This hotel located in a very good location. Have restaurant, cafe and nice places to visit. The room is clean and tidy but have to say that it’s easily to hear the noise of people steppe upstairs. Breakfast and service are good 👍🏻 Also this hotel mostly has the foreigners guest, I’m Thai and if you want to practice to communicate in foreign languages you should try!

Pro: - friendly stuff - you can leave luggage there - breakfast buffet was nothing fancy but you get every thing you need plus fresh fruits (very good mango) The bead was pretty hard except that the room was quiet decent with a good shower. Over all the Hotel looked a bit run down and outdated to be fair. The official pictures don't match the actual state. There are mosquitoes every where and the pool doesn't look like the pictures at all and is heavily chlorinated. We payed 27€ with breakfast for standard double room with breakfast for one night. Very fair price but I would not pay more and wouldn't stay longer than one to two nights here. There are many better options in Chiang Mai for same or less the price.

Beautiful little boutique residence within the old city. Perfect location for walking to most attractions locally. |Calm, quiet and beautifully appointed. Nice small pool and pretty gardens. Rooms are again designed and decorated in the Chinese style as befits an old Chinese Merchant house. |Amazing, friendly staff who help you in any way possible. Thoroughly good breakfast too!

Nice quiet hotel, quite in keeping with Thail style. Conviently located in the old town , streets great to explore. Admittedly the pool is near the small road but it's not busy so not an issue . Only does breakfast and no bar but plenty around so no problem. Would recommend it,👍

What an amazing spot to stay in during a 5-day visit of Chiang Mai!! - Welcoming staff with a ready smile and always ready to help - Clean, Spacious Rooms with ensuite toilet and shower - WiFi reliable and fast - Delicious nutritious breakfast with both European and Asian specialties - Refreshing Pool and lounging area - Reliable Laundry service - Beautiful setting - Close by the Food market, restaurants, stores, and historical sites (all within 30min walking distance since you are inside the moat / old city) Only wish we could have stayed longer!!!

This is a fairly local hotel, which is very central in the Old Town and great value. There are a large variety of room types - we were in the 3 storey building for 4 nights. Rooms are large and the bed was really big and really comfortable. The bathroom was good and the water pressure and temperature excellent. Rooms are serviced daily. The pool is a bit smaller than it looks in the photo. There's a buffet breakfast which is very good value but thought it was a bit small and, being wet season, being served in an unairconditioned breezeway made it a bit uncomfortable. There's a 7-Eleven just down the road and dozens of other choices for meals within a few minutes' walk. I'll definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for two days over the weekend. It was an excellent price for what we received; free breakfast, comfy cosy rooms with air con, a fan, and an air purifier, a balcony, free snacks, unlimited drinking water, and amazing service. It’s within walking distance to all of the old town and beyond, and we couldn’t fault our stay. The air con didn’t work for the first night of our stay and they fixed it the next day - they tried to refund us a substantial amount of our booking because of this but the service was absolutely fantastic for the whole weekend so we said there was no need. The staff were incredibly helpful with helping us decide where to go and booking trips and things.

This place is close to happening street, easy access for everything , we had our 1st night stay in chiangmai at here, walking distance to a few tourist attraction temple. However, it will be additional point if they could improve their inroom tv channel instead of only thai language
