Phumektawan Resort

Great stay. Amazing view from the bedroom and the restaurant as the property is literally built on the side of a mountain. Comfortable beds, with clean bedding. Shower could have been bettwr, however we were able to have a shower, just the water flow needed to be reduced to get hot enough for a shower.

Nice & quiet, beautiful view, the price of room is cheap and reasonable. Room is ok for the price but if we can give 5 star to the breakfast we would! Breakfast is also included and so delicious! Homecooking style and so large portion, it feels like eating at home. We had yummy stir fry noodles, wok fry cabbage with smoked dried chili - so good!

Road up was so scary, we arrive at night. The bathroom also smell of sewage. But the view and resort is beautiful. Owner greet us during breakfast and personally serve oolong tea.

Lovely place in the mountains. Our room had balcony and view of tea plantation, it was clean and comfortable with air-conditioning, didn't have small fridge in room. We ate at the restaurant and they have good choice of Thai meals. Good Wifi, staff polite and helpful

Fantastic location, superb views. Very nice accommodation, owners very friendly and make you feel very welcome. Highly recommend this resort, we will be back in 2025.

We are staying in the superior view mountain room. The views from the room and hotel are stunning and make you want to stay here all day! The room itself is convenient, clean and large. There are flying insects everywhere but I don’t think we can blame the hotel for that! The owners are very warm but did not really speak English. We had a punctured tyre and they immediately helped us without a second thought. Food options are limited but actually pretty good! Overall, we are very happy with this resort, especially considering it’s 2 star status.
