Phuong Nam Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was absolutely beautiful perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is very convenient, close to sapa station, restaurants, and main attractions. Best of all, it’s budget-friendly.

The hotel has a great location and a very friendly staff. The bed is comfortable and we got a great view from our room's balcony.The only downside is the fact that some amaneties were not in great shape, such as the sink in the bathroom that leaked a lot of what once you turn on the faucet. Another example was the cups and cutlery not properly clean. Could be an amazing hotel if they take better care of this details.

The view from the balcony is amazing; however, it would be much better if there were proper lighting in that area. It would also be more convenient if an iron were available in each room rather than having to go down to the reception. Additionally, towels should be cleaned more thoroughly, as some had an unpleasant smell. The lighting in the hallway needs to be brighter, and the television in the room should be fixed.

Great Location, friendly and accommodation staff, great value for money! What more could you ask for? My family enjoyed the stay. The location is super convenient - it's a 3 min walk to Sun Plaza, 5 min to food places and 1 min to a shopping shop (right at the opposite).

A great place to stay when you visit Sa Pa. This hotel is conviniently located near everything. Few steps away from the Sa Pa station, you can drop your bags if you arrive early. Their staff are very accomodating too. Rooms are exceptionally clean, offers great view with a reasonable price. Will definitely book here again, the next time i return to Sa Pa!

Had a great time staying in this hotel. The views from the balcony is calming. The price i paid for is lso worth it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed have its own heater for the weather. The location is walkable to everything. The staff are very accommodating.

Perfect location and room. The price for the room ia reasonable. Very nice few of the mountain. you have to pay extra for jacuzzi and have to book earlier.

Location is great and terrace view is amazing when the weather is clear. Had enjoyed the Breakfast very well and the staffs are really nice and helpful. Hotel is very near to many restaurants and cafes and only 5mins walking distance to Sun Plaza.
