Piapia Hotel

Very quiet hotel in a safe neighbourhood. Extremely well connected with the City (20 min), Disneyland and Orly airport. Rooms impeccably clean with comfortable beds. There is free coffee and hot chocolate available 24/7. Extremely kind staff that makes you feel at home in their hotel. Would come back again and recommend it to my friends and family.

I had a great stay at Piapia Hotel in Paris (March 23-27). The hotel was very clean and located in a prime spot—just a 2-minute walk from Metro Line 1, which made getting around the city super easy and convenient. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly. They spoke good English and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier than the official time. On the last day, we asked if we could leave our luggage there since our flight was in the evening, and not only did they agree, but they also gave us numbered tags for our bags to ensure everything was organized and secure. Housekeeping was excellent—fresh towels were provided daily without us having to ask, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The room itself was quite spacious and very quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. The only downside was that the room didn’t have a mini-fridge. Overall, it’s a very affordable option for Paris and I would absolutely recommend it without hesitation.

Convenient location a few steps away from Metro line 1, although not the most exciting neighbourhood. Good service. Very clean room. Some marks of wear and tear in the room, but everything was working. Good value, but standards are not necessarily as high as the larger chains like ibis or holiday inn.

Very convenient place. Very near metro line 1, quiet and safe area. Very friendly and English speaking at the reception. You can leave your baggage as long as you like. A few restaurants nearby with reasonable prices if you don't want to eat in the city center. The room is very clean but a bit small. In all we were very happy with our choice.

Piapia is a charming and cozy hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the convenience of the hotel being located in close proximity to the metro, bus and RER stations. Would definitely recommend.

Its a cosy and cool hotel, perfect for a small stay with good access to transport. The coffee, water and tea station always accessible is a plus. Even travelling solo the room is quite small, no drawers, only literally 2 hangers. My first room didn't stay locked and could be opened by the outside (!), which I only found out randomly late in the first evening. Changing rooms took a while and the situation could have been better handled since I got a smaller room (with only 1 hanger...) and there was really no follow up to the situation in a way to make my hassle and worry a less stressful situation. A missed opportunity in customer service indeed but, inspite of that, I'd recommend Piapia for its general experience.

Second time at this hotel. And we loved it 😊. The stuff is great. Lovely Breakfast . Thanks again to Sam for all the tips to enjoy more Paris by night .

”We arrived 1 hour prior to the 3pm check-in, since it was only one hour we decided to wait in the hotel cafeteria area adjacent to the hotel reception desk. 10 minutes prior to 3pm, we decided to check the progress at the reception desk only to be reminded cruelly that it was not 3pm yet.
