ingredients in the salad was a bit off but thats not a big deal (more cucumbers!). The steak was perfectly cooked with nice char marks, and the mussels and clams were tasty! I would have expected a bit more volume of seafood, but still throughly enjoyed everything. Service was quick and attentive. Next time I'll have to try the pizza!

FREE APEROL SPRITZ on Saturday is the reason I came. I arrived with a friend around 1pm and sat outside...we were very surprised the place stayed virtually empty for the 2.5 hours we were there. Aperol spritz Is my favorite drink and it looked like there was some official Aperol representatives from the company to do content and hype the place up. Unfortunately, no one else showed up...it's a very cute place they should really market themselves better. The Aperol kept me in a pretty good mood, but unfortunately after I tried the octopus I was pretty disappointed, it was extremely chewy and fatty I couldn't eat it (very strange since it says it's the chefs signature) maybe should've went with a pasta dish or pizza... Overall a hit and miss for me but would be interested to come an evening for another drink special when the place is more lively

It was my first time dining here last night and I've been dying to go. The food, service, and ambiance did not disappoint! We were there for 50% off wine bottles night and had 2 great wines- they have an awesome wine list. We ordered the Fritto Misto to start which was amazing - fried calamari, shrimp and vegetables. Then we had the pizza of the week and the Porcini & Black truffle ravioli. For dessert we had the flan and the tiramisu which they make table side! Both were great! The flavour was amazing and we loved it all. Special shoutout to our server Andres and the entire friendly team who made it a wonderful experience!

Amazing! Some of the best italian food I've had; enjoyed an early dinner on a Monday evening, our party got a few items (black truffle fettuccine, bolognese & Grand View Palace pizza). The food was extremely fresh and vibrant flavors, the pizza dough was light/crispy and pizza toppings melded really well (especially the truffle carpaccio topping). Andres M was a great waiter! Very attentive and food was delivered promptly - would 100% recommend this to friends & family, and will be back for sure!

We made reservations using open table for 6pm. There is a garage adjacent to the restaurant with reserved parking spaces--these spaces are limited. Luckily we were able to find one without and issues. The restaurant is in the rear near the water. We visited on a Wednesday night where they have an unlimited lychee martini special for ladies. This option is timed based on the party size. For a party of two I was given an hour in a half to enjoy this special. The waitress does come out frequently and ask if you would like another fill. We had meatballs 4/5 Lobster ravioli 3.5/5 Truffle pasta with chicken 4/5 and comes highly recommended.

Came here on a Wednesday to check out their free Lychee Martini night alongside Miami Spice. Parking is a slight nightmare so if you can just go a building up to the left just park & pay at the lot. Specially because they have what seems some regular patrons (or a particular patron) who is down right rude if you're making your way around to an open spot & they throw their overpriced piece of metal at you to move from a held parking spot. The food options for Miami Spice were delicious! Extremely fulfilling! Had their truffle pizza & mushroom truffle Ravioli. Prior to that we got the tuna tartar, carpaccio & burrata salad. For dessert I enjoyed their ​panna cotta. Everything was fresh, rich, flavorful & fulfilling. The Lychee Martinis kept flowing & rarely did I have an empty glass. The view was nice as it faces the bay & marina. The decor is very retro 90s with TMNTs referenced all over. The bill came with a cute tree of lollipop selections. Overall we enjoyed it here (minus the slight lunacy that started the evening off kinda weird). Keep in mind that while the martinis were on the house they will tag on the service fee (tip) to the overall bill. Not a big deal but always remember there's never anything for "free". Again not an issue just a heads up!

I still really love Petralunga. This is my go-to for last minute, special occasion dinners. It's got a classy, hip look without being stuffy. I love sitting at the bar or on their lovely outdoor patio. I've done Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve, and Valentine's Day here. The meals and service are always excellent, even on these busy holidays. On my most recent visit for Valentine's Day 2024, we were served by an awesome new server named Kathy. She was outgoing, warm, and attentive. I couldn't believe it was only her second day!

Great vibes. The staff was really nice. We came for ladies night on Wednesday. Unlimited martinis. They were lychee martinis. My sister and I ordered a pizza. It was delicious. I'm so happy we made it out. We sat on the patio and it was so nice. I truly enjoyed my experience.

The food was delicious. The pizza that has stracciatella cheese, pepperoni, basil, and hot honey was a highlight, Highly recommend! The lobster ravioli was also great. The truffle Alfredo with shrimp was good but there may be better menu items. The cocktails were great, loved the lavender martini (on special on Mondays). The bread was great. Tiramisu was not bad but would def reco the lava cake instead! Our server Frank was awesome!! He made the night great with his sense of humor. We at outside and it was nice and peaceful with soft music. This place is a must try.

Unlimited Lychee Martinis on Wednesday for ladies! They are so delicious. I love the waterfront patio as well. It's so romantic and the service is top tier. Also, to top it all off.. they also have free valet! I highly recommend the calamari and the Cacio e Pepe is prepared at the table using a wheel of cheese.

The restaurant is nicely decorated and has an intimate vibe. Our server was very friendly and made good suggestions for food and wine. We decided to sit outside and the view of the marina was peaceful and not too hot even in this summer heat. The food was delicious and we had a great time for our anniversary. The service from all the employees was great.

Fantastic family lunch to close out the year! Amanda and the staff were incredibly attentive and the entire experience was top notch start to finish. We started with the meatballs, burrata, tomato feta salad, and bread basket. Truffle fettuccine, salmon, and truffle ravioli dishes were fresh and homemade. We closed with lava cake and a tiramisu. A feast by the water with great music set the perfect mood.

The ambience was very nice and service was extremely professional and polite. We went specifically for the Lychee Martinis on Wednesday night. Martinis were a bit weak but it's to be expected if it's unlimited for the night. I would say it took some time in between each martini to replenish our drinks. I had pasta with shrimp that had good flavor. Salted beef appetizer was a bit too salty according to my date. Espresso martini was good as well. Half of my party did the Miami Spice dinner menu and they felt it was worth it.

Very rarely do you get excellent food at an establishment with a view. This place resoundingly breaks this rule. Right on a marina, you feel you are let in on a secret. The Pizza is Roman style and authentic. Perfect balance between an almost wafer-thin crust, tomato sauce, pstracciatella, garlic, hot honey, basil, parmesan flakes. Everything else we had was equally fantastic. Definitely start with the house's version of a Negroni Bianca. Their bar has an expansive selection of top shelf liquor. The service professional and unobtrusive. 100% recommend this place.

It's been a while since we had such a bad dinner experience. I have to say the place looks very nice, the ambiance is great. We had a table outside on a patio, everything looked beautiful. We ordered three cocktails and it took almost 30 minutes for them to come. One of the cocktails was pisco sour, they brought a drink and called it something else. We explained that we were expecting a pisco sour and they took that drink away. In two minutes they brought the same cocktail with an egg whites foam on top saying that it was just misunderstanding and this is The Pisco Sour, last time they just forgot to add the eggs. That cocktail was with ice, pisco doesn't even contain ice. Anyway we accepted it because it was already late to wait for the new one. All of the cocktails were very low on alcohol and wine wasn't good either. Food: Buratta and prosciutto were amazing. Rigatoni from specialty with spicy tequila were fine, but pasta cacio pepper was awful. It was supposed to be made by the table but it was just a scam. They put pasta already with a cream sauce in a dry old cheese head. No chance it affected the dish in any way. The service wasn't good. The bartender came to us to argue about the cocktails. And no one would show up in the end. We had to ask a back server for a bill. Never coming back to that place again.

We arrive at the restaurant to sit outside and have a great meal on the intercoastal, suddenly the storm came in so we sat inside, which I'm so glad we had a chance to do because the ambience was very nice. The staff was very attentive, and always there to check on you and very friendly. This was my first trip to this restaurant and I will definitely be back and I hope from this review it takes you there and you have a great experience. The ambiance of the place isn't really my aesthetic. Very modern and chic, which is fine, but not what I was expecting for a place known for their pizza. I also didn't understand the link with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, they were all over the place. Also, I don't know if it was incense or what, but the whole place smelled like perfume and at points was very strong. It was starting to make some of us nauseous and really took away from the experience. On to the food, the Caprese, burrata and prosciutto, and meatball appetizers were all delicious! The burrata dish was definitely my favorite, but just wish it came with more tomatoes. For pizza, we ordered multiple of the Brusklyn, the margherita with the additional pepperoni, and the Alberto and Alejandro. I love thin crust pizza, and this was good, but to be honest it was too thin in my opinion. More of like a cracker then actual pizza. Nonetheless, the A&A was definitely my favorite. You must love truffle though because that is definitely the main flavor of the pie. However, the Brusklyn was definitely the next best thing. The stracciatella was very creamy and paired perfectly with the hot honey and pepperoni. Overall, I would go back. The food was good, but definitely on the pricey side, especially for pizza. If it was warmer outside maybe sitting outside would've been the move , but overall I will return when back in Miami.

This spot is too good! I will definitely be coming back at-least once a month to enjoy the fresh pasta and crispy ! We tried a new pasta which was the Lobster Ravioli and it was delicious. We got the Brusklyn pie again and it is still so good. The only thing I would note is that the stracciatella cheese on top can cool down the pizza quickly because it is cold, so if you prefer your pizza piping hot I would ask for no cheese. Otherwise, it was delicious as always! The service is also top notch, and every server and bus boy is very friendly and attentive.

Girls night! Came to check out this restaurant on a Wednesday night for their lady's night Lychee Martini. The service and atmosphere were great. The food, not so much. Everything came nicely plated, great presentation so we were excited to try. The meatballs were dry and served warm, not hot. The Cacio E Pepe had no flavor. My friends lobster ravioli was actually pretty good. The flan had a spongy texture, nothing at all like regular flan.

This place is my best kept secret, until now. They have amazing food and service, with a great happy hour (m-th). The Pinot Grigio was only $6. They also have food specials throughout the week. I've been on Monday's for pastas specials and Tuesday for pizza specials. The spaghetti and meatballs was blissful! The setting is intimate and trendy, right off the water. The bar inside is so cute and sitting outside is refreshing, but a little windy. Orion was my bartender and he was amazing. He was knowledgeable about the menu and where the food comes from. He told me the bread comes fresh everyday from a famous baker in Wynwood. Parking is FREE in the garage. I'll definitely be returning.

I don't know how strong they were, but it's great for the ladies. Now, I ordered the mojito and let's just say the drink was very delicious and huge! The complimentary bread was solid. *Nonna Meatballs-7.9 *The Brusklyn Pizza- OMG 9.1 AMAZING *Queen Margherita- It's a smaller doughy type pizza 7.1 good, but trust me get the Brusklyn. *And then the Linguine Al Frutti Di Mare pasta- To be honest, I was extremely full but I will be going back to give it a honest review. I finished with two scoops of vanilla ice cream and again Amazing. I can wait to go back and try the Affogato Al Cafe, I didn't get it because it was late and I had work in the morning Lol. All around experience 9.1, can't wait to go back!
