Phuket Indy Night Market

We had a lovely time me, maybe me more so than my boyfriend! (He dislikes crowds) We managed to get pad Thai for 40bht and we went back twice for it - it was banging and reasonable priced. There are also a few vegan and vegetarian options - just ask for no fish sauce. Highly recommend bringing cash - the live acts were great especially a band we saw last night. The only bad thing is that they can sometimes play cheesy English music! (I am English - I can say this hahaha) however they played Creep by Radiohead which I loved! Plus there are no toilets however you can find some in the shopping mall nearby!

Near Old Town Phuket, definitely worth visiting (Wed-Fri). Some of the best local food, many delicious options, wonderful live music, really an amazing break from the touristy part of phuket & perfect for experiencing some Thai culture!!

Best thing was it was just in front of my hostel! Beer is expensive. Lots of stall but not much with food. Food was OK but live music was the best! Just 3 days in a week Wednesday - Friday

Lovely little market with local food and drink, souvenirs, and live music. It’s not 5 star because for Phuket centre it’s really super small, but otherwise very charming, would visit again many times personally.

Wow, what an incredible experience we had at this charming little market! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cozy atmosphere and impeccable setup. The best part? There were clean tables and chairs, so we could sit back and relax as we indulged in all the mouth-watering Thai dishes. And let me tell you, we didn't leave hungry! From classic favourites to exciting new varieties, this market had something for everyone. And the live music? It was the perfect accompaniment to our delicious meal. Plus, the staff were all amiable and provided lightning-fast service. The best part? The prices were reasonable, so we could enjoy all our favourite dishes without breaking the bank. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention our absolute favourite: the fresh orange juice from local mandarins. It was the perfect finishing touch to an already fantastic evening. We can't wait to go back!

In my opinion, this is a great spot and a must-visit for anyone exploring Phuket in the evening. It’s not a large market, but you can definitely find something to eat here, with plenty of stalls offering good food at good prices—something for everyone. Another plus is that the staff keeps the place clean, with tables being wiped regularly and any trash cleared away promptly from tables and the floor. On some evenings, you can also enjoy live music, which makes it a very pleasant way to spend time in the evening with a beer.

very fun nightmarket and friendly staff. you can get delicious snacks and have drinks with live music. plenty of place to sit. can recommend!

Good market. Not much from a shopping perspective but the there are plenty of food options and a bar. There is also music on which is decent non offensive background music so you can enjoy a chilled evening.
