I’ve been part of this yoga community for 9 years, and it truly feels like home. No matter how much time passes between classes even if I miss months at a time, I always feel welcomed back with warmth and zero judgment. This studio is such a safe, supportive space where I can show up exactly as I am. I never feel pressure or comparison, just encouragement, care, and genuine connection. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, and I always know I’m in good hands. The space itself is clean, inviting, and thoughtfully maintained. You can feel how much love and intention goes into it. The owner is committed to making the studio a place of growth, comfort, and consistency every single day and it shows. I’m so grateful to have found a place that feels like both community and sanctuary. Thank you so much!

Phoenix cultivates an environment that makes me want to leave my house for a 7pm class even in the winter. You walk in and instantly feel at home, warm, and comfortable. The classes are just the right amount of challenging and the instructors encourage you to try your best while also knowing what’s right for your body. I’m so glad I finally joined this community!

I absolutely love this Pilates studio. What makes it truly special is its intimate, boutique atmosphere. It’s not a crowded, overwhelming space — classes feel personal and focused, usually with no more than about ten people. That makes a huge difference in the quality of attention and the overall experience. The instructors are wonderful — knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in your progress. My personal favorite is Phoenix. The energy, professionalism, and precision in guidance are just exceptional. The studio itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and always smells fresh and clean. There’s a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re walking into a supportive community rather than just another fitness class. It truly feels like a little family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality Yoga and Pilates in a warm, focused, and beautifully run environment.

oh my gosh, where do I even start. Over a decade of pregnancies, endless lactation, caretaking for elderly parent, complete neglect of body. I didn't think exercise would ever again be enjoyable for my tired/stressed system. This studio completely changed my outlook. Phoenix has a very soothing, authentic energy which puts me at ease immediately. Classes are structured to be just challenging enough, and deeply calming. I look forward to each and every one, and already feel strength and flexibility returning - the joy returning too. I have gotten to know some of the other instructors now - all excellent. And, importantly, such a beautiful studio space, full and flexible lineup of classes with a great variety, friendly faces and great energy each time. I highly recommend giving this studio a try - once you come in, you will want to stay.

This studio has brought such confidence and joy back into my life. When I started coming, I felt like nothing was working for me when it came to losing some weight I gained and feeling good about myself, but Phoenix and all the instructors made me feel comfortable, accepted, and provided routines that truly work. I love barre but all the classes are wonderful. Exercise that works plus a super fun and friendly environment that keeps me motivated. All the instructors make sure to help guide you whenever needed. I am so thankful to have found a studio that I continue wanting to show up to every time! Highly recommend trying if you’re looking for classes with structure, & intense workouts but still enjoyable!

Love this place! This year i had a really big surgery that left me feeling not so confident in the mechanics if my body. I’ve always loved practicing yoga but was afraid to rediscover it after being sedentary for so long. I signed up for a 1:1 class with Alex and it was exactly what I needed to re-discover what this body can still do & helped me see a path forward to strength and wellness. Since then, I’ve been doing Pilates reformer and yoga. I honestly didn’t think I could do all this a month ago. Thanks to the guidance from the excellent teachers at Phoenix, I am finally over the confidence hump. Thankful for this studio and the people that make it so special.

The most amazing yoga studio! My favorite instructor is Alex, however I have met other instructors in passing and in class, and everyone is so welcoming! I always feel so much better after attending a yoga class, physically and mentally. I will be a life long client! ♥️

Phoenix has created such a safe space for all to explore yoga, pilates, and barre. There are so many options to chose from depending on your level of comfort! Instructors are all welcoming and so knowledgable. I have been coming regularly for over 3 years now and am so happy that I have made yoga a consistent part of my life. The community at Phoenix is the best!
