Pham Gia Boutique Homestay Villa

Everything in the room is clean, the bed sheets are also clean. Accept, the bathroom was only about 90% clean as I expected. The downside is that the water in the bathroom very strongly chlorine. My skin get so dry after shower. Staffs are so friendly. They support everything I need. Basic breakfast but enought, they have 5 kind of food for you to choose one. The breakfast gal was the most adorable sweet person. The room is big and comfortable, huge balcony and climbing plants on trellises was so relax. The pool is small but well-maintained and clean. The location is 1 km from old town, and easy to get around. It's worth it value for the price.

We travelled with friends during a Summer Vacation. Booked 2 Rooms here and we really enjoyed our time.|- Location was not too far from center. Walking 10 minutes to get to the famous Madam Khanh and another 5 more minutes to Old town|- The room was spacious with balcony. |- The Pool was medium size but still OK for a summer time together with friends.|- Last but not least, the price was really reasonable for such hotel and rooms!|I will definitely come back again and again because there are not a lot of good choices around Old Town area under this price !

Cute little home stay. The rooms are perfect for a stay in Hoi An. Not directly in the city center but only a 5 min walk. Really quiet at night. Would sleep here again!

Very nice hotel. Great staff. Easy walk to old town. Great cycling area just north of the hotel through the rice fields to ride the hotel bikes to the beach. Very comfortable quite room. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect stay for 6 days - I changed rooms at the end because of a bit of next door construction and a barking dog - but really couldn’t fault the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of my room, and the overall good value for money.||Breakfast was limited but a choice of 4, always served with a kind smile, Vy organised my VIP bus back to Saigon at a price better than I could negotiate, the pool was small but clean and wonderfully refreshing.||It is a bit out of the main tourist zone - but just a 10 minute walk to old town (at times tricky with all the bikes parked on the footpath) and grab is easily available to town or to An Bang beach.||Big rooms, hot showers, great A/C - it was overall a very enjoyable stay.

This place was amazing!!! Beautiful large clean well appointed rooms with balconies. The comfiest of beds and the most beautifully tiled bathroom that you’d maybe see in a Hilton hotel. The attention to detail was of a quality you’d expect in a five star hotel. Breakfasts were amazing (we had omelets and the crispiest of baguettes). All the staff went above and beyond and were so kind. It really felt like we were all part of their family. On all our travels we’ve never experienced such luxury for this value. And really lovely to come back each day for a swim in the pool. Vy the owner helped us out with everything we needed. Definitely recommend!!

Perfect stay at Pham Gia. The staff are super friendly - allowed us to check in early upon arrival and late the day we were leaving, and also arranged a scooter for us. Rooms are clean and quiet, and the location is excellent - about a 10 minute walk from the Old Town. Lovely little pool. Didn’t try the breakfast but it was included, all for a great price. Would definitely recommend
