Pho Ga Thanh Thanh

My chicken pho was phenomenal! and their service was topnotch as well. They heat up my mom's broth because she was there later than us. it's definitely an authentic experience with very lovely ladies! 100% recommended!

I ordered the Pho Bo Kho (Beef Stew). I do not usually like Pho but this was the best I have had in Philly. We went around Friday afternoon and the restaurant was practically empty so we had the place to ourselves which is great. I will definitely go back!

I wanted to try it here because it's closer to my office. I thought pho wouldn't be that different from other restaurants, and I was wrong. It was the worst pho I had ever had. The broth had a strong spice smell, which I don't like, and the noodles were so sparse compared to other places—maybe half or two-thirds the amount. The beef was too thick to chew. There were no spring rolls or summer rolls on the menu, only many chicken dishes. Not as many menu choices as other Vietnamese restaurants.

I stumbled across this place on my way to HMart food court and decided to give it a try. The server was welcoming, offered me tea as soon as I came in. He helped me decide what I want through telling me patron faves. I enjoyed the soup and the full portion of the meal. Everything tasted fresh. Although the pork chop was a little dry for me. I would go back and try another dish. The place was cute and had a relaxing atmosphere. My original plan was to do take out but I decided to dine in due to how welcoming the server was. Update: I went to the restaurant again and got the Chicken Pho it was so good 🥰🤗 10/10 for me. I got the traditional bone in but you can get it bone out. Same great service and friendly staff. Sorry didn’t get a picture.

I tried this pho restaurant and had a mixed experience. The staff were very friendly, and the food came out surprisingly fast, which was a plus. However, the pho broth was a bit underwhelming. It lacked the rich, deep flavor I’ve come to expect from a good pho. I ordered the all-meat pho, which had a decent variety of meats, but unfortunately, the broth was a bit bland. It could definitely use more depth and seasoning. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re in a rush, but not the most flavorful pho I’ve had.

Incredible…. Fresh, moist, delicious and warming. Bathrooms need to be cleaned. They were nasty.

I rarely write reviews about anything but I had been told to check out the most phenomenonal chicken pho place if I ever in Phili. Well that day is today and OMG...the broth is amazing. I love chicken soup and the broth is the most important element and this broth by far is one of the absolute best I have ever had in my entire life. Everyone needs to check this place out and also the chicken dipping sauce is to die for!!! Run don't walk...you will not regret this and will judge all chicken broths going forward against this one. Hats off to the Chef and owner who is also very very nice.

The food was good. I got the pho with all the meats. I added a lot of sauce but that’s my own preference. I enjoyed my bowl. The service was ok. Food came out quick. However, I felt my stomach hurting the moment I stood up. I hope it wasn’t the food but who knows. I will try again and see if it happens again another day. I’ll update this when I do 🫡 Alright I went back for round 2z this time I got pho with beef and beef balls with extra meat. Everything came out quick and hot. Food was delish and no stomach issues. Definitely will be back again. I wish they had banh mi sandwiches.

100/10!!! Their chicken is so fresh here. We absolutely love their broth. We both ordered chicken pot and beef bar, but I definitely recommend the chicken as that's what they're known for. We ordered 2 1/2 chickens and that was plenty for our entire party with some extra. They're dipping sauce, complements the chicken so well. They have very fresh herbs. I also got their coconut water, which I loved. Great service very friendly quick service. Clean restaurant I can't wait to go back.

After some light shopping at H-Mart, popped into Pho Ga Thanh Thanh for some well deserved Pho on a chilly day. Service was great. The staff were very attentive and checked in frequently. Clean spot with a friendly staff. Mixed reviews on the Pho itself. The beef pho with stew was unique, flavorful, with tender meat. Really enjoyed this one and would highly recommend. The base beef pho left more to be desired. The meat was more chewy than I'm used to and the broth was bland.

They have two locations. One in the northeast and one in south philly owned by the same owner. They have the best fresh chicken pho. Homemade, delectable and cozy. The staffs are friendly and young. They have a tik tok acct which is hilarious.

My first time trying chicken pho! I was excited to find out that they opened a second location closer to my house. This location is located in a shopping plaza so parking is never an issue. The inside the restaurant is spacious and clean. The workers were friendly here but didn't really check on us to see if we needed anything. The sauce the came with the chicken pho was really good which enhance the taste of the chicken. We ordered pho Ga and I wish the broth was little hotter but it was full of flavor still! I will definitely come back to place for their special dishes!

Traditional restaurant vibes and the food comes out crazy quick! Chicken Pho: 4/5 Really nothing too special but done well. The broth was flavorful but still lacking on the essence of chicken and other flavors to complement it making a little more on the bland side. certainly had better. Meatball Pho: 2/5 nothing special about the meatball and the pho lacked essence. Meatballs are like the ones you buy at the supermarket. The flavor of the soup tasted more bland than the chicken pho. It tasted like it was supplemented by msg to try and bring savoriness to it and that's all.

I'm a huge fan of pho and this ranks way up there I mean it's not the rolling spring roll, but it'll do when I am not in the area. Fresh ingredients and quick eats I will be back.

Nothing compares to the hot team bow of phở gà Thanh Thanh the soup is the soul, you can have for breakfast, lunch, dinner, even can make you feel better after you have this , special in cold season, I always come back ..and preferred to my all my friends .
