Beware cockroaches. I saw multiple cockroaches during my stay. I informed the front desk but they did not do anything. The room itself was ok and good service. Free breakfast is nice

10/10 would recommend!! Great service n staff, good breakfast w/ viet coffee/tea, clean, spacious rooms, balcony on each room, has a pool cleaned every morning, free English good reads, close to markets and hoi an must-visits!!

This was a very cozy stay for me when I was in Hoi An. It's a little farther out from the main old town center but I was okay grabbing back and forth/doing walks. Staff are friendly and I was very impressed with the breakfast as it was delicious (mi quang) and they always remembered what I ordered the day prior. Very friendly. Note to swimmers: pool is there but I would say it's more to look at than swim, as it was a little dirty when I was there

We had stayed in this home stay for 3 days and the rooms are really good and hygiene. Staff are very welcoming and hospitable. Hoi an market is also just walkable from this place. We can rent motorbike or cycle and go for a ride

Beautiful and calm place to stay in Hoi An. Central location with approx. 10 mins to walk to Old Town of Hoi An. Wonderful owners with friendly staff. The rooms are quite big and have a balcony. I enjoyed my stay and can recommend without any doubt!

It’s great value for money. Location is spot on. Theres a winmart right around the corner and local stalls. Staff are extremely attentive and friendly. Breakfast basic but does the job. We did expect our sheets to be changed upon room cleaning which wasn’t done but this may have been miscommunication! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay at Pham Gia. The staff are super friendly - allowed us to check in early upon arrival and late the day we were leaving, and also arranged a scooter for us. Rooms are clean and quiet, and the location is excellent - about a 10 minute walk from the Old Town. Lovely little pool. Didn’t try the breakfast but it was included, all for a great price. Would definitely recommend
