Pha Thai House

Pros: The property is charming. (lot of plants and flowers) Nice room. (wooden interiors with antique feel) Lovely hospitality. (both young ladies at the reception were always cheerful and helpful) Great location. (all key temples and markets are at walking distance) Cons: (room for improvement) Plug points - only 1 plug point next to the bed (ideally there should be 1 on each side) and no plug point near the mirror (the hair dryer is quite useless if we are not able to use it in front of a mirror) Mirror - the mirror in the room is at a low height. (can't see face if standing upright - quite a hassle if one wants to do makeup) Hot water - no hot water - only lukewarm water.

We enjoyed our stay here, the location was great for getting around and within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions, food and markets. Room was comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Laundry was cheap and done the same day and the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good quality and varied. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel. We stayed in family room. Rooms were very clean and were made up daily. Staff at the front desk were lovely and looked after us very well (we arranged to pay a small amount to have a 4pm checkout before we headed to the train). The hotel is very to central to great restaurants and cafes and an easy point for pickup to do activities outside the city. Only slight criticism was the ‘over chlorinated’ pool. Otherwise a great hotel that I’m happy to recommend.

It's a lovely Lanna Style Older Thai HotelI did like my room but the only disappointment was that my room did not have a small fridge. These days I think most hotels would have one. There was room for one if they didn't have two heavy not needed teak chairs in their rooms .Also there was no jug to make tea / coffee, in the room ,you needed to go to reception. Not always convenient for some guests.In as much as I liked the gardens , the pool is small and these small things as I have mentioned are not to my liking .

Great stay. Clean and spacious rooms. Kind staff. Walking distance to nice markets and sight seeing locations. Also great place to venture outside of the old town. Swimming pool is a nice addition aftsr a hot and sweaty day out and about.

What a wonderful stay at the Pha Thai Boutique Hotel! Lovely staff. Clean rooms. Bountiful breakfast. An excellent choice in Chiang Mai!

Stayed for one night. Cozy room. Friendly staff. Private pool for guests was a nice place to cool off. Walking distance to the night market.

This hotel located in a very good location. Have restaurant, cafe and nice places to visit. The room is clean and tidy but have to say that it’s easily to hear the noise of people steppe upstairs. Breakfast and service are good 👍🏻 Also this hotel mostly has the foreigners guest, I’m Thai and if you want to practice to communicate in foreign languages you should try!
