What a beautiful hotel! 😍 Staff was very welcoming and attentive. We chose the daily breakfast option, totally worth it but there are also some coffee shops with food within 1-3 minutes walk if you want to do that instead. Great location close to a daily market that has food, clothing and food carts in morning and many food carts at night with delicious late-night options. Old Town is walkable, we explored many areas within the walls. Close to the edge of OT, so easy access to the bars and restaurants outside of Old Town which had a little different feel. Rooms: Gorgeous rooms. Bed was a little firm but comfortable. Lighting in the room is terrible, so shaving for my husband was pretty difficult. Complimentary snacks and water was a great addition. Shower was lukewarm at best but not sure if we just had a bad water heater, we had it turned up to max.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Phor Liang Meun Terracotta Arts Hotel. The decor is absolutely stunning—it's like stepping into a piece of Cambodian history. The hotel has a unique, Angkor Wat-inspired aesthetic that makes you feel like you're living inside a beautiful, ancient temple. It's truly an experience in itself! One of the biggest highlights for me was the service. The staff here are incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond in recommending great places to visit around the city, from temples to night markets, and even arranged bookings for me on short notice. Their hospitality really made the stay even more memorable. The hotel is in a prime location, close to many of the city's top attractions, including famous temples, massage parlors, restaurants, night markets, and even Muay Thai stadiums. There's something for everyone! If you're interested in cultural experiences, the hotel is also near theaters and cultural venues. Breakfast at the hotel was also very good—offering a variety of tasty options to start your day. Overall, my stay was incredibly pleasant and relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique experience with excellent service and a prime location.

My girlfriend and I stayed herewith exploring Chiang Mai. The location was perfect, we were very close t many markets and good food/shopping areas. Also very close to both the Saturday and Sunday walking markets. We did multiple tours and had no issue being picked up at this address. Lastly, we did not have any issues with noise or sound, and it was a very peaceful stay. The staff were extremely friendly, and attended to all of our needs. They were very helpful in suggesting places to go and attractions we should see. I highly suggest this hotel to anyone who wants to explore Chiang Mai.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Terrakota Arts as a couple and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect — peaceful but still close to everything in Chiang Mai. Our room was beautiful and really comfortable, and the big pool was great for relaxing together after a day out. The staff were amazing — so friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything. They really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We’d definitely come back and can only recommend it!

We stayed here for 5 nights our room was large and airy with a lovely little balcony overlooking the pool. We didn’t book breakfast (we forgot!) but we did have breakfast here we just paid on leaving, the breakfast was plentiful. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much for them to arrange. We love the old town part of Chiang Mai and this hotel was so close to everything we needed. Eating out we chose street vendors which took about 5 mins to walk too. We would recommend this hotel and we will stay here again

The most beautiful hotel. With lovely rooms, a beautiful swimming pool and wonderful staff. Quietly located in the old town, but within walking distance of nice restaurants, massage parlours and local markets, and also within reach of pick-ups for tours. Breakfast was fine, but not very extensive. However, the city is teeming with nice coffee/tea and breakfast places. Enjoyed our stay.

This is the best hotel that we’ve stayed at during our trip in Thailand. The staff is very polite and also provides great tips to places worth seeing; location wise it’s in the ring of the old town; and has plenty of sightseeing worthy items around whilst still having a calm and quiet surrounding area. I’d fully recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Chiangmai

Everything perfect, very accommodating. They upgraded us for free when we were checking in earlier than expected (9am). They allowed us to have some breakfast the first day. The room was very spacious and cosy. Location is perfect. Only little inconvenient was the electric heater not working very well but they fixed it every time. We will repeat definitely! Cheers!
