Asked for a drink with no ice. Received a huge container less than a quarter full? The whole cup is mainly ice. And, you dont get a filled cup if no ice. Stupid rip off place.
Yet another pretentious drink place in Hanoi. Plus tables are not cleaned after customer so sitting on table filled with rubbish.

Very poor service, dirty everywhere. They made us wait 15 mins with our coffee over the pass and not calling our tag number when we could see our coffee. Totally forgot we had ordered a cheesecake and they would not serve it until we ask for it. Not worth at all, absolutely avoid this place
