Food good. Service not so much. It was moderately busy, not slammed. The host couldn't seat us fast enough, not bothering to ask if we liked the table or would prefer another of the many available (we did prefer another). And not providing any information to us as 1st time customers, simply vanishing before we were even seated. The server passed us by many times without acknowledging us before getting to us. The food and drink was top notch. We ate outside on this nice summer evening and when finished I went inside to ask for a washroom. The same host brusquely and with attitude gave directions (somewhat) I found the washroom, despite him, only to find a blocked toilet. I left. Won't be back. To me Service is equal to, if not slightly above, food quality in making a good dining experience. Especially things as simple as courtesy and making a customer feel appreciated.

Delicious pizza! Have had pizza in Italy and New York and I have to say this is legit Neapolitan style pizza. Nice chewy crust, with great cheese and sauces. Got the meatballs to dip the crust in the marinara sauce. Meatball meat was very seasoned and tender. Got the Sicilian and pear pizza. Highly recommend. Beet goat cheese salad was on the best I have had. Dressing was amazing and beets cut up into bite size works so well.

Very fresh and tasty house made pizza, it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had, we spent 2 days in St. John’s, every day we had lunch in here, we tried tomato based and non tomato based pizzas, both of them are amazing! They have many customers every day but everything is organized, food was faster than I expected, the staff were friendly and attentive

The pizzas were really good. We had the American with vegan pepperoni. And the greca.
Both were really good. Definitely coming back here !

I came to this gorgeous island thinking it was seafood I wanted. Well, true. But, it was the Neapolitan pizza that I needed. Hands down, the best meal I’ve had in a long time. Great atmosphere, great service, and my god that pizza was almost life changing. Forget the fresh seafood I thought I wanted… it’s pizza fresh out of the 900 degree wood fired oven at Piatto! Thanks for a terrific meal—

Tried “SPAGHETTI + POLPETTE” and “PAPPARDELLE AL RAGÙ DI MANZO BRASATO”, and honestly, they’re bad.
The meatballs in the spaghetti are overcooked and dried out. Besides this, they added too much spice to the ground meat in an attempt to bring flavor to it, but the flavor doesn’t spread evenly and instead concentrates in different areas. This means each bite has an unbalanced taste—some are overwhelmingly spicy, while others have no flavor at all. I can see that they are trying to make something decent, but the lack of cooking techniques only makes it worse.
The tomato sauce is far too sour. They should have tried to balance it, but they didn’t.
The bread that comes with the food is also disappointing—it’s just bad.
To be honest, if you use Boston Pizza’s spaghetti as a standard, the food at this restaurant falls far below it. Their spaghetti itself is actually good, but everything else—the sauce, meatballs, and other elements—is bad.
Last but not least, I sincerely suggest your waiter use less perfume. Too much perfume breaks the smell of the food.

A wonderful family dining experience! We went for lunch with two toddlers and were so excited to find out they give kids pizza dough to play with. That wasn’t even the best part; they then baked their dough and served it to them with tomato sauce to dip to keep them busy while we waited for food! The kids loved watching the pizza station and I was happy to see the staff engage so well with them. Will absolutely be back, with my kids again!

Went here to celebrate with my friends. It was a delicious meal. They got really nice drinks as well!
Food tastes great. The place feels really nice too. It seems like an amazing place to eat at for official events or even just with friends. Will definitely go again.
