||Booked a 3 night break for birthday celebrations after researching and watching this hotel for a while. Weather was so warm first 2 days, colder now. Take a mix of clothing from summer to winter clothing. So glad I did. Hotel staff fantastic especially entertainment team. Something all day and night, great especially as out of season and hotel very quiet. One pool heated goes inside to out. Outside covered at night to keep warmth in. Grounds all kept well, and very clean. Various restaurants open from 6am so something to eat all day. Beach bar open, main pool bar closed as out of season but reception bar open till 1am. The hotel pet dog suzie loves to meet you (make sure you have cheese lol), as do the kittens. All in all a great stay. Will definitely come again this time of year for a chilled time, and may look for new year and or summer.|Great time had by us both😀 Keep it up guys.

The hotel is beautifully designed with stunning architecture and lush gardens that create a serene atmosphereall of staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring The dining options were fantastic, with a variety of cuisines to choose from, and the food was always fresh and delicious. The pools were inviting, and the beach access was a major plus, allowing for perfect relaxation by the sea. I also enjoyed the range of activities offered, from water sports to evening entertainment. Overall, Sentido Phenicia exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a wonderful trip

Nice outdoor heated pool, good new years entertainment, stayed with grandson. We had a swim up pool room, very nice , that's also heated. Childrens entertainment is very good. Food is good and all staff very friendly, bar staff will bring you your drinks to your table. Has a beautiful clean beach and bar on the beach and even open in winter. Had a very good stay.

Stayed at this hotel for the last few years visiting 4/5 times per year. Highly recommend! The staff are the best, the entertainment team make your holiday. There are lots of activities to do throughout the day and evening entertainment is outstanding. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Friendly warm welcome hotel , Staff are none stop very attentive . Clean and tidy throughout. Great choices of food served throughout the day . Animation team are vibrant and offer plenty of activities throughout the day and a range of entertainment on a night. Been coming to this hotel for 16 year and will be attending many more years in and out of season
