When you sit down, you order through a q r code located on the table. My food did arrive promptly and looked great. The french fries were well done. They were nice and crispy on the outside.Soft on the inside not overdone. My burger was definitely well done. I'd ordered medium, but it came out well done. It still tasted great and all of the items on the burger seemed fresh and crisp. The problem arose when I wanted a little more iced tea, i asked the server who walked by who I figured was my server.Because she brought my food to me in the first place. And I waited. I then asked another server if I could get a refill on my iced tea and she said yes.But still it never came. I waited about fifteen minutes.I really needed the iced tea to wash down the meal so I ended up leaving it. When I was leaving, one of the servers was standing there and ask me how everything was because I obviously hadn't eaten all of my lunch and I let her know that I never got my refill on my iced tea.So I was unable to eat half my lunch. Her reply was well, I told your server. To be clear, I waited until my food was basically unedible because it was just too cold. Sadly, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Google
At an airport restaurant, speed of service is imperative. Waiting 40 minutes from ordering until food delivery is unacceptable. Food was mediocre for the price. Not many options; fewer than the options on the menu photos posted. Had to order via QR code and received plastic drinkware and cutlery. No wait for a table, but the restaurant was crowded. Definitely not planning to visit here again. Don't visit this restaurant unless you have a LONG time before boarding. Management needs to hire more cooks. Server was friendly.

Google
We used to LOVE this restaurant at the Savannah airport. After Covid everything changed. The staff is rude & inattentive, the menu is extremely limited & they are still using the QR code for ordering & the staff gets so mad when you can’t figure how to use it properly. It’s the only sit down restaurant at the airport (past security) which is a total shame because it’s so bad and a horrible reflection on the airport itself. Bring back table service, friendly staff, a decent menu, real silverware & a couple nice wine choices. Give travelers a nice experience prior to their departure as opposed to a horrible one. What happened to caring about your reputation & providing a pleasurable dining experience for travelers.

Nick L.

Google
You would think your lifelong enemies with the servers the way they treat you here. Consider yourself lucky if the waiter comes over to your table more than once and doesn’t look at you with pure hate. Not only are they rude. Their attitudes are all horrendous. I asked for a cup of water. Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes but I had to constantly remind them. Then they bring it over and good luck if you ever see your waiter again. I ask a simply question and all they did was point at the QR code. I have never felt more disrespected, uncomfortable and like an enemy than eating at this restaurant. If one person on the staff cracks a smile you’re probably dreaming. Stay far away from this place and I will never go back. To the manager. You’re not doing your job and you need a whole new staff. I have been treated better by a thorn bush than these staff members. DO NOT GO

Kevin J.

Google
Pretty good burger served FAST, tasty and fresh toppings, decent sized patty, tasted great despite being cooked well done (no other option). Could have used some additional servers, ours was working her tail off (and had a lot of tables to cover.) I had fries with my burger but a colleague said the homemade chips (instead) were worth the wait! I’d eat here again!

Mark A.

Google
They don’t have a menu and expect you to use your phone. My battery is low and need to keep it just for phone calls. Waitress just told me you can have a burger or wrap - what’s wrong with printing a 2 cent piece of paper so I can read the various dishes and see prices? What is wrong with management today where the customer is relegated to being of lowest importance? I would expect more from an establishment flying the PGA logo!

Cornell B.

Google
I had a long lay over in the Savannah airport (due weather) This is the only sit down restaurant and it got crowded fast. I just had a burger and some fries. The thing that stood out to me the most was the services from my waitress Ukeyvia ( l hope l spelled her name right)She went above and beyond to explain the menu because you can only use QR codes. Once l ordered my food it came out hot and fast. I was so surprised at the service because it seemed like they had limited staff. This waitress needs a raise because she gives fast friendly services under pressure.

Phire F.

Google
Extremely limited menu, they advertise different items on the tables that they dont have and then get annoyed when you ask about it. On that same topic, the staff act like they're forced against their wills to be here and its your fault for having the gall to eat at the only sit down restaurant in this whole god forsaken airport. Also the food is bad, the fries have never even seen salt before, the ingredients on my sandwich were so unbalanced its like someone was rushing tknget it out when my order took like 20 minutes to show up. If you can avoid eating here you should. Go to the burger king instead, at least there you know what to expect and they have standards.

Yelp
It's definitely not a 1-star place. Nobody cried, nobody got food poisoning, and my fork didn't bend in half. That's already a win in 2025. The quesadillas were... fine. Like, "your coworker brought these to the potluck" fine. The burger? Perfectly acceptable. You won't write home about it, but you also won't question your life choices mid-bite. Service was solid OK. Not "grandma remembers your birthday" level, but "your DoorDash driver actually follows instructions" level. If you just need to eat, BK is too far, and you want something that requires slightly more commitment than a gas-station sandwich, this grill will absolutely do the job. It's the Switzerland of restaurants: neutral, safe, and won't offend anyone's taste buds. Would I come back? Strong maybe, if I'm hungry, nearby, and emotionally prepared for a meal that exists.
google avatar

Kenneth B.

Yelp
Limited selection of food but only place in terminal to get a bite Service was fast and if you want an OK burger or a quesadilla you'll be fine Drinks are fast but expensive

Cam Devine D.

Yelp
Online reviews don't do it justice. The chicken wrap was tight, balanced, and flavorful without trying too hard. Fries were crisp, well-salted, and fresh out of the fryer. Service moved quickly and staff actually seemed to care - a rarity in any airport, let alone one with a reputation like this. It's not a culinary destination, but for what it is, it clears the bar. No complaints. Would run it back.
google avatar

Bill J.

Yelp
Meh. This restaurant isn't good. This eatery is at the far end of the terminal. You have to place your order through a QR code. There is no real service here... the wait staff brings your order to you and vanishes, never to return. The food is just ok, but the prices are exorbitant for what you get. For instance, my order was a Turkey BLT and a glass of Iced Tea. The bill came to $28.51 (including tip.). My advice is to try to eat somewhere before you get to the airport.
google avatar

Raymond S.

Yelp
Only restaurant at the airport and they know it. So they make no effort to be friendly, fast, serve decent food or really anything that would be considered redeemable. Eat before you get to the airport-this place sucks.
google avatar

Sami G.

Yelp
The Savannah airport is very limited and apparently that's why this place can get away serving the worst food around. I don't like to post bad reviews but this was maybe the worst restaurant I've ever tried to eat at. The staff was fine but since there is a QR code to order from, they weren't busy. I ordered a simple hamburger with avocado and bacon (both are an added cost) plus fries. I also ordered sweet tea to drink. The tea was terrible. The burger came out cold and looked like the worst school lunch soy burger ever. Then I looked under the bun and saw there was no avocado or bacon! At the same time, a woman at the bar was complaining that she didn't get avocado either. We found out, even though the avocado and bacon added plus are on the menu and the QR code lets you order them, the restaurant does not carry them. The burger was inedible. Fries were cold. The silverware that was left for me was cheap and mismatched. The wait staff refunded only the avocado either so disappointed but I should have taken heed by everyone else before me! The only thing that was worth the one star was the outdoor view from my chair.
google avatar

Mehdi T.

Yelp
Wish I read the reviews before eating here lol. Ordered fish and chips and they gave me microwaved fish nuggets with cold saugy fries. They asked if I wanted to get something and I said no, because everything else was coming out luke warm or cold, and I'm sure it was going to be horrible. Best thing about this place is that they have bar chairs and TVs.

Yelp
8-30-24 5:00 pm Came here for a quick drink before our flight on Southwest. We sat at a table and ordered drinks I had a Cosmopolitan. The Menu is on QR code not a favored method but the waitress was kind enough to let us know what they had. So I got an order of wings hubby said he wasn't hungry. Of course once they came he devoured them and wanted another order. Unfortunately we were out of time and had to run so next time. The atmosphere was pleasant and it had an open and airy feel. Definitely will go here again on our next trip out of this airport. Conveniently located near the gates.
google avatar

Kameron L.

Yelp
There's just QR codes on the table, but they don't work so after multiple attempts to order food on 2 different devices we gave up and left As did the table sitting next to us
google avatar

Kyle S.

Yelp
It's fine. There aren't many sit down restaurants in this small, quiet airport but this one is sufficient. The menu is limited to a few sandwiches and some apps. The drink menu is more expansive. Service was friendly and attentive.
google avatar

Matthew S.

Yelp
Will someone from the airport/airlines and the PGA please read these reviews! The airport, airlines, Savannah and the PGA should be embarrassed by this place! It is not the fault of the staff, by the by, they are running full speed and clearly don't have anywhere near the numbers to manage the volume and everything suffers because of it. Strip the owner of their franchise rights, kick them out of the airport, or make them actually fix it!

Yelp
When you're limited on options to sit and eat while waiting for your plane, you often settle for what's available. We found this place that looked clean and acceptable. We were instructed to order via a QR code, which we did, but noticed some confusion among other customers. Each QR code needs to be "activated" to place an order, and we saw several nice waitresses helping confused patrons navigate this system. We ordered and paid through the site, but it took over 30 minutes for our simple dishes to arrive from a limited menu. Drinks came out quickly, but there was confusion about our food order, which was eventually found. The food was fair--nothing impressive, just enough to satisfy our hunger. The reviews seem accurate in that there's no wow factor here. The drinks could also be stronger. It's a decent option for a quick bite, but don't expect too much.
google avatar

Michelle L.

Yelp
A nice change from the normal big chain airport restaurants. Friendly & quick service, good came out quickly and was good. Prices as expected in an airport, higher than the street but could've been more. The ranch was not good, tasted like it had been sitting out awhile. Didn't have any small to-go containers or foil to wrap food so wrapped half a sandwich in napkins and a to-go bag.

Laura O.

Yelp
Don't. Eat before you get in the terminal. 1 appetizer 3 entrees. Everything probably comes out of a microwave. Super expensive. Service is not good. Dirty.

Britt J.

Yelp
Cellphone Q-scan ordering platform is problematic, restaurant isn't clean, food isn't tasty but *is* expensive. Server was empathetic to these factors, for what it's worth. This is what happens when there's only one 'non-fast-food' restaurant in the Savannah airport and travelers have limited choices. If a competing restaurant opened in SAV, the PGA Tour Grill would go out of business in a very short time.
google avatar

Yelp
I was really hungry before my flight and often get anxiety when I fly so I get a cocktail before take off. I ordered a tequila soda with a splash of pineapple and turkey sandwich. She repeated the sandwich order back to me... you mean the turkey blt? I said yes. The bartender forgot the soda in my cocktail so I asked her to fix it and I waited patiently for my sandwich. I nursed my drink because I hadn't eaten that day and I was waiting for my sandwich. The people next to me got their wings- so I thought my sandwich should be up soon. I can eat in 15 min I think before my plane boards. My sandwich never came. She never rang it in. I was too embarrassed to say anything and it wouldn't matter anyway because I had to run to catch my flight. So I finished my cocktail paid my bill and jumped on my plane. I felt sick the rest of the day because I had a cocktail with an empty stomach and then flew. I wanted to write this review because I need this restaurant to know it's big deal when someone forgets to ring in a food item. Flying with a little booze in you with no food is a terrible combo. Please be better in the future.

Yelp
Sucks. Plain and simple Sucks plain and simple Sucks plain and simple What more can I say. It was gross and overpriced
google avatar

Tony J.

Yelp
Watch out for tip for charity thing on the bill..Especially for older folks who aren't paying attention you may put your total on this line and walk out with twice the bill. Service was ok but we left after one drink to hit Uno pizza take out. The menu is limited to very basic sandwiches and per another post you are better off at Burger King. I wish I took pictures but we saw plenty of full plates left at the bar. Burgers looked like lunch room cafeteria burgers. If I were the PGA i would shut this place down. Cant even get a salad.. The menu pics posted on yelp are old and not accurate If you are just drinking go for it.

Shannon F.

Yelp
Place was dirty and there was dust everywhere. They were out of different things. Service could've been better, but workers were pleasant. Food didn't have any seasoning.
google avatar

LaShonda H.

Yelp
I wish I read the reviews prior to grabbing a bite here. The menu is quite limited, I choose the chicken quesadilla. Bland and with no flavor, the sauces that came with it were bland also. The server was nice and attentive, if I could give her a 5 independently I would do so. Pass on eating here unless you have no choice.

Laverne P.

Yelp
What's to recommend- bad service or bad dye jobs? These people do not care about anything. The employees were rude and were aware of this. The manager was kind but these employees really need a reality check

Joel S.

Yelp
This place is god awful. If you find yourself seating outside the railing, don't expect to ever get service. I travel through this airport once or twice a month and the staff here seem to be as miserable as the food itself. As others have mentioned, their idiotic QR code ordering system never works. Don't worry though. They only have about three items anyway and none are worth eating. This terrible restaurant should be embarrassing for the airport leadership. Especially since it's really the only restaurant in the airport.
google avatar

Lora L.

Yelp
The food was acceptable. Total lack of service. In the PGA Tour grill with the TPC CHAMPIONSHIP playing in Sawgrass yet I'm seeing a parade and basketball. Hmm
google avatar

Sandy D.

Yelp
Sooooo subpar. Turkey blta has poor quality ingredients with fried, greasy bread. Save your calories, time and money and just get Burger King or make an alternate choice.
google avatar

Gary W.

Yelp
No service. High prices. Limited menu Mediocre food. But there are few alternatives so they have no incentive to improve
google avatar

Kara M.

Yelp
The food was pretty good, but unfortunately the service wasn't great. Felt like they were short staffed and not all of the bar drinks are on the app to order without a server. It was packed since there are not many food options past security.
google avatar

Kris F.

Yelp
Worst airport food I've ever had in my life. $18 gas station quality turkey sandwich with 2 slices of the thinnest smallest bacon (think fast food chain) between greasy 'grilled' bread. French fries were cold and greasy. Did I eat it? Yes. I was starved and spent $18 bucks for it. Server running her butt off. QR code to order, not my favorite thing. Avoid!
google avatar

Kevin T.

Yelp
A lot of people leaving bad reviews here could be justified but I suspect a lot have ridiculous expectations of an airport restaurant. My service was good, food was good and it was the typical expensive airport food. Turkey sandwich was made just the way I ordered it and it was served hot.
google avatar

Michele G.

Yelp
Super quick service and good food. East for quick bite and pretty good. Electronic ordering so able to order right away just need waitress for drinks
google avatar

Zachery M.

Yelp
This place is a joke. The PGA should be ashamed to have their names on this restaurant. Food options are very limited and similar to a high school cafeteria lunch. At least the two bar tenders were quick. No hole in one here!

Sienna L.

Yelp
Sat down at a table and immediately noticed the place was not clean at all. Then waited 40 minutes for food, whole experience was awful, terrible service. Food was alright but not great.

Garret F.

Yelp
Food was definitely not worth the price. We were debating between the limited food options: Panini place, Burger King, and PGA Tour Grill. After coming here and seeing the quality of food, I regret not going to Burger King getting the same quality burger for $10 less.
google avatar

Arthur G.

Yelp
Hilariously rude service. They seem to actually take joy in their insolence. Go anywhere else in this airport, they don't deserve a dime.

J C.

Yelp
Employees were confused whether or not they were still serving food. We got conflicting answers so we got up and left. I guess they don't need our money that bad. Ambiance was ok other than employees were eating when we walked in.

Zach S.

Yelp
Food was terrible! Chipotle chicken sandwich was a molded piece of chicken breast from a wholesaler. Way overcooked and tasteless! My wife got the chicken Caesar salad with the exact same piece of chicken. Awful and overpriced! $78 for two beers and garbage! Should have just gone to BK!

Elsie R.

Yelp
I hope this is the last "worst meal ever"! PGA should not allow this to use their name, acronym or likeness. 100% ambiance deception. Food was awful. I feel bad for the friendly server who had to put this on our table.

K R.

Yelp
Run down, limited menu, limited food options. This place is not befitting of this airport. Time for a major refresh/redo. The only saving grace was the attitude of the girl behind the bar. Otherwise, hit the restaurant pre-security at SAV. This place sucks.
google avatar

Dr Robert M.

Yelp
I went to the Savannah airport early this past Sunday, June 16, heading home via JetBlue to Boston. I walked into the PGA Tour Grill and given that it was the last day of the US Open this was definitely the place to be. Lu (not Luanne!) checked my ID and served me a 'Cape Codder" (appropriate because I do live in SE Mass; the beverage was priced very reasonably I must say!). Over the course of the next two-three hours, and a number of delays and lots of golf, I was served and entertained by bartenders Lu and Denae who were both great. These ladies were working hard, it was very busy at the Grill, but they kept their pleasant attitude as they worked efficiently and effectively. Thank You and Well done ladies!!

Sean B.

Yelp
Garbage. Absolutely terrible even for airport food. Burger looked like it had been boiled and fries were soggy like they had just been defrosted. They are lucky there are few choices in the airport. Horrible experience
google avatar

Justin G.

Yelp
Terrible service! Was looking for a drink before my flight and this was the only thing open. Our server didn't seem like she wanted to help us at all, and she had an attitude the whole time. The food was fine but very bland, way too expensive for the serving sizes even for an airport. The Bloody Mary was awful, must have been all tomato juice. Not that I would eat here ever again anyways but now I know to avoid the place in general.

Larry K.

Yelp
We never ate. This place is a joke. Greater with sit anywhere, scan the qr, and we will bring it to you. No good morning, just attitude. Then the menu has three things. Eggs with bacon and potatoes, an egg sandwich, or yogurt. Yup, that's it. So egg allergies need not bother, or vegans, or anyone that may want a pancake or french toast. We just left. Don't bother.

Kirk S.

Yelp
Skip this place! Basically two food options and they are subpar! They need to step up!
google avatar

Alex R.

Yelp
I'm pretty sure the waitress was racist. Ordered wings, fries, and a coke, and got billed for wings, fries, coke, and a captain Morgan and coke. The rudest waitress I have ever experienced at an airport and I do a lot of traveling. Asked everyone around me if they needed a refill but skipped me with an empty glass of coke. Couldn't give me a receipt where she "refunded" the captain Morgan soooo we'll see if she actually did. Avoid this place you are better off at Burger King a few steps away.
google avatar

Dominica J.

Yelp
I've been to plenty of sad restaurants in airports but this is the saddest. We should have eaten at the Burger King it would have been a better sandwich and half the price
google avatar

Randy V.

Yelp
What kind of superior acting, PGA related, mahogany wood finish bar serves cocktails and food on trash ass picnic dining ware??? This place!! Check out my quesadilla, not only was it made by a 2 year old cause it was garbage, it was served on a styrofoam plate that melted from the heat of the cheese. Seriously??!! Then my $25 jack and Coke double came in a cup that I was afraid to hold too hard cause it my crack or just completely crush. Wow, just wow. And don give me the covid Shit. The have better quality plate and cups, but if you're trying to get the biggest profit margins continue what your doing and I'll go elsewhere.
google avatar

John G.

Yelp
First, my expectations were pretty low based on the location and the prior reviews, but the PGA Tour Grill exceeded my lowest expectations. I ordered a chicken sandwich ($ 17) one of only three sandwiches on the menu. Iit was one of the most disappointing meals I've ever eaten. The filet was tiny and cold and two of the four "frills"were missing. Without the black bean smear and the avocado it was dry as dirt. The fries were cold, and soggy and the Bloody Mary was all that saved this from being a one-star review. It's embarrassing that this might be the only place a visitor in transit eats in Savannah when we have so many amazing restaurants.
google avatar

Emery S W.

Yelp
Food 2 burgers 2 fries. $98 Burgers were cold. Fries were made by the lowest bidder. 2 bloody Mary's both tasted like you were licking an ashtray. Service was great. Ambiance was great. However, the main reason we were here was absolutely horrible. Go to Burger King by security you will be happier.
google avatar

Mason B.

Yelp
Beware!!! This place seems to be running a scam. I had a meal that came out to $39.17 with tip (absolutely disgusting food) but the charge that hit my card was $59.17. They seem to have given themselves an extra $20 as a tip. Disputing with bank but avoid eating here at all costs. The server brought my burger with a receipt sitting on the bun and then said 'yeah, I'm supposed to leave that there'. Gross!!
google avatar

David H.

Yelp
I typically don't eat at airports and especially in my home airport because I usually don't get there too early. Not sure why I was there early this time. Oh yes, now I remember--- the Passport Club was closed for renovations and I needed to be there early for a business conference call. Took the call and had extra time to stop and get lunch. This could be a 4 star or 3 star depending on where you're from. Remember this is sLowcountry where we do things at a different pace. No problem here, I was relaxed and ready to order. I had a couple of the draft IPA's as well as the chicken wrap. Food tasted good and beer was cold. All is good here.
