Great place to eat after the beach. Paella was huge! More than enough for 2 people. Clams in tomato sauce also good! Lobster croquettes weren’t that good overall okay value for money.

Google
The location, presentation and food were 10/10!!! You will need to reserve a table for this fabulous restaurant!! The fried seabass was so light and fresh and was accompanied with 3 delightful sauces😍 We then had the fried artichoke and baby squid black rice and this paella was delicious! I would highly recommend going here for a beautiful beach dinner!

Right under the W Hotel, Pez Vela serves the best paella in town. They have a large menu full of traditional dishes like gazpacho but you should definitely go for the paella. It's just perfect with sangria. It's a bit pricey but worth it.

Overall we enjoyed our meal at Peix Vela. The location is wonderful overlooking the beaches of Barcelona. The first round of dishes ordered were amazing. No complaints about them at all. The seafood (scallops and mussels) were fresh and tasty. The chicken was very moist and tender. The spicy potatoes was my favourite version that I tried in Spain. However, when we enquired about the size of the paella we were left assuming it would be just enough to make us all full. Upon asking about the size we were not consulted properly and therefore overwhelmed when it arrived. The paella itself was too salty and was not pleasant to finish. The waiter also took away the empty water and did not return it for the remainder of the meal. The two Aperol spritz ordered before the food failed to be made and after reminding the staff no apologies came from the waiter that took our order. Although the beginning dishes of our meal were perfect (see pictures) the overall service and experience was sub par. I would return to give this restaurant another go because I believe our experience was not a reflection of the whole establishment.

Google
The food is amazing, especially the fish starters. I enjoyed them all: octopus, mussels, croquetas... I can’t pick a favorite because they're all fantastic. The place is also very nice, with a terrace overlooking the ocean and an open kitchen indoors. It would have been a 5-star review if it weren't for the rushed service. The waitresses were very kind, but they rushed the service so much that we got the paella before we could even finish our starters. This resulted in amazing food that went cold and was unfinished. Additionally, they were in such a hurry that they came to remove our plates while we were still eating. This made our experience a bit uncomfortable, and we couldn't enjoy the food as much as we wished. It's not that the waiters weren't nice, but my suggestion is for better scheduling of the tables so that clients don’t need to rush through their meal.

Google
Overall great experience! We had the clams and the paella 🥘 Highly recommend both! Staff and service impeccable, we ordered a bottle of wine and did not like it and they changed it without problem. Thanks!

Google
The atmosphere on the terrace was unbeatable. Very serene and beautiful. The service was okay, professional but not so attentive. Food are great and my personal favourite is their paella. Wouldn’t say worth dying for but we were scraping the pan for anything left. The paella is full of flavor, with lots of seafood and not too salty.

Google
The location of the restaurant is really fantastic, however service could be improved. Us along with a few other groups had to wait outside for a while before being attended to despite having reservations made in advance. Additionally, our drink orders were initially forgotten. Food came out all at once extremely fast after ordering - we would have preferred to receive the starter-like dishes before the mains as the mains ended up becoming cold on the table before we got to eating them. After our initial order, we ordered a Paella for 2 people as we were still a bit hungry, however this paella ended up being much larger than we expected (we tried asking the waiter for a size estimate of the dish, but he didn't quite give us one). The chorizo paella was good, but was a bit salty. Overall, the food was good, but service could have been better considering the price point.

Yelp
I made reservations here for our last meal in Barcelona after it popped up on many "best paella in Barcelona" lists. I was a little weary when I realized it's attached to the hotel. They have a great patio on the beach. We had the Sausage, Mushroom and Asparagus paella (22.50€ per person). It was pleasantly surprised that the serving size for 2 wasn't as intimidating as the picture appears. It's a fairly shallow layer of rice. It was quite delicious, my only complaint was that there wasn't more sausage. We also had the bread with tomatoes, sangria and chocolate cake. The chocolate cake (8€) was fudgy lava cake. The lava to cake ratio was perfect. The sangria (20€ per pitcher) was good but it definitely wasn't my favorite sangria I've had in Barcelona. It was a bit too sweet for me.

Jim M.

Yelp
Definitely a place to go if you are near the W while in BCN. The food is nothing short of amazing and the ocean view is fantastic.

Jarvas H.

Yelp
Barcelona had many great eats, but facing the beach was an amazing spot of deliciousness. Pez Vela, had amazing staff, great Sangrias, and the freshest seafood dishes. The paella was so flavorful and well seasoned. My mouth just waters thinking of these dishes I experienced. After the 1st visit on my trip I couldn't wait to return the 2nd time. The fresh fried Bass was so crispy on the outside and so tender on the inside. Make sure if you are in Spain you take a stroll on the beach and pause to enjoy this goodness. Enjoy!!

Nisa C.

Yelp
By the beach. Location and setup is beautiful. Server was attentive. A+ Appetizers were great. Paella, a tad salty for our liking. Priced well. A thing to also note is that if you need any adjustments for allergies(at least for the paella), they aren't able to accommodate any changes to the dish. But overall enjoyed our experience here.

Don X.

Yelp
The restaurant is at a nice location, next to the beach. the staff were courteous. Though I'm very disappointed about the "angus T bone steak" -see picture here: the chewing fatty portion makes about half of the " steak". When I politely asked if that was the standard steak they serve, I was getting different answers. One waiter told me that she would not eat that herself. When the manager finally showed up after 20 min, she insisted that this is how T- bone steak is supposed to be in Spain. Seriously?

Patty G.

Yelp
Excellent food. Hubby had scallops, and I had the spinach salad. Both were excellent, super fresh and tasty. Service was great, and we loved being able to eat such great food just steps from the beach.

Yelp
Excellent place on the Platja on the Barceloneta below the Marriott. No, it's not Marriott affiliated...no hotel restaurant here. It's a popular place. Reservations are a must. But this doesn't mean it's crowded (tables are nicely spaced) nor uncomfortably hurried. They do this so the staff and the kitchen can manage the clientele and provide the utmost service. Don't fall for the spin about slow service in Spain. Service here is excellent using QR codes for the menus and app tablets to place orders. For those still clinging to the 20th century...yes, paper menus can be provided. Most of the staff speaks at least passable English, some French...and definitely Catalan and Spanish. We had a great time here. Never hurried, and we were allowed to linger at our table for three hours (hint: reservations). The place is busy, All tables were filled and stayed filled during our visit. There is outside seating facing the Bay...reserve that if you can. The views are gorgeous, and it's cooler with the ocean breeze. We ordered some small plates and our rice dish was the artichoke with calamares & tinta de calamares. It came in a huge pan, but don't be dissuaded; it's not a lot. The rice is only about 1/4 in. deep. This was the highlight. No, not paella...it's the Anti-Paella!!! ..and so delicious. Small dishes included octopus & potatoes, clams, and so on.... each with their uniquely delicious, and absolutely Catalonian flavors. The Cava was flowing and staff were super attentive at looking after our table and all the tables around us. A raised hand quicky brought over one or two staff. Again make reservations...we saw many groups of people turned away disappointed. It's not 2019 when the Pandemic hit. When we visited, the place was hopping and the ladies were dressed for it. ...younger crowd overall and a place to be seen. Strongly recommend!!! 5 Star +

Yelp
Based upon online ratings/recommendations, we made reservations and traveled a significant distance to have dinner at Pez Vela. Upon arrival, the hostess station was deserted. We stood at the entrance for over 5 minutes and made eye contact with several employees but none came to assist us. Due to the time it took us to get there, we did not want to give up easily. We eventually ventured into the restaurant to the bar area where several employees continued to ignore us. We eventually got someone's attention and let them know that we had reservations. We were seated inside, alone, while all of the other customers were seated outside on the patio. Although odd, this was fine with us. But while reviewing the menu, employees continued to look at us strangely and we felt very uncomfortable. It took over 15 minutes for a server to come to our table to inquire about drinks or take our order. By then, we decided to cut our losses and leave. To add to the inhospitable environment, during the entire stay, the music was turned up so loud that conversations across the table were difficult. All told, this was an exceptionally unpleasant experience. Too bad, I heard the food was supposed to be good.

D D.

Yelp
AMAZING food and HORRIBLE service. The location was amazing and the food was top tier however our waitress was rude (we all are spanish speakers too) and we ended up not receiving one of our two paellas because she didn't put in the order. Hard to not rate this is a 5 because the food and overlook of the barcenoleta.

Yelp
Was recommended this place by the owner of 9 Nine restaurant. You need a reservation for sure but we'll worth it. The patio and view is amazing. The waitress was full of energy and so attentive. We had nice seats on the patio til some unexpected rain fell on us. Our waitress quickly went into action and seated us inside til a new table was set up. We ordered the fresh seafood paella and wow! So fresh and flavorful. My wife enjoyed some white wine and had the sangria. Great combo! Highly recommend this place for fresh paella!

Nathaniel Hornblöwer X.

Yelp
Pez Vela struck us as just another overpriced restaurant on the beach. We sat at the bar because we didn't have a reservation, and the service was mediocre at best. Long wait times between courses. Their sangria was the worst we've had; the bartender sweetens it with Fanta. The seafood paella was cooked well, but didn't contain much actual seafood, and the serving was small for two people. The hostess was nice, but other than that there was absolutely nothing remarkable about the experience.

Yelp
We came after this came up as a recommendation from multiple friends. Best paella we had during our paella tour of 8 cities throughout Spain, (Though I must admit we did not stop by the origin of paella, Valencia, next time!). So good we had to stop by twice. The paella was cooked thin leaving a deliciously crispy layer of rice that was loaded with flavor. The paella was not as overloaded with shrimp and octopus but that is typical no matter where you go. The biggest difference with this place is that the rice is so full of flavor. No question, best paella. Ambiance was also really nice. Drinks were tasty though a bit on the spendy side. Really nice views of the beach. We didn't book a table either time we stopped by and we had no trouble getting a table within 15 minutes. GO!

Eric N.

Yelp
The nougat ice cream dessert!!! Wow. So creamy and delicious. 5 stars for that! Wife and I did the tasting menu they offer for 35 euros/person. It included a nice piece of bread with tomato spread (a staple in Barcelona), a mixed salad, a paella, a glass of wine and a bottle of water. The salad had green olives, white asparagus, tomatoes and a nice vinaigrette. The salad was a little over salted but overall pretty good. The paella had a bold seafood flavor but could've definitely came with a more generous serving of seafood. We got the shrimp, octopus and clam one. All in all it was still quite tasty. The location of the place is great for a romantic evening as it situated right on the beach under the popular W Hotel. A great pre or post dinner drink spot!

Carolina A.

Yelp
There's nothing like this place in the states. The restaurant is super nice, waitress' recommendation were on point. We had the special which had several options but went for the squid ink rice. It was delicious! Best rice I've had in a while

Sequena M.

Yelp
The food was great but the service was horrible. At first I thought it was because this isn't a tourist friendly restaurant but after looking at the reviews after I ate there, it's actually true what everyone is saying about the customer service. The Paella was amazing!

Dawn S.

Yelp
This restaurant is beautiful, has an outdoor patio and a comfortable sitting area with fireplace inside near the bar. The service was impeccable and the manager, Angel was very accommodating as we came in just before closing time. We went back again during our stay and enjoyed a similar experience. (And their olives are the best!)

Jay K.

Yelp
First night in Barcelona, we went to have dinner here since it was on the hotel property, the W hotel. What we ordered: clams in tomato sauce, black ink paella, cod, and mussels. It was pretty good. Certain dishes stood out more than the other: -The clams were the most delicious- that tomato sauce- scrumptious! -Black ink paella- ordered for two people(it was three of us)- way too big of a plate that we were only able to finish a quarter of it. Taste? It was decent. -Cod- decent as well. A bit bland -Mussels were tasty Price: almost the same price range at Gallito(next door) but seems more reasonable since the menu seems more interesting and the vibe is nice. I would definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area and looking for a nice place to eat by the beach. The staff here are very nice, informative, and attentive.

Joanna L.

Yelp
Conveniently located below W Hotels, Pez Vela offers a fine selection of Spanish foods. ***Jamon Iberico de Bellota (19 euros)*** Silky and savoury jamon! The jamon was paired with sweet tomato jam bread. The jamon was so smooth and nutty, with fat so soft it melted right in my mouth. I really recommend ordering this! ***Patatas Picantes (6 euros)*** Not bad, I would order this again. Very normal potato wedges with a creamy and savory sauce. I'd save my stomach for the Calamari! ***Calamares a la Andaluza (14 euros)***I really recommend this! Very unique and interesting taste. The calamari was very soft and tender that it immediately melted in my mouth. **Sangria** I did not enjoy this. It tasted very fresh, but the red wine taste was too strong for my liking. Service: A bit slow, but hey, you're in Spain. Take your time and enjoy the beach front view on the terrance.

Saeeda Z.

Yelp
It's always a great experience to eat right on the beach! The ambiance of this restaurant is quite sophisticated although you can get away with spending less than €30. We ordered the seafood paella to split between two people. It was absolutely delicious albeit having a heavy fishy smell (unsurprising). It came out in a massive dish and the quantity was so much that we ended up eating until we were in pain and still had leftovers! We made reservations for outdoor seating, but we ended up sitting right next to the indoor portion. A little disappointing, but didn't ruin our experience! The beachside tables seat about 4+ anyways. The service was a bit slow initially but the people were all so nice and friendly, and we even received tickets for a free cava at a bar close to the restaurant. Overall, if you're looking to have paella on the beach, this is the place to do it!

Reuben N.

Yelp
Beautiful location and view, if you're able to get an outdoor table and it isn't too hot. Staff were _just_ friendly enough but still maintained plenty of "snobriety" as befitting a restaurant just next to The W. Paella was a good size for two, but toppings / seafood was very measly. Overall, tasted fine, and beautiful location, but given the prices you're certainly not paying for service or generosity. Only had paella one other time (and admittedly Paz Vela was better) but can't really judge how truly good the paella was here.

Julie T.

Yelp
We were recommended this place by our Airbnb host. After getting there little early we decided to hang out at the beach which was right in front of the restaurant. Our reservations were at 1 but we decided to see if we can get in early around 12:30, and they let us to our table ok the terrace. It was a nice view of the beach! We got the prix fix meal for 2: bottles water, glass of wine, mixed salad, tomato bread, shrimp squid and clam paella, nougat ice cream dessert, and coffee for 70 euros. It was a little on the pricy side but i think it's due to the location. The salad had olives, tomatoes, and romaine lettuce mix with a light vinaigrette. The tomato bread which was slightly toasted and smeared tomato went well with our dish. The paella was delicious, lots of seafood and the rice had a wonderful flavor also with some the Burnt rice pieces that were stuck to the pan were super crunchy and we gobbled up. After the paella the nougat ice cream was like an Caramel ice cream between 2 wafer cookies which was heavenly! After came coffee we got an americano! Yum.

Kevin D.

Yelp
A local recommended this place to us. Eh, what a disappointment. 70 euro for a giant dish of rice and barely any amount of clams and shrimp. It did come with drinks and a dessert but the main entree is nothing to write home about. This is a tourist trap. There are much better paella out there but without the view. Pass it.

Tomster L.

Yelp
I want to put 5 stars as that what it has always deserved but I have come post Covid and the paella was dry and cold and the service was very bad. It seems like they need a food runner if they plan to under staff waiters. Someone to run the food and drinks out will be helpful. One was actually rude and said we must be out in one hour from the table we wanted and the others were nice but the service poor. I was shocked. One time I flew in just to eat here again on my way to Sicily. If today were my first experience, I would never recommend it and think it's just another tourist trap. I hope it was only a bad day

Leo G.

Yelp
the worst service i have ever experienced eating out...no one except three tables...all employees talking to each other and not the customers...sure glad they be no affiliation with the w hotel

Marg T.

Yelp
Great vibe, great view, mazing red sangria, an upscale casual place to go for lunch and hang and eat a Paella.

Keshav S.

Yelp
Perfect place to enjoy a view of the beach with a great food. We have the octopus, green peppers, and ham appetizers. We also ordered the seafood paella with sangria which was perfect! The food here is slightly overpriced however you're getting very fresh seafood at a great location.

Timothy S.

Yelp
Heard about this paella from a co worker, who is from Spain, said this place is pretty legit. Normally paella is not something locals eat when they go out, it's kind of a lets get rid of leftovers meal. Anyways, it was definitely large enough for two people with an appetizer! Was a little. It on the salty side, and wasn't the best paella I've had, even if that's authentic according to my friend. Great views and atmosphere! Just a little far from public transportation, but the walk back is a great way to burn calories!

Bastiano F.

Yelp
Literally the worst paella I had in Spain. Over priced (which is not the problem) and terrible quality. Burnt and the flavor sucked. It's unfortunate since I only had one night in Spain and was looking forward to having the good paella's Spain usually offers me

Regina D.

Yelp
This place is horrible and has some thieves working there! We went to this place for lunch, forgot our wallet and called them right away, the manager said they didn't find anything without even checking or asking where i was sitting. We went there after 30 min and same response. We didn't stop anywhere else, we realized it right after we left and called right away, we know for sure we left it there. Couple of hours later i call again and ask if there have cameras, the manager said yes but only the boss can check and that i should call him again the next day. I did so, and his answer was "they don't work", didn't the manager know this the day before, when he told me "ill ask the boss"?? They took the wallet, him or the staff. Such a shame! We had all our documents and lots of money that we had for our vacation. Don't ever step a foot here!!

Benn M.

Yelp
Service is very much lacking, to the point that they make Parisian cafes look customer service focused.

Craig S.

Yelp
There is no need to go anywhere else. This restaurant is muy, muy bien. The service is Excelente! This is a must see/eat in Barcelona.

Amil H.

Yelp
Great location right below of the W hotel. Which is a great place to stay when visiting Barcelona. We ordered some jamon as a starter and two paellas. For the main entree we ordered steak. The paellas were very good but the steak was not good. But that our fault for ordering steak at restaurant that is not a steak house. Throughout Barcelona the service is top notch but this place had the worst service. Our waitress never came and checked if we needed more water. When we were trying to order more food there was no one around. We had to go chase a waiter to get our check. When we got our check we were asked how the service was and we were honest and all they cared about was for the name of the waitress not if there is something they can do for the customer.

Cindy M.

Yelp
Came here upon a recommendation of our host. Great venue, very nice decor and atmosphere, great ocean view though it can get kinda chilly. Food here is on the expensive side, if you didn't make reservation, be prepared to sit outside. We ordered the classic shrimp, squid and clam paea, but it is super salty :( its pretty big but with minimal order of 2. A bit underwhelmed with the food, perhaps this place is more of a tourist trap but great service, if it's cold, ask for one of their gas heater. Also, this place has free wifi.

Scott E.

Yelp
You know those places where you feel like you are working harder than the waiters? This is that place. The food is fine, the environment cool - and the service is awful! At least it would be awful if it was actually service. I could have eaten and drank more had anyone came near me to take an order, or clear my plates......... Oh, and when I finally got the bill - I had been charged for 2 or each meal I had ordered 'sorry sir, the machine does that'.

Christy L.

Yelp
Another restaurant of convenience - we were staying at the W Barcelona, and stumbled upon Pez Vela in a hungry frenzy. First, the location is awesome...right across the walk from the beach - the people watching was excellent!! Second, given its prime location (especially adjacent to the W) they will charge you an arm, leg, and other much needed body part to eat there. Hubs and I shared the Paella for 2 - we chose the Arroz de Butifarra, Setas y Esparragos. I won't lie, it was tasty (quite possibly amplified by me being totally buzzed and not having any food in my tum). They offer a 'menu chiringuito' for 35 euro per person - it includes bread, glass of wine, water dessert and your choice of entree. Pricey, but considering the other surrounding restaurants by the W, it's about average. Service was really lacking...our waitress seemed as though she would rather be doing anything else than her job. Cranky, slow and unfriendly...thankfully tipping is not the norm in Spain because it would have been tough - that and I was totally buzzed, so nothing was bothering me. I wanted to buy her a drink (or 10) to cheer her up - poor unhappy thing... Not a bad place to eat, just be prepared to drop some euro!

Tiffany P.

Yelp
A great spot is you are staying At the W hotel. The paella was delish as well as the pan con tomato y ensalada. A great spot for tapas or dinner.

Charo S.

Yelp
I organised a group dinner at Pez Vela and the whole experience was fantastic. We could use a private dinning room with incredible views to the beach and the sea. The service was quick and nice, and the food (butifarra rice) was great. For spanish standars (I am a local) the menu was a little bit scarce, but everything was really good. Incredible place! A posh chiringuito.

Jake S.

Yelp
Pez Vela was a very solid if not spectacular dining experience in comparison to other places we have dined at in Barcelona. Although the service was a bid shoddy, that's probably the only reason for me giving 4 stars, the food was and drinks were delicious. The paella was a healthy portion plenty for the two of us, second being my fiancé. The sangria was wonderful with several fresh fruits accompanying the drink. The avocado, mozzarella, strawberry salad was very refreshing and light. Only other minor complaint would be it is on the pricy side but you get plenty for what you pay for!

Sheryl W.

Yelp
Loved the seafood paella. It is enough for two people. Also enjoyed the fried fish - yummy! It is difficult to get a reservation in the evenings and weekends, so book in advance. Service isn't the best, but the taste of the food makes up for it.

Amy S.

Yelp
Fantastic views and cool interior beachy decor. This place is a nice place to linger with a drink or 5 and take in the sea air. Tried the paella with mushrooms, sausage and asparagus. Definitely big enough for 2 or 3 to share - though you wont want to cause it's DELICIOUS. Friends had the seafood paella, which I sampled but didn't love as much as the sausage one I had ordered. Also had some calamari and a forgettable appetizer. All in all. I liked this place. If you come, stick to sharing a few tapas or split a paella plate. That is, unless you got the money to drop... and if you are staying at the neighboring W Hotel, chances are that you do... in which case, get few drinks and enjoy the view while you're here. (3.5 out of 5)

Yelp
I'll give the black paella with the most teeny baby squid and artichokes a 4.0 star for taste and good rice texture but the rest was a 2. Crazy prices even for the location, paella was 23 Euro per person for minimum of 2 people. It was cooked over a gas stove and finished in the oven. A little basket of decent bread was delivered to the table right away. We sat in front of the kitchen, so when I saw a fried small fish returned to the kitchen (which sounded like a customer complaint as the cook flipped through the fish a few times and muttered something about calamari) and 3 minutes later it was out and onto our table!!! I wanted to complain about being served someone else's rejected food but though what's the point, it seemed like somebody ordered something they weren't sure of. Oh well, they were extremely fresh and simply battered and deep fried. Some super salty potato bravas. Some even saltier octopus over potatoes which was barely warm. It was in an earthenware that seemed to be a pre-repaired and reheated dish. Or else it was another return because it was on our table within a few minutes of ordering. We placed the remaining octopus and potatoes and fried fish to the edge of the table to make way for the paella..after placing the paella, they removed our 2/3 eaten appetizers, without asking. R was saving a clump of fish. Then the bill..Not only was there a bread charge of 3.50 Euro on the bill there was also a 1 Euro donation. I do not appreciate deceptive ploys to charge customers without their knowing to take advantage of the unsuspecting. Not to mention recycled food and taking away dishes before they are done!!! A bottle of cava and the bill was 96 Euro! I have them three stars but as I wrote it reminded me of the bad experience, down to two stars.

Jesse S.

Yelp
Over 20 euro for burnt paella, with less than 10 small shrimp that likely came from a freezer. Had to go get desserts elsewhere to feel satiated. Beautiful view though.

Jennifer G.

Yelp
Super great. Traveling as a solo and treated like a queen. Don't always get that when a party of 1 walks up. Attentive but not over the top. Took the recommendation of the server and that didn't disappoint. Octopus and potatoes- can't go wrong. Cava sangria didn't disappoint.

Dhruv J.

Yelp
The music along this whole strip is incredible. Try the mojito with ginger, a quirky but refreshing twist on a timeless classic

Kris H.

Yelp
We anticipated to eat here for 2 days and when the food arrived we were greatly disappointed. We ate here on July 6 2017 foe lunch. Ordered a veggie paella and a seafood paella but asked to remove the squid and add additional seafood from the other 2 choices shrimp and muscles. The veggie came first and that wasn't too bad. Tons of veggies but had to wait a while because it was really hot. When the seafood paella arrived, only 6 pieces of very small shrunken shrimp and many muscles. It wasnt steaming hot but a bit cold. There were also burnt parts to the rice which didn't taste good. Overall 2 thumbs down. Very disappointed when this place was highly recommended by our hotel and we were anticipating a good meal and waiting for it. Never will return and not a good way to eat my first paella in Spain. Very disappointed

Charis F.

Yelp
3 stars only because the Paella was tasty, otherwise it would be lower. The pa amb tomàquet featured some of the driest and at the same time the most overpoweringly oily bread I've had in Barcelona. But even that wouldn't have been a knock against the restaurant, the service was just downright poor. We had a reservation and when we arrived for an 8 PM dinner we were greeted with a rude "be out by ten because we need the table". We had no intention of taking anywhere near 2 hours for dinner by the way in which it was said was rude. Once we were sat at the table any servers disappeared and we sat there waiting for 20 minutes before we could so much as catch someone's eye to wave them over...if you are going to give a time limit, which is fine, at least come around sooner to take orders. Paella was good and plenty, on conclusion of the meal the waitress knocked water all over the table and though she was apologetic it was a little annoying to see water that is paid for go to waste. I would recommend that visiting patrons go elsewhere

Yelp
Over priced, short staff, great view, food = ok, could have gotten better and cheaper off the beach and without that fantastic view. REMEMBER: if there is no price or "market value" ASK!! €46.00 for a small dorado that was not dorado, I know I fish dorado

Yelp
Good paella and good atmosphere! Definitely not a locals spot but still good for a tourist location. We had the paella, appetizer, dessert and it was a really good deal/price.

Yelp
Unbelievably rude service! Place was busy so they were rushing us to leave the table while we were still eating. The host came to us and asked can we rush up a little bit (this is not a joke) because there are some other people waiting for the table. After we complained to the staff, they apologized on his (host's) behalf offering a free coffee and a dessert which we didn't accept. As for the food it was ok, but nothing to rave about.
