I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. It was clean and well-kept, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, with plenty of food choices nearby. I also appreciated the free breakfast — a thoughtful extra. The private basement parking, with CCTV and a security guard, made things feel safe and worry-free. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all kind of travellers. This is especially suitable for those who are on business sales trip. Great value comfy sizable room comes with delicious breakfast. Basement parking is indeed a great amenities. The lift from the parking goes straight to your rooms. So after checked in, you don't have to go to the lobby again. The breakfast is really commendable. I did not expect it to have so many choices to choose from. All of them were delicious. I will come back again

The hotel was quite clean and well-maintained. Staff were quick, helpful, and friendly throughout my stay. The location is excellent — many eateries within walking distance. Cleanliness is above average. Location is good. Car park is provided and need not worry about missing out on paying parking fee. Management is too rigid and inconsistent. I stay 1 night and extend another night by a new fresh booking. 1st day, no deposit is needed. Second day, I register again. A lady customer service told me to put down deposit. Policy just started today.????? It's kind of inconsistency and it's up to their mood. Customer service need to know their responsibility of the title they are carrying. Too rigid in allowing us to any available room despite we requested and were waiting there since 1pm. Sternly they replied "cannot" . Only 3pm and after and we must leave by 11am or else a penalty I f Rm30 will be imposed. 😵‍💫

I am glad to be back. Under this new management, there's an employee manning the carpark. And there's the electric kettle and iron provided in the room. And free shuttle provided for those who would like to go over to their sister hotel for spa and massage. Hope to see more improvement soon in this budget hotel. Keep it up.

The hotel is new and clean. The private underground parking is good for those driving. The location is near to many famous food restaurant. there is a Sunday weekend morning market selling all the old staff.only thing is only Malay channel, which I don't understand.

Overall it's ideally economic hotel to stay in terms of convenience, great location, cleaners ( can seen every time the worker are doing 5s) . But for processing check in need improvement as the staff follow strictly 3pm even though there's nearly all customers are line up( take about 30minutes time). The lobby crowded, some customers complain about the booking too. The hotel seems don't have enough staff if need to get travel agency orders.
