I recently visited Pho Bistro for lunch and tried their pho soup. The broth was flavorful, the meat was tender, and the portion was just right. However, the highlight of my visit was the excellent customer service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and quick to accommodate any requests. My overall dining experience was enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend Pho Bistro to anyone looking for a satisfying pho meal with great service.

I adore PHO but this place has taken my love to another level. I ordered #31 the pho filet mignon in a size large. i can say a week later and I’m still thinking about it. The broth is delicious there is plenty of meat in the soup. My boyfriend got #64 sizzling beef udon. It is served on a hot plate and i heard the food sizzling while they were walking it over to our table. The noodles were so tasty the sauce was not oily at all. I love the hot plate, keeps the food nice and hot the whole time you’re eating. Me and my boyfriend traded meals halfway through and were stuffed. The staff is really friendly. I can’t wait to come back.

Wonton is off the chart as far as made in house by hand. Creamy and plentiful. #1 is also first on the menu for a reason. It stands alone. Flakes on crunch and so moist on the inside. Pho is solid. While my experience is under the next to lunch rush visit, the location holds about 20 groups and the ambiance is gentle. Staff is most polite and attentive. Ever so slight miss on my first order - short hosin sauce packets.. luckily I had a bottle from the grocery store. Even still, 5 ⭐️

This place is as local as it gets! Their pho is delicious and even more delicious without adding sauces to it. The best part of it are the owners that work there, who are the most humble and friendliest people you’ll find there. While we most definitely go here for the food, but my wife and I also enjoy the interaction of the locals who also come here regularly and are greeted with such familiar warmth.

Great food, great service. Staff is friendly and polite! Food is fresh, cute and welcoming decor. They were pretty busy when we got here the server be and food was still fast and perfect.

Friendly service. Clean bathroom but the fried rice was not good. Either the rice was undercooked or dry. First time customer because I was intrigued by the reviews but I guess their specialty is Pho. I do judge a place by its capability to make a good fried rice. To go order and gave the a $1 tip.

Really good Vietnamese classics. No beef stew pho, though. The pork chop rice plate was really good. Service is very attentive. On another visit, the #11 beef noodle pho with round eye steak was delicious. Service, again, very attentive.

That spicy sauce takes it to another level--bold, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The broth is rich and deeply satisfying, and every ingredient tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared. This place is a hidden treasure, and trust me, the drive is 100% worth it. No other pho spot compares to the quality, authenticity, and heart you'll find here. I'm rounding up from a 3.5 stars. A small mom & pop shop in a strip mall. We walked in for dinner, was told to sit anywhere, and then redirected because the owner felt the little corner table we picked is far too small for a party of two! (Haha) We were here for a quick bite to eat, so we did not try any appetizers. I went straight for the pho tai nam, which has that pink thin eye round slices and brisket slices. My brother got the bun bo hue. The soup came out with a massive pile of bean sprouts, basil, cilantro, and jalapeño. My pho came out not crazy piping hot, but the slices of of eye round were already well cooked in it. I don't think it was sitting around much, though, as the rice noodles were really perfectly cooked and stayed fresh throughout the meal. The pho broth was very much on the sweet side, I was shocked to find. Because it was so sweet, it was hard for me to figure out if the broth actually tasted good. The bun bo hue broth, which I tried a little bit of, was a little better because it had a little bit more acidity and the spices helped. But everything tasted a little sweet compared to what I'm used to for pho. Nevertheless, we finished our noodles, relaxing in it's coziness as it was positively frigid outside. I want to give this place a decent review as it is a small business and the prices are very fair for a hearty amount of food. But the soup does run very sweet, so be warned if you're looking for a different style of pho.

Delicious!! Delicious !!! Delicious!! I love the variety this restaurant offers. Bought my team lunch and they ordered an assortment of pho: Chicken, shrimp, filet mignon, beef balls... Everyone said the food was incredibly delicious!! They were so nice and also can deliver with grub hub!!

Always delicious! The pho broth is sweet and the spring rolls are refreshing :) Don't skip on the boba either. Love the food and love the service, they are always personable and kind.

I haven't lived near a good Vietnamese restaurant in a while since my time living near Eden Center in Virginia. It always requires me traveling pretty far to get something decent in both taste and something that's reasonably priced. I've seen this place several times on my way to H-mart and decided to give it a go. So glad I'm did! The first thing I noticed immediately when I walked in was a nice mix of Asian and non-Asian customers. It's true what they say: If you go into an Asian restaurant and there are no Asians eating there, well, the food will probably be more Americanized. So I was happy to see a mix of people. The second thing I noticed was that the female owner was casually chatting to a guy, who definitely seemed like a regular. I liked that. The third thing I noticed was that the menu was a decent size and everything was priced reasonably. I went to a place recently that charged $17 for 4 spring rolls. So this was another plus. Fourth thing I noticed was that like many restaurants, they no longer have Sriracha due to the massive shortage. So what does this place do? They make their own! Both that and their version of Sambal. And they were both fantastic! And finally, fifth thing was the food. I ordered the vermicelli noodles with pork and an extra spring roll and it was so darn good. Perfect portion, perfectly cooked meat and oh so tasty. I really hope the pho is good because I'm coming back for that soon.

I don't know what it is, but there is some kind of seasoning that just makes this broth. Absolutely wonderful. I have no clue what it is. But this stuff will heal your soul.

I spotted this Pho Bistro during our moving to a new place and decided to try it out. I had a regular pho and my wife had a veggie chow-mein which turn out to be excellent. Really surprised at the fast service and the good ambiance. We will definitely come back.

Pho Bistro is our go to local Pho spot. The service and hospitality is always on point. The food is always fresh tasting and the family feel you receive from Mike and the family is always a great feeling. Definitely make this your local Pho spot!

Fresh food you can tell was made when you ordered it. Clean, family friendly environment where the locals obviously return. The staff knew their dishes by heart...love that. Prompt and friendly service was beyond nice these days. We will be back.

I suspect I should have ordered the pho instead of the bun, as the bun was pretty bland and the fish sauce really watery. Service was good and friendly even though they forgot to bring me my drink but that's fine, I had water and that was good. Overall not as good as my beloved and dearly missed Green Papaya but it hit the spot alright.

This has quickly become our go to pho delivery place. We've tried a bunch in the area, and they're the best. Our order arrives early, is always correct & includes enough food for at least 2 meals. The broth is flavorful even before I doctor it up. While we live in the area, I am pretty sure we won't order pho from anywhere else.

Good service, good prices, family friendly place that is family owned. It does get busy at peak times so you may have to wait a little bit if they don't have more than one server working that shift.

The pho soup is always delicious and the service by the owners is always great. People keep coming while you sit there and eat...and I mean any time of day. The atmosphere is always welcoming as the owners always say "hey" when you come in to eat. If you come me in long enough and order the same things, they'll automatically get the order started for you when they see you!!

Great place for pho. Family business been there for a long time. Quality is very consistent. Service is super fast and they never forget a thing. Lots of regulars from the neighborhoods. It's one of the most satisfying pho restaurants we like to visit. Love their pho, appetizers and other dishes.

I've been a few times now and enjoyed the food every time. I usually get the Pho Tai Chin, one of the wings(Fish Sauce and Lemon Pepper so far, both very good), and an order of the egg rolls. The workers(maybe owners?) are very kind and welcoming. I love the atmosphere as it reminds me of all of my favorite Pho restaurants growing up. Occasionally, their children are there as well watching something on their iPads at one of the tables. These are the kinds of things that create the warm, homey environment where you know the food will be made with care.

Family owned and operated. Their service is quick. Their pho is fantastic! I get the seafood almost every time and it's always delicious.

I only came to try the Bun Bo Hue. It's acceptable but... not true Bun Bo Hue. The noodles are too thin. They're supposed to be the thick type. There was hardly any spicy chili oil in the soup, so I had to add 4 large scoops of chili oil once it was served. The whole thing tasted more like pho.. but it wasn't bad so 4 stars it is.

Came in to order 3 orders of the number 58 on their menu. Their in house "Bistro special combination rice plate" @ $11.99 each. Let me tell you something. It was nothing special about it. Their broken rice was soggy from excess water in cooking. The shrimp, yes 1 shrimp is boiled and unseasoned. No taste whatsoever. The eggmeat was way salty. The eggroll was ok but I have had way better. Pasted pork looks and tasted like Spam. There wasn't any trace of grilled slice chicken in my order so I couldn't comment. It maybe a good thing that it didn't have it. Lol. The grill pork meat was chopped so fine it look it came out of the blender. The veggies consisted of 5 strand pieces of pickled carrots, chopped lettuce that look like it came out of your groceries store ready to eat lettuce salad bag and 2 slices of cucumber. Lol. They couldn't even throw in a slice of tomato. Rice plate is a stable and very common dish in Vietnamese cuisine, this by far is the worst I have had serve up by any restaurant and I have eaten thousands of times over my life. I has been in town for the week and look up on google and it rated the business a 4.0 stars. I told myself it must be good, boy am I pissed. Probably the first and last time going there because now I am afraid to try other dishes. Zero stars if I could post this review but just to have a voice on Yelp, 1 star it is. To the owner of the place, come on and revamp your food especially this dish. It's no up to any standard yet it bears your restaurant business name. "58.Cơm Tấm Bistro Đặc Biệt Broken rice with eggmeat, dry shredded pork, grilled sliced pork, pasted pork, grilled sliced chicken, shrimp, and eggroll"

I didn't expect much when my boyfriend suggested pho, but I was very happy to be wrong in this instance! I was doing take-out, so I sat in a corner waiting for dinner. Starving I went ahead and snagged some shrimp spring rolls while observing the staff and guests alike. The owners were super jolly chatting (and even singing) with customers. My spring rolls were very quickly served and were perfectly plump. I took home a #11 with the steak in the side being my favorite. The broth had great flavor and extra cilantro was much appreciated. Everything was delightful- I can't wait to go back!!

I picked up a vermicelli noodle salad from here. The noodles were cooked well and the sliced beef were very tender. The sauce was very flavorful. It wasn't overly sweet. It complimented the salad very well. What I am pleased by is the service. As soon as my husband and I walked in. We were offered seats but we wanted an order to go because we were heading back to our hotel. The gentleman offered me a seat anyway and gave me ample time to look at their menu. He was enthusiastic and super friendly. As soon as I selected my order, he went to the back and shouted my order. He even offered a drink while I waited. The dining area was bare. There were only another couple and one single person eating in. When my order was ready, he promptly brought it out to me and thanked me for my business. He was wearing a mask but I know he was smiling. I wish I have this kind of service at my local restaurants.

Best pho I have had in a long time. The broth is amazing and all the ingredients are super fresh. Now for the not so good. The spring rolls were good but not out of this world.

Came here on 3/27/2017 (Monday). The place is a casual Vietnamese place. Atmosphere (3/5) Typical Vietnamese Owned Restaurant. Very Casual. Staff (3/5) Again, restaurants like these do not usually have great service. Cleanliness (3/5) Please see above. Not dirty, but not spotless. Overall, it is very clean enough to eat here. Food (3.5/5) The Large Pho Bowl I ordered was not very large. The broth is decent. Their cornish hen plate is actually good. I would recommend that if you are not in the mood for pho. I would only recommend here if you want pho and do not have time to go anywhere far.

I've eaten here many times. Great pho and other food too. Today we had Pho Dac Biec, Mi Xao Gion and Crab Rangoon. It was all very good!! They are always busy with order pick ups too.

I haven't been here for over more than 5 years and i love how the family remembers my family and I. We still ordered the same thing as normal and they know how we loved our bean sprouts steamed. That is real love. Their food is on point and hasn't changed. I love their bowls and plates that they use to serve us. Food is always fresh and hot with everything going on. Going back next week!!!!

The service was very poor. One of the servers stood there talking to a single family and completely ignored any other tables for 10+ minutes. Server did not once ask to refill an empty glass of water. Had to walk up to the counter to get the check.

I have come to Pho Bistro many times in my life. Growing up I would go with my parents after a school event and now I would go before an interview for familiar comfort pho. This family business is so welcoming and loving! The food is fantastic I love the crab Rangoons! Definitely visit here!!

cute restaurant and reasonably priced. I got the n8 and my sister got the chicken pho. Both were really good, though I wish I had a bit more meat in mine. We got the fried calamari appetizer and those were good as well but could use a bit of extra seasoning. The hot sake here was served in cute little glasses and was super strong. I've been living in Carrollton for 5 years and can not find a good Vietnamese restaurant around. We were skeptical about trying pho bistro but did it anyway. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint!!!! We ordered the shrimp spring rolls and I was sad at first because it didn't have as much shrimp as I would like but it was so delicious!!! The peanut sauce was just right. I had the spicy beef noodle and IT HIT!!! As in it was sooooo freaking good AND it hit me in the back of the throat with spice. it was really good and the boyfriend liked the pho as well. Definitely going to be our regular spot to get our soup fix on. Can't wait to try all of the other extensive menu items. Our server, may be the owners son, was super nice & friendly! You can definitely feel the comfort and welcome when you first walk in with the amazing aroma of fresh and delicious food.

I must preface my review by saying up to now I've been on the fence with Pho not having any which I thought was worthy of a return visit...until today! I ordered I believe the #11 which had a super tasty broth the other places I'd tried failed at and tender slices of perfectly cooked Beef (again lacking at the other Pho places I've tried). We had six in our party and everyone raved how delicious their Pho choices were- I can't wait to return!

Not the best pho broth but it sure hits the spot even on a hot 100 degree day in Texas! Quaint restaurant right off of old Denton rd in Carrollton amongst all the KBBQ spots. Nice ambiance, friendly service, and a hot bowl of pho in front of me. What else can you ask for?

Been going since our kid were 3-4! Greatest shrimp spring rolls! Pho chicken soup has that fantastic hone broth! Everything is unique, delicious flavors!

Great service, great food, great price! I will be back as a regular anytime I am anywhere near Carrollton. We had the lemongrass chicken which was perfectly spiced and succulent and just to die for! Vietnamese egg rolls were addictive, and the fried calamari entree with onions and jalapeños was fresh, perfectly spiced and a delicious compliment to our chicken dish. Overall a perfect meal in a laid back, clean setting in a very welcoming, family-owned, friendly restaurant. We will be back often.

I ordered #39 Bun Tom Thit Nuong & #58 Com Dam Bistro Dac Biet to go. The food was tasty and not salty. The dipping sauce was good and not too fishy or too sweet. I was also pleasantly surprised on how good the egg rolls were. The noodles were a bit cold. They could have heated them up a bit, otherwise very good. Nice staff. Look forward to trying other menu items.

I love, love, love, LOVE this place!!! First off, the staff is so sweet! They know our drink orders, what appetizer we want and know my order every time we come in! They are very friendly and give the place a great atmosphere. My husband and I are here probably every week, usually on Wednesday, if not twice a week. I love the Pho Tai and the dumplings are amazing! My husband likes to try out all the different dishes while I stick with my favorite but I always try a bite of whatever he orders just to get a taste! Everything tastes and smells so good! Honestly, out of most of the Pho places around, this is by far our favorite place to eat at. It's affordable, delicious and everyone is so sweet!
