We had a lovely stay here, very clean and tidy with a comfortable bed and pillow and good Aircon, the only downside was our room had a strong musty smell to it and the towels were very thin and threadbare. Lovely omelette breakfast, but breakfast options were limited. But then it was a budget stay, so we were happy with what we had. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It's about a 10/15 min walk to the Japanese bridge and around the same walking distance to the nearby Rice fields where you could see the farmers working and water Buffalo. Definitely recommend staying here ❤️

This was my least favorite hotel in all of my travels of Vietnam. The reviews are shocking given the quality of the hotel in December of 2025. The photos online are not representative of the current state of Pham Gia Boutique hotel. Besides the issue of not having a two bed room ready (which we’d booked 6 months earlier - in June of 2025), they eventually got us a room with two beds (I’m traveling with my mother). The room was not clean - you could feel that it was dirty and it had a mouldy smell. The walls were dirty, the bathroom floor wasn’t clean, it just wasn’t great at all. They did not make our beds after the first night - maybe this is common for the price point of $20usd a night, but we stayed at hotels for $25usd a night that were much nicer and they made our beds/cleaned every day and were of a much much higher quality. The photos online show a buffet breakfast - well that is non existent. It’s a very simple menu that was quite disappointing. I ordered the omelette and it was cooked in so much oil that I couldn’t eat it. ||The location is a 20 minute walk from the main areas of Hoi An, so location was ok. But like I said, this boutique hotel has definitely seen better days and I cannot recommend it to travelers.

Arrived here and the staff had arranged a transfer from the airport for a reasonable amount. Very helpful staff. Rooms excellent and very big. |Clean and comfortable. |Breakfast provided with a number of options. |Staff so helpful for booking tours and restaurant recommendations.|The location was perfect. 1.5 km walk to the old town or a 50c ride on a grab motorcycle.||Will be back.

Everything in the room is clean, the bed sheets are also clean. Accept, the bathroom was only about 90% clean as I expected. The downside is that the water in the bathroom very strongly chlorine. My skin get so dry after shower. Staffs are so friendly. They support everything I need. Basic breakfast but enought, they have 5 kind of food for you to choose one. The breakfast gal was the most adorable sweet person. The room is big and comfortable, huge balcony and climbing plants on trellises was so relax. The pool is small but well-maintained and clean. The location is 1 km from old town, and easy to get around. It's worth it value for the price.

We travelled with friends during a Summer Vacation. Booked 2 Rooms here and we really enjoyed our time.|- Location was not too far from center. Walking 10 minutes to get to the famous Madam Khanh and another 5 more minutes to Old town|- The room was spacious with balcony. |- The Pool was medium size but still OK for a summer time together with friends.|- Last but not least, the price was really reasonable for such hotel and rooms!|I will definitely come back again and again because there are not a lot of good choices around Old Town area under this price !

Cute little home stay. The rooms are perfect for a stay in Hoi An. Not directly in the city center but only a 5 min walk. Really quiet at night. Would sleep here again!
