Pho Ha #7 University Ave

It has been a while since I have good PHO since I move to seattle. I ordered #1 with everything minus tripe. We ordered all number#1. It was confuse at first but the server did come back and told us which one is without tripe. It is big bowl and good amount of noodle and meat. The chili oil already on the table if you want spicy. The service was good. We went to the counter to pay separately. There are many tables. There are also parking spaces in the back.

Vibe 5* Food 4* Service 4* This is a solid Vietnamese spot near UCR. The food is for the most part good depending on what your order. Nice little confort mom and pop food type atmosphere.

I had an overall pleasant experience at this restaurant until the end, which completely changed my impression. While I went to the front to pay, my food was thrown away from my table—even though there was still half a portion of noodles, bean sprouts, and beef left. If I hadn’t stopped her, she would’ve thrown away my other food too. When I spoke with the staff at the front, instead of apologizing, she kept asking who threw it away, with a dismissive attitude. She finally said they would “pack a little bit more” for me, but her tone was cold and unhelpful. While I was waiting at the table, she held a used piece of receipt and casually tossed it into the dessert box I had set aside for takeout. That box had my food—not trash. I had to stop her, and even then, she didn’t apologize. Mistakes happen, but the lack of respect and basic courtesy really disappointed me. I hope the management takes this seriously.

I like the vibe of pho restaurants, and sweet red bean desert was delicious. The filet mignon pho soup I ordered was phenomenal.

Live this place!!! The pork was amazing, the rice steamy and the veggies fresh. Finished it really fast, but it really hit the spot. You will love the service, everyone is so attentive and their soups are famous. When you get it also order a scramble egg and lots of onions and sliced jalapeños, you will enjoy it.

The food and service was good. Staff is somewhat reserved but are attentive to anything you may need and polite. We were immediately brought cups of water upon our arrival and received our good pretty quickly after we had ordered. The place also is nicely decorated, has diversity of seating options and a good set up in general.

We had #1&16, they gave a very satisfying amount of noodles and meat, they tasted quite amazing, definitely one of the best local pho restaurants. The food was up fairly quickly, however the waiter rarely checked on you. Liked the cozy vibe.

Delicious food, great customer service. The Jackfruit smoothie was so tasty but not overly sweet, spring rolls are always fresh, pho was excellent!

We order the chicken Pho , I believe it was #19. We also ordered the wonton soup, which was very tasty. The service was fast especially since we ordered it to go. I do wish that they could add more spice to it, or at least be able to put in the chili instead of getting it on the side. Overall it was a good experience, and it's a great choice for when you are feeling under the whether.

The BEST PHO in Riverside! The service is fantastic, lucky for us, we had Lia who gave us amazing service! Don't sleep on the pork sandwich and fries! Believe it or not, they even have Tacos! Yes, tacos!!! Also , shout out to the hostess Christine!

Pho Ha 7 Restaurant accepts party orders, has many delicious dishes, and excellent service, is clean, and the food is brought out very quickly. Pho Ha 7 is one of the best restaurants in Riverside City. This is a great place for family gatherings and intimate parties, delicious food, very enthusiastic staff.

Good food, reasonable price! Service - 4- we were seated right away, short wait time for our waiter to come to our table and take our orders; then food brought to our table within 20 minutes, complete with extra plates and bowls. I gave 4 for service because we had to remind the waitstaff to bring our drinks and had to share 1 menu. Food- 5 -the yellow noodles in the wonton pho were the BEST and the TASTIEST noodles we've ever had! The chicken pho, shrimp spring rolls, pork chop with rice, and fried noodle was also good. The food looked freshly made, good presentation/ set up; big food servings. Although I'm not a big fan of their stainless steel bowls, my family liked it. Ambiance- 3.5- overall clean areas, floor not sticky, good ventilation, bit crowded walkway along the table areas, but good booth space. The table we were at was sturdy, not wobbly and the napkin caddy, condiments and utensils were generally clean. The employees cleared and cleaned the tables quietly and efficiently, did not have the dirty bin nor the dirty cart to collect used tablewares. The servers' hands were clean, fingernails clean and not wearing gloves. They also minimized talking while serving our food which was a big plus for us. We all had yummy in my tummy moments at Pho Ha #7 to go for next workday! Thank you!

A staple comfort pho place for the UCR and Riverside community. Was my go-to pho and Vietnamese restaurant when I was in undergrad at UCR, and still my go-to whenever I'm in the area. A lot of menu options and service is quick and efficient. Plenty of parking in the back lot

The food is DELISH!!!! 10/10 we got seated immediately as we walked in lady took our order and had our food within about 5 minutes after ordering. It's a bit loud in there but, it's expected... love the vibes! We will definitely be coming back oh and the BOBA

Went here for a small birthday lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Great food portions and delicious. Coffee is very strong, recommend sharing, but gets the job done! Will definitely be going here again.

First time here and man have I been missing out!! I tried the filet mignon pho and it was excellent!! The meat was very very tender and the pho wasn't oily at all!! It tasted very smooth and the meat was divine! I also had some fresh rolls and they were fresh and tasty my goodness I just can't state how excellent the quality of food is here and the service is just as quick and for what you pay for it's well worth it!!

They were able to seat us 30 mins before closing, otherwise it would only be take out orders. We were able to get our orders within the next ten minutes. The broth is decent, the noodles were fresh and chewy, and the meat was fresh (and the hot soup allowed it to cook through). We'd come back again. Cám ơn!

Good Vietnamese food. A bit understaffed, although the staff was friendly and did their best. The pho was good, but although only one of us was vegetarian, we liked that part of the menu best

First time at this restaurant.... I loved it! The food was delicious. My go to food is always wings... their wings were so good! My friends had Pho and I tried it for the first time and it was good! The restaurant was nice, spacious and clean. But above all ... the service was phenomenal! The staff were welcoming, friendly and sweet. I'm definitely going back. The parking lot is located behind the restaurant. Definitely a must ! Christina and the whole crew were great!

Arguably the best pho in the Inland Empire! The broth is exceptional. I come here once a week, sometimes twice. The service is excellent. I have become such a regular that they don't need to ask my order, they have it ready for me within minutes of being seated. My order is #16 with extra jalapeños and extra white onion.

I've come to this restaurant a lot and it has been pretty great since then. I recommend coming to this restaurant as the soups are on par and the vermicelli noodle dry mixed are good as well. Service is excellent, even helping to take a picture when requested. The place is right the Main Street and the inside was clean and spacious. It is mostly students who come to eat but it is still well maintained.

The bowl sizes are huge and definitely enjoyed stopping here for lunch. The food was Al fresh and tasted great. Along with fast customer service.

Returned another time, appetizers are great but the bun bo hue is not that great. For appetizer we ordered banh beo ( steamed rice cake with fish sauce and pork grind ) and spring roll. Banh beo was very delicious, made fresh, and crunchy with the pork grind. Spring roll comes with lettuce to wrap it around and it is also very crunchy and fresh. For bun Bo hue I was disappointed, although the noodle texture is bouncy but the soup base is very oily and bland. Also the area is a little bit sketchy and we sit near the door, someone came across the window, put her face on the window right next to us and stare at us for 5 minutes, made us very uncomfortable, the staff saw it but they did nothing about it. Anyway, if you pay cash is 5% cheaper. Mixed feeling about the review.

I would give them a zero if I can. Absolutely rude, I was being nice and explained my situation about my order through the phone that I placed by door dash. The guy on the phone told me he could get me a free soup if I came in, told him I can't since i have no means of transportation to get there and he HUNG UP ON ME tried calling back did not pick or won't They issue me a FIVE DOLLAR REFUND on a $20+ order

I dined in once and ordered out twice and I must admit this place is soooo good. Each time I ordered the food is fresh and price is pretty great. Service for dine in and take out are very fast and the environment is pretty good, can be busy during dinner but we were seated right away!

Highly recommend the egg rolls, as well as the shrimp egg balls- the crunchiest thing I've EVER had in my life! So satisfying and so delicious! Pho, however, is not the best. Noodles were undercooked and we found PLASTIC in my coworker's pho.

We got the Pho #10. The Beef stew with rice noodles #64. The Banh Mi sandwich #63. It was good but my jacket and hair smelled like pho after I left lol.

It was great service. They were busy but sat us right away, and we waited less than 10 minutes for all of our food. The crispy tofu is a must have!! The pineapple & shrimp fried rice was very flavorful, but the tofu/veggie plate with egg noodles and the spring rolls were less flavorful. The servings are huge for a great price! I would recommend :)

The food was Pho-king delicious! everything was great including the customer service. The place is nice and clean and ample. We will be going back to try the rest of the menu.

Food was good... not amazing. Service was great.... Very fast and friendly. Menu layout was intuitive and well designed. Loved the diagrams. It's worth a try. The beef vermicelli was fine... it was lacking the char. I would go again, but it's not my favorite.

A must try. I had the egg rolls, filet mignon pho and the combination fried rice. Everything was exceptional. The service was great and the place was clean.

I came here for a quick dinner with a friend and to catch up. When we got to the restaurant, there were quite a few tables. Already taken up by other customers. However, we were quickly seated at a table and given menus. I ended up getting vermicelli noodles with vegetables and grilled shrimp and my friend got her usual bowl of pho. The food came out relatively quickly and tasted really good. The broth was solid and the eggroll was good. When we finish, we went to the front cashier and paid.

I got the #1 and then I got the Vietnamese iced coffee and also the fresh spring rolls with pork and shrimp. Food here comes out fast and is delicious especially on a rainy day. The older man who works here is kind and I will definitely be back! Thank you for the great dinner!

Stopped by for an late breakfast/early lunch. This was one of the only places open around the area. We ordered an app, 2 pho's, and a bahn mi. The noodle soups were pretty delicious! The broth was very flavorful and there was a lot of noodles. My mom really enjoyed the bahn mi and said the meat was very delicious. This was my first time trying this app after seeing a YouTuber eat it and it reminds me of the Chinese fish cheung fun. It was yummy and would order again. Overall, great experience. We did think the food was on the pricier side though.

One of the best pho places Riverside has to offer. They are super attentive, have great service, and delicious food. The egg rolls are always crunchy and fresh. I've been there countless times and have never ran into an issue. And even if I did, the food will always make everything better. If anyone needs a place to eat, pho ha is the place to go.

We are regular customers, we come one or two times a week and we always order the same thing but today I don't know what happened but the food was horrible , the meat was raw and we always ordered well done, we tell the guy and he changed but they give us charcoal

Pho Tai meat was kind of dry . Service was average Probably go back again if I'm in the area .

I tried one of their sister restaurants in Moreno Valley but this place was closer and I was so happy I found it! This is arguably one of the best pho spots in the inland empire! The food is exceptional!!! The service is great, and the place is really clean. It's crowded but they turn tables quick so don't be discouraged if you see a line or a wait, it will go by really fast. I'm literally addicted and I can't wait to go back!

Soild Vietnamese spot in Riverside. Came here after helping my fiancé's brother move into UCR. The restaurant offers a 5% discount if you pay with cash. We ordered a variety of items like bbq pork banh mi, pho, spring rolls, and chaerimoya shake. The bbq pork banh mi was yummy, the meat was flavorful, and the bread was fresh. I am used to the bread for banh mi being on the toasted side rather thab soft, but it may be something you can request. The pho was delicious and the noodles were al dente - which I liked. It was refreshing to have after a long day. The big bone pho was HUGE. My future in laws said it was their favorite dish. We didn't have any issues with service.

I've only ordered to go and I've only gotten pho. This is the best pho I've tried in this area. I usually don't finish all the shrimp because a lot of times places over-cook it but not Pho Ha #7. I enjoy my Pho here every time I place an order.

I only really order the #39 and it's always delicious. I have not gotten a chance to dine in but my pickup order is always great and given with friendliness and professionalism.

First time to this restaurant. It was good that this restaurant open until 10pm which was good for USR student . The noodle was pretty good , just little too dry . The spring roll was below average , services was average , In general this was good for quick lunch or dinner

Overall: 4.4/5 (delivery) We ordered 3 items for lunch on Ubereats to be delivered to our hotel. The portion sizes are smaller than expected and what they were a couple of years ago based on the Yelp pictures. Banh Hoi Thit Nuong ($17.60): They gave us a full separate bag of veggies (pickled carrots & daikons, lettuce, mint). Wish they gave a bit more banh hoi. The thit nuong was really good though. Tau Hu Ky (+$3.50): Their shrimp cake is delicious & crunchy. Recommend. Banh Beo ($10.98): This was a hard pass. The banh Beo was too thick and tasteless. There's barely any of the shrimp floss & green onion oil toppings. They do give you big pieces of the fried pork fat but that makes it harder to it eat it with the banh beo which is the whole point. Mi Xa Xiu Hoang Thanh ($15.43): This comes with a small soup and the xa xiu sauce on the side. Make sure to mix the contents in the bowl first before pouring the sauce on. The sauce is strong so you might not need all of it or you can use it as a dipping sauce. I found the soup was best to sip on in between than to dip the noodles in. The fried wontons were crispy even after being sealed in the bowl for awhile which was surprising. The xa xiu is really good with the sauce. The entree overall was really good but you can get this for less & more flavorful at a Chinese restaurant.

This place sucks and don't recommend at all walked in this server in the picture was very rude we sat on a table and said they closed the area already but when we left there was a bunch of people that was sitting there and 2ndly my wife ordered a food and he got the wrong order and we told him about it and he was once again talking rude and said you already ordered it can't do anything about you'll have to pay there shouldn't be anybody talking rude like this guy with customers when you are talking to them nicely hope this guy gets taught a lesson and not talk to customer rude

Ok im a pho lover and when it comes to broth, serving size, and quality of meat, i get very picky. NO COMPLAINTS HERE. If you want an appetizer to go good with your delicious silver bowl of amazingness, smash those beef tacos and enjoy flavor with a little kick using the salsa. YOURE WELCOME. We will be back fasho

Ive had pho a few different places now and I gotta say this is my favorite place to get pho! They aren't stingy with the portions, the broth is really good too. I ordered on DoorDash I can't imagine if I was to eat in I bet my experience would be even better. I had also asked for extra toppings in the special instructions tab. Thank you!!

Came here for a quick lunch with my family. Food was flavorful and portions were generous for the cheap price. I particularly enjoyed the pho; it came with a variety of different types of beef, and they even had tendon which isn't always available at pho spots! Restaurant was spacious with lots of seating, and service was quick. Definitely recommend!

We stopped by this place today being a cold rainy day. Lots of parking outside. Inside, it was clean and had nice decor. It was spacious and we were sat down right away. We automatically got waters shortly after which was nice. Our waiter came and took our order and the food came quickly as well. Our girls had veggie egg rolls and a rotisserie chicken plate. My hubby had a #1 soup and I had a #70 soup. All in all, this place hit the spot. We'll definitely return when we're back in Riverside.

Late night, delicious, affordable Vietnamese food! Lots of variety on their menu, not just pho. Plenty of FREE parking in the back, quick seating, fast service, can't ask for more! We got the: 1) Pho Tai Chin: -It's rare steak and lean brisket. -They give a lot of meat. Pretty tender, decent sized morsels. -Good amount of noodles, flavorful beef broth. 2) Pho Filet Mignon: -Same amount of noodles and same rich beef broth as the Pho Tai Chin. -Since it's filet mignon, it's definitely much more tender and they don't skimp out on the amount of meat they give you. -The cost for the filet mignon pho is not egregiously more expensive than the regular pho either, BIG PLUS for me. 3) Com Chien Thap Cam: -It's combination fried rice with chicken, shrimp, and pork. -Rice was nicely flavored with a good amount of peas, carrots, and scrambled egg bits. -Enough for a hungry adult with the munchies and some to take home to go as well. -Comes with a side of broth. 4) Banh Mi: -Fillings for the sandwich are: cilantro, pickled cucumber and carrot, jalapeno, and mayo. You get the option of choosing grilled chicken, pork, or beef. -We got the grilled pork. Nicely seasoned meat. Filling sandwich. 5) Banh Mi Fries: -It's crispy fries with your choice of protein and a side of sriracha mayo. -We got the grilled beef for this. Comes with an ample amount of sliced beef. -Yes the grilled beef was pretty good and everything went great with the sauce, but the FRIES ARE SOME OF THE BEST FRIES I'VE EVER HAD!! -Our table was addicted to munching on these. Super, super crispy. -I'd just order the fries alone again in the future, they were that good. 6) Mi Xa Xiu Hoanh Thanh Kho: -It's dry egg noodles with Chinese BBQ pork, crispy fried wontons, and house special sauce. -Comes with a side of broth. -The dry egg noodles are slightly chewier, something that I enjoyed a lot and adding some chili paste to the house sauce added a great balance of sweet, salty and spicy. -Good amount of Chinese BBQ pork and crispy fried wontons. I'd definitely come back for their pho and fries. I'm a creature of habit for pho places, so I usually don't order anything else ASIDE from the pho, but I'd like to take a couple bites out of something someone else orders.
