OK, I finally got back here and the food is so authentic. Everything was quality! Their shaken beef is so tender. I even got a simple dish for my wife who doesn’t really even eat Vietnamese food. I got her lo mein with shaken beef and broccoli and she loved it. They have a hot stone build your own pho and it’s piping hot. Of course they have your typical Vietnamese fixings that are all great.

We arrived on Saturday evening and waited for about 20-25 minutes. The food was delicious, fresh, and not too heavy. The marinated pork was particularly impressive, and I highly recommend the vermicelli!

If you’re looking for the best Vietnamese food in Chandler, look no further. This spot is second to none! The consistency here is unmatched—every dish is made with care, packed with authentic flavors, and always hits the spot. Whether it’s the rich, perfectly balanced pho, the fresh and flavorful spring rolls, or the crispy, savory bánh mì, they never miss. The service is just as reliable as the food;friendly, fast, and welcoming every single time. You know a place is good when you can order anything on the menu and trust that it’s going to be amazing. If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re missing out. Definitely my go-to Vietnamese spot in Chandler!

We absolutely love this place! (We stop here every time we come into town.) I was all about the Pho Ga until... my boyfriend had me try his beef short ribs Pho. Now that is my new fav! Our other favorite is spicy garlic green beans. We switch it up sometimes with spring rolls, potstickers, or hot wings. This place never disappoints. The owner is very nice.

Google
Some of the best Pho I've had in AZ. I'm a Seattle native.... one of the lands of Pho. The broth was very flavorful, and the meat was good. The service was excellent as well. I spilled my extra broth when trying to put it in a to go container, and they were kind enough to give me some extra before I left. Wish I lived closer.... Will definitely come back soon. 🙌

First time eating here with my family on January 6, 2024 after 7 pm. Waitress and waiters were very attentive and quick to take our order. We ordered the P10 Bun Bo Hue, P9 Bun Rieu, and the P1 House Pho'nomenall. Food was okay, the broth was a bit too salty. While eating my pho, I saw a giant cockroach 🪳 just roaming around freely on the floor going towards the table next to me. I definitely lost my appetite after seeing that. I should've taken a photo of the cockroach with my phone, but not trying to look like a crazy lady taking a photo of other customers eating their pho and their shoes where the cockroach was. Hopefully this restaurant hires pest control. If that happens, maybe I'll visit this restaurant again in the future.

Google
The food was of great quality and taste. Around 20$ per bowl (xl) and overall quite consistent with other pho restaurants. The service was very good, as they refilled the water pitcher before we asked for a refill. Very attentive servers who deserve a quality tip. The atmosphere was decent; quiet music combined with the warm chatter of nearby customers creates the perfect atmosphere to dine. One slight nuance is the ceiling fans run just under the moderate lights which creates a faint strobe effect but you have to pay attention to notice. Bonus: they haven't changed since the last time I've been here. Quality family restaurant.

Google
Absolutely some of the best pho I've had in a long time. I'm a big traveler and I've had pho all over the country. I can say that this place ranks pretty highly on my list. The restaurant is pretty small, but they have it down so perfect. Our wait was minimal for as busy as they were, and we didn't wait long for our food either. Absolutely delicious, generous portions, all for a reasonable cost. The photos are from after my husband and I finished eating. We'll be back!

Yelp
Everything was good. I don't usually like pho because I think it doesn't have much flavor but I tried my bf's pho & liked it! I think i'll get it next time. I ordered tofu pad thai at lvl 4 heat. Tbh I think I could do lvl 5, the 4 was barely spicy. Pad thai had a very generous amount of tofu & was flavorful. The green beans were also good. Place smelled clean and service was good.

Yelp
We came here as a party of 3 at 11:15am on a Saturday and the place was already busy but not packed. We were seated right away. They offer booths and regular tables indoor seating only. It's a casual place with not much decoration. Every table has the standard Vietnamese condiments available, siracha, hoisin sauce, and chili paste. We were able to order right away and the food comes out quickly, within 10-15min items. My friend got their special, pho that comes out in a hot stone with slices of filet on the side (you have other options as well like seafood). I got the pho Dac biet and my brother got the bun Bo hue. Everything was very solid! The taste of the pho broth was flavorful and great portion size! The bun Bo hue portion size was a little smaller which was slightly disappointing so be prepared for a smaller bowl or maybe size up. They plenty generous with the bean sprouts and jalapeño slices but you may have to ask for extra basil. A pleasant surprise was the fresh coconut! It was very fresh, sweet, and lots of coconut meat you can scrape with the spoon and straw provided. The calamari was a bit unremarkable and I would not get it again. They were crispy and the sauce was good but overall bland. I'd definitely come back again if I'm in the area. I also got the rice platter to go and it was good. You can get better in mekong plaza and with bigger portions.

Yelp
This is awesome Vietnamese food. Egg rolls A++ Dac Biet Pho A++ Orange Chicken ... not sure who orders orange chicken at a Vietnamese place other than my wife... ... I didn't even try it so I'll rate it a ? The ingredients were all high quality and super fresh, really top notch. For years I've said that you can basically tell if a Pho restaurant is good by the quality of the tendon in the Pho. If you aren't trying to order Dac Biet which has tendon and tripe etc etc etc then that's fine, no shame in that... but the tendon at this spot is goooood and that's indicitive of good pho. So just order the steak pho or whatever and you'll be teed up for a really good pho experience. The service was also excellent.

Yelp
I have been coming to Chandler Pho for years now. It is my go to place for pho in the area. Their veggie pho is delicious as well as their spring rolls. This last time I also tried their green beans which are cooked to perfection. Make sure you check to see if they're open before heading on over as they are closed a few days of the week. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

Yelp
I recently visited Pho Chandler and had the Pho with thinly sliced beef, and it was an outstanding experience. The broth was the highlight--rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of depth. It had a comforting warmth without being too heavy, making each sip a delight. The service was quick and exceptional, with staff attentive to our needs without being overbearing. The restaurant itself was clean, well-kept, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, Pho Chandler offers a fantastic dining experience with delicious pho and top-notch service. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Pho in Phoenix has been rough for me, and Pho Chandler is easily my number 1 pick for pho at the moment. This is my second time having it, and it's just a really good bowl of pho. They offer 3 sizes Regular, large, and extra large. In my photo is an xtra large pho tai, and I feel like it's worth the xtra large title. It's a great sized bowl with lots of meat. Noodle portion is a good amount as well. The broth - good beef taste for Phoenix, but broth has a sort of chicken taste to it too? It is a super clean tasting broth, no oil really in it. Not too salty and can taste pho spices. I do taste a heavy green onion taste in this broth, and you can see there's a big stalk of it in the broth, but I like that. Overall, my favorite pho place in Phoenix so far, and I've definitely been to multiple at this point. The broth is good, portion size is good, and overall just a really good bowl of pho. Highly recommend it!

Yelp
Service was good and food came out quick, which was nice. Place is small and does fill up quick. I was excited to try the food, as all of the tables were occupied and there was a bit of a wait but I have to say that I was really disappointed in the food. 1) spring rolls were fine but the peanut sauce, even though it looked like peanut sauce, was literally missing the peanut taste. After adding a lot of hoisin to it, it was tolerable. 2) cream cheese puffs was also missing flavor but thank goodness it had s.s.s. 3.) Big portion of pho, and they do give you lots of noodles and a variety of pho meat but again lacked that beef bone broth that I was hoping for. It tasted like they kept adding water to the broth pot cause the pot meat was extremely good and flavorful but the actual broth itself was very bland. We had to ask for fish sauce and hot chili paste to 'sup it up. Plus, what pho restaurant wouldn't have hot chili oil already on the table! 4) pork chop was thin and sweet. Blah. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be back as it was just okay for me and there are other pho places.

Yelp
Love this place! Very authentic! We tried several different pho soups which the waitress helped us choose. The chicken wings and spicy green beans were also amazing! We will be back to try more dishes because everything on the menu looks good!

Yelp
Has ALWAYS been our favorite family favorite! The food is really good and fresh! Great customer service. For warning, they do get REALLY busy around peak dinner time so go earlier or later OR just expect to wait. The ambiance is casual but friendly. They work as fast as they can to clear tables and they are mindful of the waitlist. Been going here for over a decade. Great family owned restaurant!

Yelp
The food is nothing like the pictures, we from from tonopah because it showed quaility pho in the videos and we got the opposite, service was ok nothing special, don't recommend food very salty the only good thing were the green beans
google avatar

Desiree D.

Yelp
Got here right when it opened and I'm glad we did because it filled up quickly. Located in an unassuming strip mall. Service was quick which was good with how busy it was. My chicken & broccoli was good but the chicken did have a weird taste to it. Enjoyable experience. I will be back.

Yelp
My son and I visited on a particularly cold day in January. Craving warmth and pho, we decided to check out Pho Chandler. So many people had the same idea because there was a line outside. We had originally planned on dining in, but as soon as I saw the amount of people waiting, I decided to order to-go. We were greeted as soon as we entered. The space is cozy and ample seating. I ordered the Gỏi Cuốn (spring rolls), $6.95, Phở Hải Sản (seafood pho), $17.50 and my son ordered the Phở Đặc Biệt (house pho), $14.50. It was ready within 20 minutes. We requested shrimp only in our spring rolls. It was fresh and the accompanying peanut sauce was rich, creamy, and delicious. My pho came with snow crab, shrimp, and scallop with rice noodle. The broth was flavorful and I appreciated the amount of protein it came with. It was a solid pho! My son's came with house special combination of sliced eye round steak, well done-brisket well-done flank, soft tendon, and trip and beef meatball with rice noodle. He, too enjoyed his pho. Would order from Pho Chandler again!

Yelp
Unfortunately, I have found myself once again completely BAMBOOZLED by all of these local clown AZ food "influencers". Just another par for the course Vietnamese place. I'd even argue, subpar or underwhelming. Drove a bit out of my way (I live in central phx but met up with friends who live in East Valley) to a place I was decently excited to finally try. Though my gut told me I should have just gone with any one of their pho options, I decided to really test them as a Vietnamese person and try their Bun Hue. A real Viet would not hide the fact that pho is overrated and that Bun Hue or Bun Rieu is way superior than pho. Anyone who claims otherwise is in denial or wants to really fall into the mainstream. Regardless, their Bun Hue is barely one notch above inedible. Served in a bowl too small. The noodle to broth ratio was just stupidly incomprehensible. 75% noodle, 15% protein, 10% broth. I was eating a bowl of mush. Also, the spice level for a proper Bun Hue, this did NOT meet. Also ordered their fried calamari. Holy cow, this was blander than the calamari I've had at American restaurants. First of all, they use little cuttle fish, so iykyk. Secondly, a proper fried calamari dish served by a chinese/Vietnamese restaurant is seasoned in jalapeños, bell peppers, garlic, lots of pepper, and other chili peppers. And crispy, crunchy onion. This was the EXACT opposite. Safe to say, if I want below average and underwhelming Vietnamese food, I can just stay on my side of the valley in Phoenix. What a letdown.

Yelp
Pho Chandler is fantastic! The pho is delicious and full of rich flavors and mouthwatering aromas. Whether you're eating in or taking out, the dining experience is so thoughtful. If you take out, your order comes in a self-serving bowl with the noodles and meat on top in a separate layer so you can put everything into the bowl stir it and eat. There is zero need for any other utensils. So genius.

Yelp
First time here. Waited a 45 mins but was worth it. Best Pho I've ever had!! Broth didn't need anything. I can't wait to come again.
google avatar

Kristina M.

Yelp
Great pho! Everything was amazing. Lots of flavor. This is our new place for sure. We can't wait to try more of the menu.

Candid Customer ..

Yelp
Amazing Pho. We order take out from her quite frequently. Everything we've ordered has been delicious. We recently moved to Queen Creek and its been hard to find a Thai restaurant as good as Pho Chandler. Miss this place.
google avatar

Karina B.

Yelp
I have never tried pho before and I decided to try this place. The food was so delicious and the employees are on top of everything. They are very sweet and kind. Ever since I've been coming here so frequent, they always surprise me.

Yelp
My mother who is 77 years old and my daughter 13 years old, both are throwing up today multiple times after eating at Phi Chandler just yesterday. Food poisoning.
google avatar

Aryanna K.

Yelp
LOVED LOVED LOVED!! I am not a huge soup person but I am in love! I ordered the beef pho and added my own spice, it was so delicious! I ordered the small bowl and I even had enough left overs for today, I just ordered an extra side of meat. I wish the bowl had extra meat that is the only thing I would change. We tried the chicken egg rolls, they had a fishy taste to it which wasn't our favorite. If you like fish egg rolls then you would love them! They were very crispy. We also got the gyozas and they were super filling, juicy, and crispy. We would ordered them again! The servers were super fast at taking care of everyone. We ordered extra bean sprouts and they arrived within 2 minutes of ordering! They were quick! The restaurant is very small, I wish it was bigger so the wait wasn't so long but it is worth the wait!
google avatar

Marie L.

Yelp
Easy to find location in a strip mall. I ordered B2 and spring rolls to go. I'd have taken a photo, but was starving and ate it before I realized I forgot to snap a photo. Whoopsie! Anyhow, the flavors were all consistent to what I've had from other restaurants in CA and OR. So delish! I will try the Pho next time! Staff were super friendly and the interior had quite a few tables!
google avatar

C. P.

Yelp
We ordered our favorite, veggie pho with chicken and I ordered veggie. Pho with chicken and shrimp. Amazing flavor, love this little place. One bowl is all you need.
google avatar

Greeshma R.

Yelp
It's a 3.5 place but giving them a generous 4 star. I actually stopped for tea next door and since it was lunch time I dropped in here for lunch. This place was popping for a weekday lunch. I had to wait about 10 min to get a table. Once we were seated I ordered for a wonton noodle soup. I noticed I could go for a larger bowl with just a dollar extra but settled for a regular size. The service was quick and got the bowl piping hot. The bowl looked full with the wontons, chicken, shrimp, veggies and noodles. Ah, the soup was good but it wasn't great. I was hoping for a really good flavor but it was missing the essence. It almost felt like it had all the ingredients yet it missed the yumminess. The portion was huge for the money and it was quiet filling. I would want to retry this place again considering all the reviews and the options they have.
google avatar

Hannah P.

Yelp
Pho Chandler surprised me with its quick service and tasty food. I tried the level 4 spicy beef soup, and while it wasn't as fiery as I'd hoped, it was still pretty darn good. But here's the kicker--the wonton soup was the real winner! Seriously delicious. Their egg rolls were nice and crispy, just the way I like them. What amazed me was how fast my food arrived; I barely had time to check my phone! The staff was friendly too, which added to the laid-back atmosphere.
google avatar

Nina W.

Yelp
Great local Vietnamese spot for takeout or to sit in. We ordered a bunch of dishes to share. The pho and bun bo hue were great. The bun bo hue broth was nice and spicy. I preferred the house pho (#1) more mainly due to the noodles in the pho vs the bun bo hue. We also got some fried rice, vermicelli and egg rolls. I have enjoyed vermicelli at other restaurants more, but it was still good. The egg rolls were crispy and fresh. The sauce is very flavorful. Pho Chandler does not skimp out on the veggies for the egg rolls and soups. If you are looking for Vietnamese in the Ocotillo area, this is a nice place to go!

Angie K.

Yelp
Yeeaass! I just moved to Chandler from Seattle a few months ago. Seattle is a place where eating pho is a weekly or daily thing. I have to give huge props to Pho Chandler. This is the best I've had in both states so far! So happy!
google avatar

Mike B.

Yelp
Small storefront and a strip mall, so wasn't sure what to expect when friends of ours asked us to go with them. Very pleasantly surprised as service was great and outstanding Pho. One of the better places I've been for Pho in the Phoenix area. My only niggle was that I had to ask for scissors to break the crab legs open, which I think they should pre-split for you :-)

Arch J.

Yelp
I don't understand the high ratings. It was OK, and we were able to bring our own wine, which was a plus. We were there at 5 and had spring rolls, which had been made some time ahead because they were tough/chewy and calamari that was way over breaded. The Pho was good but nothing special. We will try other places before considering going back here.
google avatar

Corey E.

Yelp
Huge portions! A bustling little PhO shop in Chandler. The service could be better, they brought the soup before the vegetables, had to ask for more water multiple times, but the servers were friendly and smiled. Got pretty busy while we were there. Spring rolls with bbq pork and shrimp lacked flavor.
google avatar

Nina D.

Yelp
Discovered this hole in the wall place over the weekend and couldn't say more positive things! Although there may be a small wait, it's definitely worth it. The spring rolls and fried egg rolls were awesome appetizers and the pho broth was so clean and flavorful. I also really liked some of their rice dishes! They're also efficient! We were in and out working 30-40 minutes, the food came super quick after ordering :)
google avatar

Betty B.

Yelp
Had the veggie pho and it was very delicious, but portion, this place also had very friendly staff. I'm looking forward to going back and tasting some other things on the menu :)
google avatar

Gina L.

Yelp
Stopped by on a Friday afternoon at 6pm - lucky enough to snag the last table before a few more parties came in. They will offer first table available to guests, even if it's a 6-seater and you're a party of 2. We ordered, and smaller table opened up, so the two of us offered to move so they could seat a larger party. If there is a wait, it is short, since their food is prepared VERY quickly. My friend and I ordered the bun bo hue, which you can specify spice level from 1 to 5. It's the most authentic I've tasted in the valley, filled with lemongrass and topped with sate (spicy lemongrass chili oil). Food arrived very quickly, toppings were fresh and plentiful. Waitstaff checked in on us and made sure we didn't need anything - dropped off our check at our leisure to pay.
google avatar

Jennifer N.

Yelp
Service was fast, but the restaurant was kinda small. The booths were pretty dirty, ice water had floaty things in it. The Thai tea was plain and watered down, for $6 not worth it. Overall the food was average and for the price we paid not worth eating here again.

David E.

Yelp
Got to be the best Pho Restaurant in the Phoenix area, Great food and always good service
google avatar

Jaimie T.

Yelp
Pho is delicious and they aren't stingy with the meat. Best fried rice you'll ever have too!
google avatar

Jacob J.

Yelp
Heard about this place from a coworker and were blown away by how good it was! We had an array of appetizers and the Mongolian Beef and every single thing was amazing. No scraps left on our plates. Service was friendly and quick. We will be going back.
google avatar

Matthew M.

Yelp
I'm a huge pho person. I absolutely love it. Decided to give this place a try for the first time and it was not my favorite, but it was good. I got the spicy beef stew and it was extremely oily and the flavors were lacking but overall it was OK. The spring rolls were good and the potstickers were good as well. The staff made sure that they came around to check on us, which was nice and the place was extremely busy and that's always a good thing. The restaurant is pretty open on the inside and not much to the restaurant itself, but it doesn't always have to be. I would give this place an opportunity if you're in the area looking for something new to try.
google avatar

Mike D.

Yelp
Excellent pho and friendly attentive wait staff. The restaurant and bathrooms were nice and clean
google avatar

Yelp
I want phó chandler to cater my last meal. They are an amazing family owned business. I've been going here for 5 years. The service is clean, good, and fast. Genuinly my favorite place to eat ever.

Yelp
Pho Chandler is a top-notch spot that never disappoints. The food is consistently amazing, with authentic flavors that keep us coming back for more. The service is always friendly and attentive, making each visit feel welcoming and enjoyable. The ambiance is relaxed and inviting, perfect for a casual meal with family or friends. It's clear that the staff genuinely cares about providing a great dining experience. This place is definitely one of our go-to restaurants, and my wife especially loves it here! Highly recommended.
google avatar

Robert K.

Yelp
Great service and great food. Most pho restaurants have been shorting the serving sizes by cutting up the beef into small and less pieces, not this restaurant . Great place to eat for your money.
google avatar

Tylor D.

Yelp
BY FAR the BEST pho in AZ, maybe even the country. The chicken potstickers are perfectly crispy on the outside while still maintaining flavor and juiciness on the inside. The price has increased, but I would say the pho is still worth it. The noodles are chewy and have a good texture compared to the other pho places I have been, and the broth is flavorful. The service is always fast and friendly, and the food comes out hot and fresh. The waiters always come to check on you and make sure everything is to your liking. It's not too busy most days, and if there is a wait it is max like 20 minutes. but still worth it.
google avatar

Marissa D.

Yelp
Always busy and super delicious! Nice little hole in the wall! We always get the brisket and round steak! It's always so good! Just a comfort food! Appetizers are good as well! I recommend the spring rolls!
google avatar

Cameron S.

Yelp
Pho was very good but disappointing. Not the best in the area as Yelp! recommends. Egg Rolls were solid. Pad Thai was sub-par. Ordered 4 on a 1 to 5 heat scale. No spice at all, and actually too sweet. No peanuts, lime or cilantro which I normally expect. Ordered through GrubHub. Service was very quick. May try something else to give them another chance.
google avatar

Jon H.

Yelp
I had to go to Chandler decided to stop and have Vietnamese. Decor is nice. Service is not bad. Had the spring rolls. Really just tasteless. Nothing exciting. Not worth $7. Pork Bun. Dry. Very dry. The rest so so No need to ever come back here
google avatar

Cristina T.

Yelp
Very tasty chicken pho. Service is quick and even the fried egg rolls taste amazing. Only complaint is the place smells like sewage.

Yelp
I absolutely LOVE Pho and have a favorite spot in STL. I was visiting family and ended up taking my dad and grandfather to this spot, neither have ever had Pho before and I read the reviews and knew this would be the spot to introduce them to it. THEY LOVED IT. We went right when they opened, there was a line when we got there - but we were immediately sat and a server came right away and got our drink order. Walking in the place was very aromatic with spices from the pho broth. The chicken potstickers were delicious and the sauce was a nice pairing. A good appetizer. I ordered the P2 pho and was not disappointed. It was full of flavor, had hints throughout of the various herbs and seasonings in the broth and I could literally just drink the broth and would be just as happy. It was incredible. My dad had the veggie pho + shrimp, he asked for the veggies to be extra tender since he has trouble with foods that are too dense and they were perfect for him to eat! The staff was super friendly about his request and assured him they would get it right for him, it felt above and beyond for customer service. My grandfather got the ox tail pho and said it was super tender and the best ox tail he has had in a long time. He also said he is a PHOliever now. Honestly, this place exceeded all expectations and I highly recommend if you are local, go and go often. This place is worthy of you supporting local business.
google avatar

Jane Y.

Yelp
Food used to be decent but today was horrible, the broth was actually lukewarm which made the beef still pinkish several minutes after being served, chicken wings were just drenched in sauce and had no flavor whatsoever. Really sad since I loved coming here after work.
google avatar

Kristen L.

Yelp
Every time I come to this plaza, this restaurant is slammed with people. One time the restaurant was closed and there were still a lot of people driving up to the restaurant and checking its doors. The restaurant is small to average sized. They have a good parking lot with lots of spaces. I just wish they had covered parking. The service was fast and efficient. The beef and broccoli tasted home made. The rice was delicious. I like soft fluffy rice. At other places I have had dry rice before. One time at another place I have had smooshy rice that was too wet. I liked the spring rolls. I like when spring rolls have an elastic-like quality to them. I don't like when they are brittle or hard. I also don't like when they are too soft or smooshy. Some places have a non peanut butter dip. I like those dips better. I don't like the peanut butter dip as much. I love basil and shrimp. The pho was good and the rice noodles were good as well. I didn't find anything out of the ordinary with the pho or it's rice noodles.
