We stayed here for 5 nights our room was large and airy with a lovely little balcony overlooking the pool. We didn’t book breakfast (we forgot!) but we did have breakfast here we just paid on leaving, the breakfast was plentiful. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much for them to arrange. We love the old town part of Chiang Mai and this hotel was so close to everything we needed. Eating out we chose street vendors which took about 5 mins to walk too. We would recommend this hotel and we will stay here again

The most beautiful hotel. With lovely rooms, a beautiful swimming pool and wonderful staff. Quietly located in the old town, but within walking distance of nice restaurants, massage parlours and local markets, and also within reach of pick-ups for tours. Breakfast was fine, but not very extensive. However, the city is teeming with nice coffee/tea and breakfast places. Enjoyed our stay.

Loved this hotel! Everything about our stay here was perfect. Big clean rooms, great balcony, friendly staff, wonderful pool, and an awesome location on the edge of the old city. Quiet place yet close to everything. Free coffee and tea. Absolutely gorgeous place. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely place, with very friendly staff. ||We picked a quiet room which had a decent sized balcony. Beautiful detailing in the room, with a lovely open wooden ceiling and a terracotta wall piece that was gorgeous. ||Good sized bed, which was very comfortable and a showerroom off which was reasonably sized. ||The room was kept spotlessly clean by the excellent housekeeping team, and towels and bedding were refreshed daily (towels) and every couple of days (bedding). ||Reception is well staffed with an efficient, English speaking team, and nothing was too much trouble. ||Breakfast is in a pleasant building on the courtyard, and the coffee was great. Eggs, cooked to order, plus a buffet is on offer. Again, the breakfast team were first class and our thanks to them for looking after us so well. ||The pool is to the side of the building, and clean, but not massive, but great for an evening soak before dinner. ||All in all a great place, well located, clean, comfortable and with a great team.

Everything perfect, very accommodating. They upgraded us for free when we were checking in earlier than expected (9am). They allowed us to have some breakfast the first day. The room was very spacious and cosy. Location is perfect. Only little inconvenient was the electric heater not working very well but they fixed it every time. We will repeat definitely! Cheers!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Chiang Mai. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team made us feel so welcome — warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and an attentiveness that set the tone for the entire visit. They were proactive in helping with every detail, and their customer service was truly exceptional. Each morning, the breakfast staff continued that same level of care. Friendly, thoughtful, and always attentive, they made sure guests felt taken care of. The overall experience was superb — a perfect blend of comfort, service, and authentic hospitality. At the back end of my trip, I had one more day back in old town, and stayed with them again. The warm welcome and making you feel like home, really stood out in the entire stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

Nice rooms with balcony, good bed ,good shower, word of warning can't flush loo paper, but appears to be a thing everywhere here. Swimming pool is nice waited till families had left before having a relaxing float. Staff are lovely, breakfast doesn't have a massive range but it's good quality so very happy with it, good coffee. Nice mix of people from different countries so good for people watching, had a really nice day sat on sofa reading my book watching the world go by.

We had an excellent stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and clean and there were lots of thoughtful touches, like daily cooking classes, free snacks in your room and delicious cold drinks in the lobby. We loved being tucked away from the busy area, but also being a short walk away from the bustle. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Chiang Mai!
