Would give less if possible.....I have been trying to check in for over 2 hours, and I have followed all given instructions... the waiting patiently part of this... hope everyone that comes here has absolutely nothing to do afterward....the absolute worst Amazon facility I have been to!

Great place to unload but GPS takes you to the front door. The security gate is around the corner at the next light turn left and go to the last driveway on the left..

No one can tell me when my package will be delivered or where it is. It was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago.

My daughter worked here. Why in the world would this place mail out checks and have to wait for two weeks for the check to come in the mail. And after talking to someone he says she can't talk to anyone else about her check.. are you kidding me, she has bills to pay. This is a joke!! He tells her when her check will arrive, does it? Nope. She still waiting.. ridiculous..How much longer does she have to wait..

Owner Operator here. They wouldn’t load my truck because of my lift gate. They did not mention that it would be a problem beforehand. Never had this issue before. I waited 12 hours for this load. Ridiculous

The most power tripping place I've ever worked. If someone even thinks they have a centimeter on you, they'll make sure you know. This place is only for the most desperate for money, and they know that. Be kind to yourself and leave this place as fast as you can.

Please double check the unit numbers when delivering to apartments. I've had my package delivered to the wrong unit at least 5 times within the year. This has never happened until this year.
