Extremely friendly and courteous staff...accomplished my SRRV application and interview easily and without fuss. I would recommend using one of the accredited agents to smooth the process, as I did, since I observed some applicants looking rather bewildered.

There were no signs indicating the process, and the staff wouldn’t even tell you where to go next—they would just randomly point in the wrong direction, wasted my time so much. It was just a simple renewal that should’ve taken 10 minutes but instead it took three hours. And transferring a sticker to a new passport takes two months. Why can't a government office do something as simple as categorizing each service, letting clients pick up the right forms to fill out based on their needs—so they don’t have to line up unnecessarily? There are so many basic, common-sense ways to improve efficiency like that.

Very fast, no hassle, or run around. From a google search i downloaded the necessary form(RRF) brought my photo, and copy of last passport, submitted everything and that was it after paying waited maybe 15 minutes, my name was called, got my new card all within 1 ½ hours

Staff are trying to accommodate all the members efficiently. It is just that they are understaffed. Some needs more explanation and takes longer time.

Since I was going to be in Manila for a visit to the Embassy I asked about their help in getting my Philippines driver's license. I got so much help, got here at 8am, filled out the license papers, took a grad to Quezon City for quick medical stop and then to the main office for LTO licensing. by 10 am I was in a taxi headed back to the Harbor area with my new license in my wallet. Thanks B. You know who you are. Such a great help to us.

When I apply for a retirement visa cancellation, the cancellation has been approved, but how long should I contact them? Please tell me how to contact them.

Stopped in to renew my permanent resident visa ID card. Took only 30 minutes from the time I arrived till the time I left with my renewed ID.
