They are really freaking cool here. I was really hesitant about getting a yorkie, and knowing I was gonna have to get her groomed all the time. But so far, it has been a great experience with her first 2 grooms, she's only 9 months old, so I know she has many more to come. Natalie and cam have done such a great job on her.

Honestly Petsmart is our Go to store for anything regarding our pets and the staff are always so welcoming Just recently welcomed a new member to our family and PetSmart was there to help us in adoption and getting all we needed for our newest member. Also found a nice item we are using for our litter that is a vault that a associate pointed out for us Says for food but works good for storing litter as well and dont have to deal with tons of bags or that Not to mention we fell in love with the ease of the PetSmart app rewards and all the offers available.

Main reason I took my pittie/Boxer there was for a nail trim, but also for a full groom. Same as a lot of reviews on here--I came back to get him, and he looked THE SAME as when i dropped him off, down to a little crusty patch of fur on his back. I also made a point to look at my dog's nails, since that was the main thing i wanted done--again, they looked untouched. When I asked the kid grooming him how everything went, i was told my dog did "so great," but they couldn't trim his nails because he "wouldn't relax." When I went to check out, they tried to charge me for the nail service that he didn't even do; I threw the BS flag, and they took the charge off. Nail trimming should be Dog Grooming 101. I don't think they even attempted to do it. I asked the kid who groomed him, did he even get bathed? Brushed? Anything? He just ignored me and busied himself with the next dog. Never going back, and told all the pet parents in my family and my job to not even bother taking their animals to PetSmart for grooming.

I love this location on the east side of Sioux Falls. The staff is nice and helpful. I get all my cat , dog and turtle 🐢 food at pet smart. They also have grooming at this location. I would recommend them for grooming. All of my dogs have been groomed here.

Kind of busy. Had to go search for someone to help us get fish. But she was very knowledgeable.

Brit G is the best! My longhaired dachshund LOVES her and always comes home looking perfect and acting very happy. Couldn’t recommend her more!

We lost a cockateil on Monday, and our two boys were crying out. Today, we brought them to 4 different stores before they were picked. Our last stop was the jackpot!! We adopted a baby Cinnamon cockateil, and they all are getting along wonderfully!

As a Pedigree Ragdoll cat breeder, I've searched all over the greater Sioux Falls area and they have the absolute best selections of high quality cat food! I appreciate this so much, as cat food prices have risen so much in the last year and ordering online isn't always ideal. This location has been able to keep prices stable and keep inventory and I appreciate their service and staff.

Grooming dept not only changed times, but changed locations. I arrived 30 minute before the appointment and stood outside for 30 minutes waiting for someone to show up. Original appointment was for 7:30. They changed it to 8 Am, and the sign on the store said grooming opened at 7 AM. Then after they finally arrive at 7:58, I was told the appointment was for the other store across town. They called them and told them I was coming. So I drove though morning traffic 6 miles across town only to be told I was 19 minutes late, and I was only allowed to be 15, and the appointment was canceled. There was only one person in the store. (4 minutes??!!!), and the groomer wasn't even there yet. The girl said, me being late screwed up their schedule and I'd have to reschedule. And they were booked out two months. Now my dog will be way passed his grooming cycle and extra shaggy. And most likely have matting causing him to have to be cut short and not the traditional cut. I found another groomer two weeks out. PetSmart lost a customer for life. And I have two dogs I groom regularly. I guess they don't need loyal customers.

We brought our kitten here yesterday. The staff was amazing. We asked about trimming her nails and they brought out a staff member who showed us how to. Another staff member helped us pick out litter and food. It was a really experience and eased some of our anxiety about getting a kitten! We live in Minneapolis but visit Sioux Falls frequenly and will definitely be back!

I bought a leopard gecko from this store and they reccomended this "special" expensive sand to help digestion. After ~6 months, my gecko stared to become sick, and only a week after we noticed something was wrong, he died. When we did more research, we learned that the type of sand was the reason it died because it got stuck in the lizards digestive track. Never going here again and fuck you to the employee which told us to buy that sand.

We were staying a few days in Sioux Falls and our two dogs needed grooming. I was apprehensive leaving them with a new groomer, but my terrier was needing some grooming love. They took excellent care of my dogs, calling me to give updates. They were friendly and professional. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Amazing environment! Friendly helpful staff! You can tell that they truly love their jobs! The animals from feathers to fins are well taken care of! And they price match any store as long as it has an actual building (no Amazon). You just need to be able to pull up the ad on your phone.
