Phuong Nam Hotel

Excellent location with loads of shops in front and close walking distance to Sun Plaza and good breakfast value-for-money. Counter staff were polite and friendly (except for one man).. Room was clean and ample. On every floor there was a large common balcony area at the back with a great view of clouds .. too bad it was drizzling every day we were there. Will stay here again

Ms Trang was very accommodating and helpful. Location is great very near to Sunworld Plaza and Moana Cafe. Room was good for its price. Maybe more variety for breakfast buffet but overall will come back to this hotel.

Highly recommended! Very close to Sun Plaza 3-5 mins walk and when you go outside, you can see a lot of nearby restaurants, salon, shopping areas. So easy to go here. Clean room and it is just enough for 2 people. Quite old though and flooring needs repair. Love the service. Receptionist is helpful and we were able to communicate with her when asked for recommended restaurant. Not to mention, the bellboy carried our luggage when checking-out. Should have left our luggage here after checking-out as it felt more secured. There is a luggage area and each luggage is grouped by a net.The other hotel we went after has no luggage area and just spread out across the lobby. FYI, There is an elevator so not a hassle to go around the hotel. Buffet breakfast is almost the same everyday. Only the pasta changes

I recently stayed at Phuong Nam Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, enhancing my stay. The breakfast offered was decent, providing a good start to the day, and the views from the hotel were absolutely stunning. My room was comfortable and well-equipped, making it a pleasant place to relax. I can definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay. However, I had a negative experience with the motorbike rental service next door, where I was charged more than double the agreed amount. The owner made several excuses to justify the inflated charge, so I advise avoiding that rental service altogether. Overall, Phuong Nam Hotel is a great choice, but be cautious about the motorbike rental!

We stayed at Phuong Nam Hotel during our trip to Sapa and had a wonderful experience. For a budget hotel, their service is good and meets our expectations. Breakfast (VND70/head) was a bit repetitive, but still offered healthy options to start the day right. One of the highlights was waking up every morning to the breathtaking view from our balcony, the stunning mountains and lush greenery were unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We’ll definitely book this hotel again for our next adventure in Sapa!

The room is clean and has no foul smell. Hot water in the shower and sink with good water pressure. I would recommend their mountain view rooms. We had a quiet night's sleep even with the balcony doors open and just the fan on. We onoy used the A/C during daytime. Breakfast was decent.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was absolutely beautiful perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is very convenient, close to sapa station, restaurants, and main attractions. Best of all, it’s budget-friendly.

Seriously, I don't get why this hotel is so popular, just find another one. I found some that are way better, same location and price, but the service and experience are much better. The staff are so rude, especially at the breakfast place, they don't want to help. My back was killing me after sleeping there, the bed was so hard. The rooms are a mess, and they don't even bother to fix anything. The only good thing is that it's close to Sun Plaza and that cool store across the street.
