So Phillips Place has been around since I've been in Charlotte, so you know it's been a hot second. Back then, it was the place I used to go see movies at. Now, it's still a place where I go see movies, but I've gotten to know some of the other businesses that occupy this space.
The other tenant I would frequent was Dean & Deluca, but they crashed out a couple years ago, and now there is construction where the D&D used to be.
Phillips Place also is home to a Hamton Inn & Suites and is super convenient to SouthPark, Whole Foods, and the surrounding new construction that is booming around town.
For dining experiences, PF Changs has been here for a long long time. Upstream and the Palm are also solid dining options. I've been frequenting Wolkgang Pucks Kitchen & Bar for some occasions.
Shopping here has a variety of things.... A lot of places don't really have good name recognition, but strike me as high-end, boutique shopping that offer their patrons a great shopping experience.
Aside from the mall's tenants, the outdoor shopping experience is great. Plenty of parking and there's a parking deck located near the movie theater for overflow.
