It’s rare that I go above 2 stars in my reviews. The service wasn’t that fast and there was barely anyone there when we ate. Really great egg drop soup and fried rice. The chicken was a bit cold, I expected it to be hot like the soup. I also got dumplings and they were awesome, a bit messy but you can’t enjoy yourself without a little mess. The desert is small and the cake is mostly whipped cream rather than the rest. I’d recommend this if you have time to spare because the service isn’t that fast.

This PF Chang’s has great food and service while also being very accessible. The food comes out quickly and tastes great. Nothing truly stands out, but it all tastes great. Perfect for date night, family night, or just grabbing a drink with affordable apps. A cool thing is being able to order what they call lettuce cups (lettuce wraps) as a keto option. We ordered apps and split a meal and we were full! Definitely check it out if you’re in white plains.

Loved everything about our experience here today! My family and I came by to celebrate my mom's birthday, and they did not disappoint. The attention and service were top notch, the food was delicious, and they even sang happy birthday paired with the biggest slice of chocolate cake I've ever seen in my life! My recent experience here was absolutely amazing! Milton, the bartender, really knew how to enhance my evening with his fantastic drink recommendations during happy hour. And oh my goodness, the shrimp dumplings were to die for—every bite was a burst of flavor! I can't wait to come back for more!

Such great tasting food. The lettuce wraps are a favorite of ours! Exceptional service, Charlie, took great care of us! The atmosphere is genuine. Decor is inviting. Drove an hour from home to get this amazing dinner!

Took an unusually long time to get served at lunch today- but as usual, a great meal! The bus staff were exceptionally helpful in retrieving servers for assistance. The Korean Cauliflower became a new favorite! So tasty!

I used Uber eats to have the honey shrimp Mongolian beef and lettuce wraps . Delicious and I've eaten at the white plains location before and I'm Never disappointed. Great for a chain restaurant.

Came to Westchester mall on a weekend and wanted some PF chang's. Did not have much of an expectation bc last time we had PF chang's in another city, it wasn't that great. This one, however, was better than expected. It was pretty spacious, did not need reservation. It was very difficult to find though from inside the mall and took us awhile..but I'm sure it's easier to find from outside the mall. Our server was actually very good, efficient, knew the menu, got all of our orders correct, and was diligent to refill water and such. I heard that their ribs are good so decided to try it and it was definitely very good and it is something I would order again. The korean flavored cauliflower wasn't that great, but the pad thai that we got, peach boba, and orange chicken were all quite good. Maybe we didn't come in with too much of an expectation, but overall no complaints and would come again.

I love Pf changs but was disappointed. My favorite thing about lo mein is the sauce and this lo mein was sauceless. Generous amount of chicken and shrimp but dry and disappointed.

Oh my goodness, where did the authenticity go? First of all, the AC was not working.. so it was very warm in there. When I looked up to the ceiling the vent was covered with heavy dust. That was disgusting.. I thought to myself. These people need to hire professionals to clean these vents.. probably that's why the AC was not working . When they served our food, it did NOT look like the food (picture)on their website. I was very disappointed. Next time I'll go to my local Chinese food in my neighborhood. It tastes so much better and authentic. No more PF Chang for me and my family! What a waste of time,sweat and money.

In town for a work trip for the night and needed something still open when I got here for a late dinner so my colleague and I decided to come here. Pros While the food was delicious! Cons The service was horrible. Once seated it took a while for our server to even acknowledge us. Once we received our food, our server disappeared. It took another server to get him to get our drink refilled. Then he disappeared again for almost 15 minutes while we waited for our check. The music was WAY too loud to have a normal conversation across the table This would not be my first choice to come back to unless I was gonna do takeout and didn't have to deal with the in-house service.

My family and I were looking for Father's Day lunch. We were all in town for a wedding and needed a restaurant that could accommodate a large group of 11 plus 2 toddlers. Our waitress was friendly and made sure to meet all of our expectations. Drinks and apps brought out in a timely manner, all dishes ordered were brought out shortly after and all tasted as we expected it to. Everyone left with a happy and full belly!

Not the same! My drink was delicious the Pink Lotus Cosmo, happy hour special , my crab wontons were not fully cooked very doughy at the bottom, I didn't complains I'll just reheat them later in the toaster over to get them crispy and my all time favorite entree came out pipping hot, the sesame chicken it was highly over seasoned and swimming in sauce and the rice to chicken ratio was so sat off, tons of chicken very little rice, they changed it to match previously but now it's way off .

-10/10 This is the worst PF Changs that I've been to in a while. The service was incredibly slow. Once sat, my server took approx 15 mins to greet us. Noted to my server I had a peanut allergy, upon getting our appetizer. I noted a peanut like sauce which freaked me and the other person in my party out. We asked for a manager kindly to be spoken to as if we were idiots that the sauce presented with our app was a sesame sauce (the app didn't note there would be one). Overall, would I come back? No - service was slow although it was busy.

My first yelp review & it's bad, please improve your Staffing!!!! Someone to go around and make sure that the servers are doing their work & that the customers are ok. Around 8 years ago was the last time I went because the food wasn't up to par & said it was the last time I'd set foot in there. For some reason I decided to celebrate my 55th there because I heard there lettuce wraps were awesome, got seated quickly, the table was not all the way clean meaning there was a noodle on the table, asked for a sprite & got soda water, then we sat there for 10mins waiting on the waiter that didn't show back up so we left & went across the street to Cheesecake Factory, where I had a phenomenal meal, always a good meal experience at Cheesecake. Sorry PF Chang's White Plains, definately will not be setting foot back in there, maybe PF Chang's somewhere else, but White Plains, No Sá

Just awful, the drinks were very expensive. The place was empty and we couldn't find our waiter for 30min. I can taste the radiation from the microwave on the crab wontons. We didn't stay to order the entrees. Instead we went to the diner next door.

A reliable Chinese food chain restaurant located in the Westchester Mall. The food is delicious and the portions hearty. We made a reservation for 7pm and only waited minutes due to it being a crowded Saturday night. We shared everything and had the lettuce wraps and dumplings (pork) to start. Then the Mongolian Beef and Kung Pao chicken with white rice. Cheesecake for dessert. The food arrived promptly and without issues and our server was attentive and warm. The ambiance feels a bit dated and in need of a refresh but I like the red and black colors. P.F. Chang is like a reliable old friend. Always there when you need them.

I got the crab wontons and firecracker shrimp, went with my cousin and sister. Excellent atmosphere, food was great, tasted good and was filling. My server, Thomas, was very polite and professional. I'd like to come here again.

I had a wonderful dinner here. We started off with the hot and sour soup that was excellent, had a great vinegar tang.mFor entrées, I ordered the pepper steak and my friend got the sesame chicken. Pepper steak was crunchy, yet tender. The sauce was delicious with a nice pepper and onion accompaniment. The sesame chicken was crispy and fluffy, with tender chicken pieces underneath a light coating. Really good. Our server was quite nice and personable. She was very efficient and checked on us often. It was an overall great experience! Keep it up!

Love this location. This is our first visit since the pandemic began and ny dh amputation. We noticed they've done some remodelling. This location is accesibke from the 2nd floor parking deck. So if you have strollers or have mobility issues, this is where you'll want to enter. Use your smartphone to scan the QR code for the menu I honestly don't think there's a "bad seat" in the place. The food was good and the server was pleasant. All in all, its a good location to visit, and afterwards, you can take the nearby elevator to the attached mall to walk off the calories.

This was my second time patronizing this location over the last 10 or so years and I was disappointed for a second time and last time. I called a few days ago, on Saturday evening, to ask if the if the kitchen was still open because I wanted to place an order for pick up. The young woman who answered the phone could have cared less about providing decent customer service and hung up the phone without offering a "thank you" or a "goodbye" once my question was answered. I was beside myself and couldn't believe that they thought that was acceptable that I had to call back and inquire about the poor approach. Then this afternoon, against better judgement, I called back to actually place an order; the same young woman answered the phone. Once I placed my order and went to pick it up, the same young woman was at the front, on her phone, and just as rude in person. It got worse when I was ignored when I went to pick up my order at/in the kitchen when the young man decided he was going to help someone in front of me then act like he didn't see me standing there when in was my turn. I had to try to yell over the loudness of the kitchen to ask where I should pick up my order. Good thing there was a manager of sorts who saw me and assisted in me getting my order. Once I got home to eat my pork spare ribs and veggie lo mein, I was underwhelmed. The sauce on the ribs tasted as if there was anise in it, something I absolutely loathe and feel is unnecessary/confusing for a bbq sauce to contain. The Lo mein was average; I have had better at fast food restaurants for 1/3 of the price. All in all, I will not be returning to P.F. Chang's as the service and food did not meet my expectations.

The service is great but there is no AC and there's a heat wave outside. It was the most uncomfortable dining experience. Also, there were a lot of flies around the table.

We ate here 7 years ago and it was fine, so went today due to forced mall visit for Apple Store repair. The service was pretty awful and the food was not good and pricy like you expect at a mall. Will NEVER go to PF Chang ever again at any location!

We had such a great time dining there. They have a great wine selection and the service was wonderful. It was our birthday month, so we signed up their membership and got complimentary birthday desserts. The foods are innovative. Their sushi roll is smoked so it has its special flavor. And the dynamite shrimp appetizer was also very special and you just won't get it anywhere else. Their fried rice with chicken was a little bit underwhelming but it was still good.

I have been eating at this restaurant for 20 years, since 2004! The food is always amazing, especially the crispy fried green beans and the chicken fried rice! The interior has changed a few times and I'm loving the most recent decor! The service is great too. Tonight it was a pleasure to meet our server Onigue. She was very nice and attentive! We look forward to many more years of patronizing this establishment! Thank you!

P.F. Chang's food and drinks are consistently good. I like their pan fried shrimp dumpling and honey Shrimp. Not everyplace can make a Mai Tai but this place mastered it. The wait staff is on point with telling you what the specials are and if you are getting too happy siting at the bar - they will bring that to your attention politely (I am not referring to me ). Overall this is a great place that is not too expensive to grab some food and drinks.

Used to be a regular here for when they opened and for a few years after... then moved north... so it's been a minute! Stopped in for lunch, had the kung pao shrimp. The shrimp were small but delicious and the price was right. Great service at the bar! Glad they're still doing things right!

I've been to PF Changs a million times. I'd have to say this was one of my better experiences. From the quality of the food to the service. This location is right in the Westchester Mall, so great to grab a bite after some shopping. I loved my meal and service. Ordered the pan fried pork dumplings and the Singapore noodles. The dumplings were perfectly pan seared and paired well with the sauce. The presentation was also really nice. Looked like they took their time putting it together. Not just dumplings tossed on a plate. Loved my Singapore noodles. Sooooo much great flavor in that dish. If you are questioning whether to try them, do it!! Enjoyed my afternoon lunch today!

4/5... located in it's own section of the Westchester mall this is a nice location with lot parking... What stands out as you walk in is the great setting/decor, chopsticks and forks in the napkins, and nice sized tables. The food was spectacular in taste but for the price the service was no where near where it should have been. Also there are many parents with 2-5 year old so not quite the date night spot I thought it would be. The calamari was spectacular! There is limited sushi options but they were fresh and tasty. The Mongolian Beef was amazing. The heat was on in the establishment plus the kitchen heat made it uncomfortably warm at the end. If you are in the mall and have time and $... this is a nice asian fusion spot.

PF Changs is my go to restaurant with friends. I have been in the restaurant several times celebrating birthday gatherings with 6 friends. On July 20, 2024, I decided I would order delivery. I have ordered delivery before although expensive with lots of add on bogus fees ( The Pandemic is over restaurants stop with these bogus fees you are robbing the public.) I ordered Crispy Honey Chicken and Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps. I have ordered these two dishes many times over the years. When I opened the bag I was shocked at the portion size. It is half the size of portions you get in the restaurant or on pervious delivery orders. The last time I ordered delivery I received a 1/4 of a lettuce. This time I got 5 lettuce leaves. The total bill was $61.21. YES, the food was good, but the portion size gets a (1). This is outrageous. I will never order from PF Changs again. So disappointed.

I've never been to a P. F. Chang's. I'd heard lots of negative comments about the food. Well, we went today to this one in White Plains, and it was great! Fresh brewed iced tea, wonderfully refreshing. The Won Ton Soup was seasoned nicely, not salty. It had dumplings, chicken, shrimp, mushrooms. I loved it. My DC had the Hot and Sour Soup, very tasty. We had the Mapo Tofu with Steamed Broccoli. A different preparation, it had cubes of crisped tofu. The sauce was very good, not spicy, but we liked it. Don't skip the Crispy Green Beans! They're tempura battered, not greasy. Loved the dipping sauce that came with them. We're looking forward to returning!

This use to be a nice place to grab lunch or dinner, but the last 2x the food has been subpar. The lettuce wraps portion was smaller and the dynamite shrimp looked and tasted totally different. Definitely will not be returning.

Came today for lunch and food is still delicious af. Best part was ABRIANA aka Bri she was our server and she was a pleasure as she was so lovely and funny. She was so attentive. For entrees we had lunch bowls that are such good portions and inexpensive. The cocktails are strong and yummy I'm never disappointed I had the KYOTO BLOOM & my partner had the IWAI OF THE TIGER both were ridiculous good. For appetizers we had these shrimp fried duplings it was delicious everything was perfect I did not have room for dessert but last time I came here the banana fried icecream thing was the bomb. Definitely will try to visit again when I'm in the area really enjoyed this place.

I came to PF Chang to celebrate my little sister's 30th birthday. Due to CDC regulations we couldn't have inside dining in Brooklyn. I drove from Brooklyn to this PF Chang location and it took me 1.5 hours. Upon arrival we were greeted by a fairly rude security guard (so we thought) on his cell phone. We only asked where we could meet the hostess to check in for our 8PM reservations. He said, "In the front" we thought we were in the front. So I asked would you mind pointing to where that may be and he actually rolled his eyes and pointed to the other end of the restaurant. Now I'm always polite and would say Thank you, but this time I refused. My little sister agreed he wasn't polite for a PF Chang employee. Thank goodness the hostess was a breath of fresh air and extremely helpful, polite and gracious. We were seated right away, in a back area near a neat line of windows. It was PERFECT! My sister is a nurse and fears being around unmasked people even if there is distance between us. Our waitress Aisha was so helpful. She helped with what is the favorites on the menu. She came back with our drinks within 10 mins and served our appetizers and dinner in a timely fashion. I had a coconut drink and she had a mojito. I was shocked there was just the right amount of alcohol and not a load of ice. The appetizer were SO GOOD that my sis was talking to me and I couldn't respond. It was Chang's chicken lettuce wrap. To my amazement I ordered one to go. I love Asian cuisine, but if you get to read my review please order this with a small serving of their fried rice and you will be full to the brim and happy you trusted me. The food and drinks, to go meal didn't go over $100. It was worth the long drive. Now on to the bathroom, we were the last group reservations so by the time we went to the restroom there was no toilet paper, but at least the restroom was clean. My sister laughed of course when I had to ask her to pass me a few sheets. (sorry TMI) but the point is they keep a clean restaurant and restroom. I plan on going back, but I hope to come in the summer. Enjoy! and if you go please ask for Aisha. PS- the guy I asked for directions was actually a manager (WOW!) I found out when we were leaving for the parking lot.

I've been to this P.F. Chang's more times than I'd like to admit. 99% of the reason is because their fried crab wontons are sooooooo good. The other food in the restaurant is pretty solid but there's definitely better Asian food elsewhere. The main issue I have against this P.F. Chang's is the service. The multiple times I've been there there has always been some issue. One time once my party was seated we didn't get a server until 40 minutes in and then I had to grab a server from the side and ask for a server. Their plating also isn't consistent so we're not sure if our food is right and they'll sometimes have fruit touching the hot food. Other times our food has taken a while to come out. We've also been denied the food that we ordered as some of the people who serve the food from the kitchen are not the same servers so they'll come to our table with our order get confused and then take the food away from us. Another atrocity is the removal of the appetizer sampler from the menu. This was my favorite thing to order and now it is no more. Honestly the main reason we come here is the crab wontons and the fact that we're probably always going to get a table when we go (maybe not served though).

Nice size restaurant w good Chinese food. If you want a good standard Chinese meal out PF Changs is always pretty good even if it's a bit salty. That's a standard for eating out. Many gluten free options as NYC and White Plains is very mindful of this.

I have never been treated so disrespectful by a host, "Nate" he was very rude, tried to put us in the dark by the kitchen. He almost ruined our dinner, but Allen our server was excellent and turned our night around. Mgmt listened, but didn't seem sincere. I will not return to this PF Changs!

Restaurant had great food and drinks. I cleaned my plate like a dog. Our waitress " Onique" provided amazing service in terms of gettin our food quick. Great place.

The WORST Chinese restaurant. Do NOT order from them. I placed an order and they had me wait 2 hours, when I called they said the delivery guy was on his way. Finally after 2 hours, I called again and they were so incredibly rude I just ended canceling. Do not give your business to this horrible company. There's so many Chinese restaurants in Yonkers, do yourself a favor and order from another place that I'm sure has better customer service and won't make you wait over 2 hours for food.

The lettuce wraps are not like they used to be. Not as good. The food was too salty. I was very disappointed. This used to be a place I would go to celebrate special occasions but I did not feel special anymore.

GF Fried Rice Delicious Stir fried rice, went there with my husband and 3 children and they absolutely loved it! Authentic food with super nice waitresses!

For being a chain restaurant this location was really good our waitress was very attentive wasn't packed and our food came out at decent times I had a wonderful night hair on date night with my wife. You can never go wrong with PF Chang's

I know this is a chain, so expectations are never high.....but wow this place has gone downhill! They used to have the best happy hour in White Plains....two pages full of low priced options and cocktails including a GREAT Mai Tai. Not only is the Mai Tai gone, but there are literally 3 food options printed on an index card and everything is $7. Oh the AC wasn't working and the place was 100 degrees....the TVs haven't worked in a month so couldn't watch the Olympics. Food on the regular menu is way overpriced for chain restaurant noodles. Doubt they'll be open much longer.

Great food! They're probably the most expensive Chinese restaurant on line, but the food is excellent.

The experience was mediocre and disappointing. Saturday night full house in this generically furnished super chain location. Ceiling spot lights were in our eyes rather than on the table. Chopsticks are thin and round, making them difficult to use. (Yes, I've eaten in Hong Kong.) All staff with whom we interacted lacked friendliness & a welcoming attitude including the greeter, the person who took us to our table, the server & the two who brought our meals. Edamame lacked freshness & was overloaded with small, single bean pods. Buddha Delight was mostly carrot & broccoli with some slight, hard to discern slivers of tofu. The dish was mostly flavorless. Ma Po Tofu tofu pieces were good but the chili sauce was on the sweet side and lacked heat despite the menu designation. Prices were good considering the general post pandemic restaurant menu hyper inflation. We were given no reason to return to any of the outposts.

My family and i came here recently for my daughter, Hiawathas, birthday. She was turning seventeen and wanted to celebrate this special girl. However as soon as we walked in it smelt like farts and that someone needed to use the bathroom. But i think it was really the food. Maybe I'm not used to exotic foods like this since i am from Nebraska. But this was extremely disturbing. First off the sushi (i dont know what kids these days say) was NOT bussing. I was truly disappointed with how the staff treated us as they did not meet the needs of our family. We just wanted to celebrate our daughter and her teenage years for one last time and we couldnt even do that. I just wanted to come on here and say that ordering from this place is just not worth it and in my opinion a real waste of money.

I owed a friend a favor so I treated him to dinner at the White Plains location and the food was DISGUSTING! I was embarrassed that I took him to this dump. It's also old and needs a good renovation.

This is the fourth time I've ordered from here for pick up and I put my order in 1 hour in advance. They confirm my order and never have my order ready or simply lose my order I've already paid for! I guess their time and money is more important than mine! Don't waste your time or money!! Manager doesn't even answer the phone and acknowledge this horrible service!

If you're looking for large "Asian" portions, P.F. is your spot. P.F. doesn't fall in the "heathy chain" bracket- but the menu has some light fare that you can get by with: lettuce wraps, Sushi ( I'd definitely not eat it here) and more stuff to satisfy every palate. Plus there were salad options that seemed solid. Hubs came from left field to have dinner here on a Saturday night since our last time we were here 15 years ago. But we had done some shopping at The Westchester so it was easy access and just an elevator ride to come here without stepping foot outside. Large open dining space in the center, booth seating by the bar plus more seating on the perimeter. Seated quick and placed appetizer and drink orders soon after. Lemme just say- my Cauliflower Tempura with a sweet-spicy sauce was good. I was surprised the Cauliflower had a nice fresh crunch. Hubs enjoyed his 'dry' instead of the BBQ small spare ribs as his appetizer. I was in love with a Moscow Mule Mocktail I had in the city a few nights ago and salivated for more. Went with P.F.'s version... but lacked majorly- I guess that's what separates the big leagues from the minor- (P.F.'s had a bunch of ice). Hubs enjoyed his Kung Pao Chicken and side of Fried Rice. My Crunchy Rice Noodle Salad greens and veggies were good. Except my shrimp were small and cold. I get this is a 'Salad'...but damn. I really wished the star of my salad being the shrimp- would tie everything together- but it fell short. Everything else was ok. All in all, I guess it boils down to preference and I really can't expect much from an "Asian" fusion chain....especially P.F Chang's. But service was fine and food wasn't bad.

They threw my leftovers out after I left them there for only 10 mins. I forgot them and went back. PF Chang, You Owe Me a Refund!
