23 Dublin Restaurants to Visit in 2026 | Condé Nast Traveler

"This buzzy no-reservations spot is a combination of obsessive research into technique and ingredients and inspiration from standard-bearers such as Roberta’s in Brooklyn. The result is some of the best pizzas in Dublin. The dough adheres to the strict Neapolitan principles, cooked in the obligatory wood-fired oven, and the 10 pizzas on offer include vegan and vegetarian options. Irish ingredients give the pizzas an appropriate local twist with swap-outs such as Toons Bridge cows-milk mozzarella and Gubbeen salami from artisan producers in County Cork as well as honey made by three-generation beekeepers the Healy family. The PI Pizzas brand also has an outpost at 23 Essex Street East in Temple Bar." - Aoife O'Riordain

We shared a New York pizza. Decent size for 2 people. The crust is amazing and very thin! The tomato sauce matches with the cheese. And the herbs and flavour were on spot. Overall, for sure is a pizzeria worth visiting and eating!! The staff was amazing and very kind. And the pizza didn't take more than 10 minutes to arrive. Give it a change. Next time I'll try the Nduja!! Thank you.

First time trying PI in temple bar! Glad to see another restaurant in the area! Top class service, the staff were so welcoming & so nice! They accommodate for lactose intolerant & vegans as they have two pizzas especially for vegans! I got the marinara & it was absolutely delicious!😋 I will 100% be back next time in Dublin! 🍕🍺

In the heart of the most tourist area of Temple Bar, you’ll find an exquisite wood-burning authentic pizza restaurant. It arrivals anything you’d find in New York City or anywhere in Naples. I needed to get eight pizzas to go for the cast and crew of a performance just down the street at the project art center. The staff was incredible to deal with and had my eight pies ready in under 10 minutes. The cast and crew raved about the pizzas plenty of options for vegan to vegetarian to a meat lovers delight.

A great place for a delicious pizza. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Casual, but still very nice setting. I wish there was more choices such as sides with pizza. But the pizza itself was quite a good size and they had some nice toppings and sauces to choose from.

We went to this pizza place a couple of weeks ago. The food was great. We were greeted by a lovely hostess. However, my only complaint is a seating area. It was quite uncomfortable and both of us felt like the walls and the seats looks like a restroom. Probably this is because of the small space inside the restaurant. However, I am quite disappointed in the tables and chair. Overall it was a good experience.

Yummy. Yummy. Chef's kiss with honey and chorizo was crunchy, sweet, and spicy. Thin pizza, do recommend.

Terrible place. Starting with the awful service: we waited a long time to be seated even though there were several empty tables, and then waited even longer to place our order. It took them about 40 minutes to attend us, and when we finally ordered, we were given only 40 minutes to eat, finish our wine, and leave the place. We ordered two pizzas, the house special and the pineapple with pork, both with burnt crusts. The house special with Nduja was slightly more acceptable. The price is not fair for the service and quality. Compared to other pizzerias in the city, this one is really bad. I won’t be coming back. On top of that, the table and chairs are not comfortable at all. There were only two servers working, and many people were waiting to place their orders, ask for the bill, and even to be seated. I really do not recommend this place.

Yum in my tum. This place was very snug so we luckily got a booth as a couple and had a lovely pizza dinner as a result! Friday night early evening wasn’t too busy. Right next to the very pretty Temple Bar pub. Really loved our pizzas and had a good glass of wine too, wasn’t too expensive! Make sure to walk a bit further out of this area if you want a drink though, otherwise you’ll be paying €11 for a pint of Guinness! Crazy.
