PH Hotel Oosteinde BV

This is a great little hotel. It's a bit of a distance from the central action of Amsterdam, but we didn't mind that. We preferred the quiet, actually. It's just a 15-30 minute walk to most of the central activities. The room was kind of dark, but it was quiet and comfortable. They were super friendly and gave us an upgrade from the basement room we originally booked at no extra cost. Also gave us a late checkout at no extra cost. No complaints!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.||They has false advertisement. We got put into a room in the basement (!?) with wire bar on the window and half the room is underground looking out to a parking lot. The room is dirty with spider and dust and mold. The shower room do not have a door, the water spill on to the bedroom floor when you shower. There are dirty white marks on the curtain.||You can’t complain to the hotel either, because the phone number of the place is fake, and the manager is unreachable.||THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

Stayed Thursday to Sunday - ticked all the boxes. ||Room was clean and bed was comfy. ||Staff were very accommodating and polite. ||Location was pretty good (not in the centre) but very easy to get around. ||The hotel is however a tram ride away from Amsterdam Central Station if you have bags.||All in all - a good stay - would recommend.

The hotel is located in a small and quiet street close (walking distance) to the city center and close to the metro (underground) station Weesperplein. Ideal for going to a music concert in the Ziggo Dome or the Arena. Within 15 minutes you're enjoying the music of your favorite artist! Rooms are very clean and modern. And the sleeping beds are very comfortable! Staff is very friendly and willing to help you out. I will definitely come back again when I'm going to another music concert.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Came as 2 couples so booked 2 rooms. The staff at check in and check out we're friendly and super helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, nice decor and the beds were super comfy. They had everything you need in the rooms and the shower was amazing- could have spent all day in it. |The location, although not in the centre is easy to get around and so many nice cafes, and restaurants just outside. |Wouldn't hesitate to book here again! ||Would however say the bathroom would t be a great set up if you are just friends but as couples we had no problem with them being open plan. The toilet is in a separate area.

Earning a three-star rating from me. The location is convenient, situated in a quieter area while still within reach of the city's attractions. The staff was generally friendly, although the service lacked some of the personalized touches I've experienced in higher-rated hotels.||||The room at Boutique Hotel Oosteinde was comfortable, but the decor felt a bit outdated, and there were minor maintenance issues that could use attention. While it provided a decent place to rest, it didn't quite meet the expectations I have for a boutique hotel.||||The hotel's amenities were satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. The breakfast was standard, and although it covered the basics, it didn't stand out as exceptional. I found the overall ambiance to be pleasant but not particularly memorable.||||In conclusion, Boutique Hotel Oosteinde is a reasonable choice for those seeking a basic and budget-friendly option in Amsterdam. However, for a more elevated experience, one might consider exploring other boutique options in the city."

I stayed in the hotel in November 2021 with a friend, it was a nice hotel but I would suggest it is a better fit for couples rather than friends sharing. ||||The room was nice, it was clean and well decorated.||We did request two single beds when booking, but when we checked into the room there was a double bed instead (this wasn’t too much trouble for us, but would have preferred two singles.)||||The main reason I say the hotel is for couples rather than friends is because there is no privacy in the room at all, the bathroom is not separate of the hotel room, the bathroom is open and part of the bedroom. So you can see someone in the shower as the shower does not have a door on it. ||The toilet does has a door, but it is a glass, slightly see- through door with no lock.||||The staff were nice and the location was perfect for us. Not too far out from the centre.||||I would stay again, but with my partner rather than a friend this time.

The hotel is a good area since is calm and is not in the city center, but is really near if you walk. The room is small is good hotel if you are only staying for a couple of nights, the decoration is nice and bed is really comfortable. But the shower on my personal opinion needs a little door so it doesn't get a little bit windy inside. We stayed in different room one that was next door to the hotel the room was quite nice and the cleaning was good. Although the other one was like smelly and the cleaning of the toilet was not good enough. The breakfast is nice it has different options.
