Pho Hung Vuong Saigon

Huong Going Saigon in Footscray is an excellent spot for authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The pho is incredibly flavorful, served in generous portions, and is reasonably priced, making it a fantastic value for money. The broth is rich and aromatic, and the fresh herbs and condiments complement the dish perfectly. The staff are friendly, and the service is quick, even during busy times. If you're looking for a satisfying meal in Footscray, this place is highly recommended

I’ve been here a few times now, and it never misses. The pho is always on point—the broth is rich, fresh, and full of flavour, the noodles are perfect, and the meat just melts in your mouth. It’s the kind of comfort food that hits every time. They keep it simple, no fuss, but the food speaks for itself. The fresh herbs and condiments tie it all together, and every bowl feels like a hug in food form. If you’re into proper pho, you can’t go wrong here. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Best Pho i have tried. Amazing broth. But meatball is not good. Not sure if its same owners but i will come back & try all Hung Vuong Sai Gon Pho restaurants soon. Thank you.

This place has been here for a long time and such a Footscray institution! Popped in after many years and not much has changed except the prices 🤣 we had the three colour drink, logan drink, beef $ beef ball pho, pork vermicelli and a serve of the shredded pork rice paper rolls. The food was all very tasty and just as I remember it and of course, arrived very quickly. A must visit when in Footscray.

Unlike other pho shops, this place is neat and tidy. The prices are cheap, and the portions are huge!

This is a busy place, but the food is delicious and generous and came out quick! So many restaurants around here and we hit a good one. The grilled pork and spring roll vermicelli is a must.

Don’t expect much service it’s get in get out style lunch which I respect. The pho here is 10/10 a favourite in the area. My go to for a healthier option is the chicken pho, beef is better for a first timer. The spring rolls are also decent, wrap it around the lettuce dip it in sauce amazing.

Best Pho in Australia, hands down. NOTHING in Sydney compares to Hung Vuong with their perfectly balanced broth and no overdose of star anise like most shops in Sydney and Pho An is LOL compared to this place. No gingery crap here and no extra charge for requesting an empty bowl or pickled onions. My go to is the Rare Beef Pho with the meat seperate (personal request) so that it could be placed in the soup separately, not overcooking the beef. The result if a mega rich pho on steroids broth. Their homemade sate is something to be desired.
