Grooming dept not only changed times, but changed locations. I arrived 30 minute before the appointment and stood outside for 30 minutes waiting for someone to show up. Original appointment was for 7:30. They changed it to 8 Am, and the sign on the store said grooming opened at 7 AM. Then after they finally arrive at 7:58, I was told the appointment was for the other store across town. They called them and told them I was coming. So I drove though morning traffic 6 miles across town only to be told I was 19 minutes late, and I was only allowed to be 15, and the appointment was canceled. There was only one person in the store. (4 minutes??!!!), and the groomer wasn't even there yet. The girl said, me being late screwed up their schedule and I'd have to reschedule. And they were booked out two months. Now my dog will be way passed his grooming cycle and extra shaggy. And most likely have matting causing him to have to be cut short and not the traditional cut. I found another groomer two weeks out. PetSmart lost a customer for life. And I have two dogs I groom regularly. I guess they don't need loyal customers.
