Worst beauty salon experience I’ve ever had. It was my first day in Bangkok and I decided to change my look. They charged me 4000 baht for highlights that were badly done by apprentices. From the beginning everything went wrong. They cut my hair much shorter than I agreed, without my consent. Then they bleached it and left two very visible lines at the roots, and they gave me a color I never asked for. I ended up crying out of frustration and the owner came to “fix” it. I spent more than 8 hours in this salon until my hair at least looked decent. In the end, after many corrections, they still did something I did not ask for, but at least it was acceptable. A big disappointment. Think twice before getting highlights in this place. Now I have to walk around Bangkok with short hair and a color I didn’t want. 😭 They completely ruined my hair. It is now fragile, damaged, and unhealthy.

The staff was very nice and extremely patient. They took their time to make sure we understood each other, so I could get what I wanted. I came in with very light coloured hair and wanted it to be more like my root color, and they made it as close as it gets. Thank you so much for your patience and help!

Very disappointing experience. I have been coming to this salon for nearly two years and usually have a regular hairstylist, but this visit was extremely unpleasant. It started with the hair wash — only cold water was available. The assistant asked me to wait, and I waited for about 15 minutes with no solution. I had to go to the front desk myself, and only then was I moved to another washing station. During the wash, the assistant scratched my scalp with his fingernails and pulled my hair roughly, which was painful. For the haircut, I showed clear reference photos and explained the style I wanted. The hairstylist said he understood, but after cutting for a long time, the result still looked unfinished. He then left to serve another customer and asked the assistant to blow-dry my hair. The final result looked nothing like the reference photo. When I asked him to make adjustments, he refused, saying it could not be exactly the same as the picture. However, my hairstyle was not just different — it was completely unrelated. He became irritated, apologized, said I didn’t need to pay, but still refused to fix the haircut. Eventually, I paid and left. Overall: poor management, bad attitude, inadequate facilities, and unprofessional service. I don’t know what has happened to this salon recently, but after two years as a customer, this will be my last visit.

They are expert at layer cuts. (My second time at this place) I googled my face shape , hair type and the style suitable for me first . Showed it to the stylist and got it done easily. 500 baht for this . Their receptionist is also good at English too. (Weekends are busy . Donmt bother if you have to wait a while.)

A chance visit at Phoenix at One became a pleasantly satisfying experience! Was assigned a senior hairstylist Sherry and her skills were outstanding! She was patient and friendly and she understood what I wanted. The haircut turned up to be one of the best haircuts I have ever had! The rest of the experience was very good too. I had the hair treatment and the staff’s personal experience really made my visit memorable! Thank you Phoenix at One! 💐

Worst experience of my life. They cut half of my hair even though I specifically aaked for only the ends. I payed double for an "experinced hairstylist". At the end she could only tell me: sorry. A haircut took her 3 hours
