A lovely hotel with a pretty good design and kind, good English-speaking staff. When you enter the lobby the first time, you feel welcome. It feels like a luxury hotel. My room was also very nice, though a bit close. Despite the room being tight, it was well designed and cozy night and day. The look out of the window is not spectacular, but not an issue. To both sides you can reach a diner and a bar, but also the Porte des Vincennes, a supermarket and the vibrant Rue des Pyrenees.
I had booked four hotels in Paris till now (August 2025), but Piapia Hotel so far was the best.
