Honestly, I wouldn't have so much of an issue if there was any communication from the hotel with us about our issues during our stay. We had multiple, which were raised on numerous occasions but nobody ever got back to us, and we were told to email the hotel after staying to speak with a manager (who was never available in the hotel), which we have done 3 times now in a month but had absolutely no response. |Myself and my wife arrived to the hotel for our 1 year wedding anniversary and we were given a room with twin beds. We were told we could push the beds together for the night, which we did, and that they would organise them to be put together properly by housekeeping the following day. We asked each day for this to be done but was never. |As we were moving the beds together and changing the bed linen ourselves we found blood stains on the mattress, completely disgusting.|The shower in our room was spraying out of the pipe, not ideal when there is no shower door and it is essentially in the bedroom. We had to tie a cloth around it to stop it, but it was never fixed despite it being reported multiple times. |The Air Conditioning unit was not working for the majority of the time there, again reported many times but nothing done about it.|Most frustratingly really was each time we went to reception to ask for something to be fixed or for an update, nobody seemed aware of the fact that we had previously reported it. |We asked to speak to a manager a few days after arriving, but they were unavailable.||We have emailed a few times, but have had no response.||All that being said, location is great. Pity about all the rest.
