PH Hotel Oosteinde BV

The hotel is located in a small and quiet street close (walking distance) to the city center and close to the metro (underground) station Weesperplein. Ideal for going to a music concert in the Ziggo Dome or the Arena. Within 15 minutes you're enjoying the music of your favorite artist! Rooms are very clean and modern. And the sleeping beds are very comfortable! Staff is very friendly and willing to help you out. I will definitely come back again when I'm going to another music concert.

The hotel is a good area since is calm and is not in the city center, but is really near if you walk. The room is small is good hotel if you are only staying for a couple of nights, the decoration is nice and bed is really comfortable. But the shower on my personal opinion needs a little door so it doesn't get a little bit windy inside. We stayed in different room one that was next door to the hotel the room was quite nice and the cleaning was good. Although the other one was like smelly and the cleaning of the toilet was not good enough. The breakfast is nice it has different options.

We had a horrible experience with this hotel. We believed the rooms were air conditioned -- ours was not. When we arrived, there was stagnant water from a previous guest in the shower and the shower drain was not working. The room was very small -- we could not open the door without hitting the bed -- and there was nowhere to put our clothes. We checked out immediately, and the hotel refused to refund any of the fees for our 4 day booking. We were only there for 2 hours! The manager was rude and dismissive in our communications. All in all, a bit of a disaster.

Very pleasant staff, the baggage locker was full when we arrived, but the receptionist took care of our luggage anyway. Nice room with beautiful and fancy decor. Good for couples, probably not for children, as the bathroom is fairly open. Not the cleanest room, the sheets and nightstands were very dusty and it looked like no one had lived in the room for awhile. The windows are not tightly sealed, so you can feel the cold breeze when you sleep.

The room was nice although it was a bit dirty and the elevator was not working. I arrived at the hotel a day later from the day I booked due to my late flight and the guy at the reception was a bit rude. He didn’t let my friend to sit with me at the reception area until his hotel opens. It was 4 o’clock in the morning and he ask us to go outside since he wanted to leave and close the doors. Next day my roommate was feeling sick and when I told them they were laughing.. out of all the location of the hotel its nice however they should make it clear that they do not have a reception 24/7 and that your not allowed any visitors when specific people are at the reception area. Wouldn’t book again

The hotel was lovely! The rooms look very nice and the staff was friendly. Only thing: the door to the separate toilet in our room functioned as a mirror in the bathroom when u turn on the light. Sadly it also functions as a mirror when you are on the toilet as well 😅

0 STARS. Avoid this hotel at all costs. They recently made a change to the booking age and did not make this clear on their website (Used to be 18, is now 21). I had stayed there one time previously, but when I showed up at the hotel after a 10-hour flight they turned me away with no place to stay and didn't even refund the full cost (They kept 250 euros). On top of that, the manager was incredibly hostile and mean, even though I was just trying to have a conversation with her. If that wasn't bad enough, she didn't even let me stay in the lobby to find a new accommodation using wifi, she kicked me off the property and said I was "annoying". All you have to do is read the other reviews and you will see that this is not a business that cares about its customers. Your money is better spent somewhere else that actually values customer service.

My husband and I were very disappointed by the lack of service and hospitality at PH Hotel Oosteinde BV. Aside from the unpleasant and dismissive manner in which they dealt with us, the accommodation was subpar, with basic amenities like as the heating system (essential on a cold day!) and security safe not working. The 'manager' was just as incompetent as the reception staff, and instead of assisting in resolving the issues, she responded defensively and suggested we leave. To make matters worse, I'm in my third trimester!
