Pi Hotel

Rooms are okay for the price. Location is quite good, with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Lots of noise due to music at nearby bars, till late nights. We reached the hotel at around 12pm, 3 hours before their check-in time. We asked if they can let us check-in early, the staff said we have to pay 60 MYR for early check-in. In the next 2 hours they asked us a couple of times if we want to pay and check-in. Doesn’t make sense at all, if you have your rooms ready and vacant, what is the point of letting the guests sit and wait till 3pm!

+ great location, very close to downtown, train station, gerbang malam, many shops and restaurants at a walking distance. The staff is just great, always ready to help. WiFi is ok, hot water, hair drier, water dispenser on each floor. Aircon is old, but works ok.- clearly can improve cleaness, the dust is everywhere. Window is dirty too. The bedsheets can be improved too, some had stains and small holes.

Very bad 👎. The bathroom was so dirty. The air-conditioning is so old and noisy with sticky tape. The beds were so dirty. Need clean up the room. The fan was so noisy. Really bad hotel and services. Couldn't sleep. Never will come back here.

Check in could be faster if the new employee was guided by a more experienced one. Was surprised to be given a queen size bed when I booked a twin. But it was okay with me as I realized I got more table space. Despite the noisy next door guests, I could fall asleep easily on the cosy bed. No complaints.

If management truly cares about the business and values its guests, it should ensure that processes like checkout are streamlined and customer-friendly. Repeatedly requesting the same information shows a lack of coordination and undermines guest confidence. For a business that prioritizes customer satisfaction, such inefficiencies would not be acceptable. Management must take immediate action to refine these processes.

The bed got 2 bed bugs and it bites my hand so many and they didn’t refund my money back… they offered us new room but i rushed to go to clinic since my hand got bite so many… we decided to checkout at that time since i was so traumatised to stay at the hotel longer…it was a very nightmare for us.. we had to sleep at Rnr since the clinic there was closed and we rushed back to KL… the picture is the evidence for my nightmares staycation evehhhh arghhhh should i report them to the authorities???? Help meeee🤧🤧

The condition of the room was disappointing. The carpet had stains, and the bed linens were badly stained. When I requested a change, the housekeeper explained that they couldn’t provide replacement linens as they were out of stock. However, one of the receptionists made an effort to assist by checking their inventory for spare linens. Additionally, the reception arranged for a room change the following day. During the trip, I encountered some unforeseen circumstances, and the reception staff were helpful in arranging an ambulance and offering assistance. In summary, while the room condition was not ideal, the service provided was acceptable and the staff were responsive to my needs

The hotel is in a quiet area in old town. It comes alive at night with a famous restaurant for special events opposite it. Behind is a mamak restaurant and to its left a Chinese restaurant and a trending place for families within walking distance. On the downside can be a bit scary after dark as the place is quite deserted except for the restaurants.On Sunday morning, you will wake up to the bustling Pasar Karat. I will recommend the place when you need a nice comfy bed without frills for the weekend but just want to have a place for the night. For the budget price, you can spend to explore the town. Definitely worth it
