The avocado smoothie was amazing — so smooth, creamy, and refreshing. Honestly one of the best I’ve had. The pho was a huge portion! I ordered the large, and it’s definitely enough to share if you’re not a big eater. The broth was tasty and comforting, with plenty of noodles and toppings. Great value for the price. The spring rolls were a little shorter than I expected, but still super crispy and yummy.

A hidden gem we discovered during our trip to Melbourne. The price point was just right, and the generous portions made the experience even more satisfying. The noodles were perfectly chewy, and the broth was rich and full of flavor—perfect for the chilly weather. Even though the restaurant was quite busy and fully packed, the staff handled everything smoothly. Their quick response and efficient service kept things moving without making us feel rushed.

Authentic Vietnamese food. We had pho, spicy beef soup and spring rolls. We enjoyed it so much. It was busy and we were on the line but, it wasn't take too long to wait to get our table. The staff are fully trained so they know how to handle the situation well. Highly recommended.

The pho is delicious, with fresh cuts of beef including in the combination one. They are very generous on the noodles which is why I should’ve gotten a small for myself instead of medium which was very big. Only thing they improve is their service as it’s quite passive aggressive and rushed.

Best pho I've had in my life. Period. Broth was clear, yet flavorful. The texture of the noodles was just how I like it, not too soft. The meat toppings were really nice as well. Super crowded place. Luckily we got a table within 10 mins, and we could place our order while waiting so that definitely will speed things up. Portion was huge. Affordable price. Might be the best comfort food ever.

This was an amazing beef noodle soup. Very generous portion by going big, for $19 only. A lot of beef meat, meat quality was good but not the best that I ever had, broth was tasteful but not the best either. The services was not what I expected. The boss was pretty cool and I didn't feel welcoming at all throughout the whole process from entering into the restaurant, ordering, paying the bill and until leaving. Perhaps it was because we were not Vietnamese. Anyway, overall it is still quite a good Pho restaurant. I recommend it to Pho lover to try.

Expected quality of the food, vibe and service. A long queue but fast paced. I had the prawn spring rolls, the spicy beef noodles and the avocado drink. All nice.

Pho Hung Vuong Saigon in Footscray delivers some of the best pho I’ve tasted in Melbourne, with a broth that’s consistently rich and full of depth. The sliced beef pho is comforting, showcasing perfectly tender beef in a fragrant, balanced soup. The sliced beef and brisket version adds a satisfying richness with a hearty serving of meat, while the beef and pork noodle pho offers bold, layered flavours with a heartier, more complex profile with a bit of heat (spice). Each bowl offers a generous serving, well-executed, and served fast - making this spot a go-to for me. I was feeling under the weather and after my first bowl from here I’ve been back almost everyday for the week! I’ve had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and they are consistent with service and offering.
