We love Philly Pretzel! Stopped in today for some pretzel dogs. The ladies running the store are amazingly kind and on it with customer service. Our pretzels came out the perfect mix of fluffy and crunchy, and were still nice and hot by the time we arrived home. Never a bad experience here and pretzels are always hot and delicious!!

First time here. The owner Tracy greeted us as soon as walked in. So many pretzel options to choose from. I ended up getting the pretzel pizza and the cinnamon mini pretzel. The pizza was delicious. The cheese melts in your mouth. The cinnamon pretzel was great especially with the sauce. I definitely recommend this place.

The most absolute beyond amazing customer service experience for my first time with my husband and I. Lisa was so sweet caring informal and helpful towards what I wanted. Explained all really well had a wonderful cheerie caring customer service attitude and prices are affordable and last of y’all delicious they have pretzels up to 1000 or 100 however single ones group ones sweet ones with varieties of spreads and dips. Makes pizza unbelievable cheese or pepperoni makes Philly cheese steak as well. has great frozen slurpies and many drink options to your likings. Made fresh daily don’t miss out!

I’m a college student who goes to the Publix on rosewood all of the time but today was the first day I ever stopped in to tried their pretzel dog. It was delicious!! I ended up calling some of my friends who live around and telling them about it too! They have great prices for amazing food and the customer service was phenomenal. I loved talking to the person upfront who helped me and I’m so excited to go back and continue trying new things!

I just got soft pretzels from here and they are delicious. The owner, Tracy, and I had a nice chat as we're both from the North. I don't think any Southerner can make soft pretzels that taste as good as a Yankee can.

Being from Philly I grew up on these pretzels so when I moved down here and seen that they had one here was the best news ever! The owner is the sweetest person and the pretzels are always so fresh. I live a little far from here but the trip is always worth it!!

Great place for different snacks for all of your celebrations or meetings!! The new owners are great ladies and very friendly!! They are even doing custom pretzels for your party tray toppers!!

Very nice folks running this place. Cheesesteak was good and only $7!?! Can't wait to go back and try the pizza. Reminds me of home.

Great pretzels. They even have pizza now which is so good. The ladies that own this location now care about the community and make you feel like your home when you come in. They have a conversation about philly and jersey with you and it makes you feel at home. Great place and very clean.

Okay, soo today is National Pretzel Day and they were giving away free pretzels! Who would've THUNK! I had a taste for some pretzels and look up and saw this place and this was one of the best discoveries I've made in a while. First off, they serve no pork here. All beef sausages, all beef hot dogs, and all beef everythang else with beef in it...you get the point. Because of national pretzel day, they gave me and my daughter a free pretzel. Then, we ordered another regular pretzel, a spicy sausage pretzel, a cheese dip, a cheesesteak bite pretzel, which was buy two get one free and then we got a brownie batter dip. We sat in the car and after wiping some of the salt off the pretzel, we chowed down! Everything was absolutely delicious. Next time I will ask about pretzels with no salt! The establishment is clean, we were greeted with a smile and they also accept military discounts! Try them out! Let me know I sent ya and you'll get a discount....nah, I'm lying! They don't know me lol, but check them out though!

Came today on free pretzel day and received the best customer service from the lady at the front! She was so friendly and had a great attitude. Pretzels were warm and delicious!

Drove 15mins to get some pretzels for my event tonight, arrived to the store with a note on the door that read "we are on a delivery" called the number and he said he won't be here until 4:30. The store is closed no other employees working horrible customer service. I'm from Philly and i grew up on this product and it's sad when you want a taste of home you can't because of these reasons. Won't waste my time or gas on this location anymore.

Soft pretzels-I'm so happy! Love mine with Nacho or a pretzel dog with yellow mustard. Can't beat their prices either. Getting a party tray for my son's birthday this weekend!!

Great place for a quick lunch or snack. It really IS a factory! Fresh pretzels are twisted and baked all day long. Once, I had to wait for pretzels out of the oven, but oh, so worth it. Who doesn't like fresh baked goods? The dips are amazing. Try the salted caramel and brownie batter. I haven't tried everything, but will make my way through the menu. Definitely ordering a party platter for our holiday party. Super nice staff. Love this place!

Wow, we were excited for this to open but I'm sorry to say I actually threw out the rest of the salted pretzel. Although they had just opened at 8am, and we arrived about 830, It was cold, bland and had a sour vinegar-like spray on it that may be to hold the salt? It was awful! They have grand opening specials so we ordered several large pretzels and cinnamon bites. All flavorless and the dipping sauce for the bites tasted like fake, processed frosting. What a disappointment.

Went by today... excellent customer service. We got regular pretzel, cup of cinnamon sugar bite sized ones, and tried the Philly cheesesteak bites which were AMAZING! Also tried the frozen mango lemonade. Everything was super affordable too... definitely going back for Philly bites.

I recently had the Mini Cheesteaks and yum! Amazingly low prices on the fresh pretzels as well. My favorite is the spicy sausage wrapped in a pretzel with a small nacho dip. My go to order over there these days. It's also real easy to park which is nice and it's conveniently right next to Publix.

I ordered a spicy sausage pretzel and a hotdog pretzel. I received a half-raw pretzel that was still doughy on the inside. Won't be back. Had to throw away $7 worth of raw food

Ordered for tailgating and they were a big hit. They were ready fast and reasonably priced. The staff was very helpful and positive. Glad to have a restaurant like this in the neighborhood. Will definitely be back! The Pretzel dogs are the way to go!
