Piapia Hotel

The hotel is clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location is perfect ,in a quiet neighborhood but very well connected, with Metro Line 1 just a few minutes away, making it super easy to get around Paris. A special mention to the amazing team: warm, helpful, and always smiling. Their hospitality really made a difference and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend Hotel Piapia!

Very good hotel and very clean. The staff was very welcoming with us, especially with our little princess. Close to the city center by metro and they helped us with our tickets. We will come back in the future, especially for the playroom.

3 min walk to metro Fantastic breakfast! Seriously anything you could want. Friendly staff. Clean and modern. Loved the hot chocolate at any time! Very quiet!!!!! Got the larger room which I am grateful for.

Very quiet hotel in a safe neighbourhood. Extremely well connected with the City (20 min), Disneyland and Orly airport. Rooms impeccably clean with comfortable beds. There is free coffee and hot chocolate available 24/7. Extremely kind staff that makes you feel at home in their hotel. Would come back again and recommend it to my friends and family.

I adored this place!!! This place was perfect!! As a solo traveler I wanted something cheap, but didn't want to stay in a hostel. This place was the perfect spot. I had a single room which was the perfect size for me. It was clean and stocked with everything I would need, bed and bathroom were comfy and great. It is farther out from tourist attractions, but is a 30 sec walk to metro line 1 which gets you quickly into the city (and its one of the first stops so you usually get a seat on the train haha). Staff was super nice. I checked in super early on my first day, and on my last day I had a 11:30 PM overnight bus out so I asked to leave my bags expecting to be able to get them around 5 or 6pm (which would have been perfectly fine) but I was able to leave them for much longer (around 10 pm when I was ready to go to the bus station) They even let me use a bathroom to freshen up before the bus. At that point I wasn't even a customer anymore, but they were still willing to help me. Like I said before it's in the 20th arr. so its out there but being so close to the metro, and a cheap price(at least cheap for Paris) and with it being a safe and quiet neighborhood, you are able to relax without the city center noise. It's really a great place. Would stay again when I return to Paris!! I highly recommend!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights. Perfect place for exploring Paris as subway is right next to it. The neighborhood has nice architecture to stroll around and many good bakeries (fr. boulangerie) to grab a bite.

A lovely hotel with a pretty good design and kind, good English-speaking staff. When you enter the lobby the first time, you feel welcome. It feels like a luxury hotel. My room was also very nice, though a bit close. Despite the room being tight, it was well designed and cozy night and day. The look out of the window is not spectacular, but not an issue. To both sides you can reach a diner and a bar, but also the Porte des Vincennes, a supermarket and the vibrant Rue des Pyrenees. I had booked four hotels in Paris till now (August 2025), but Piapia Hotel so far was the best.

Great locate, near M1, easy reach out the main tour attractions. The room is small, but clean and tidy, offers everything we need. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
