I loved this hotel! The employees are super sweet and welcoming! The room was very quiet and cool even in the height of summer. And I loved the rooftop terrace breakfast (especially the scrambled eggs, sparking water and unique views). It is extremely centrally located. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend staying here. Rooms were clean, air conditioned with beautiful views of Rome rooftops from the terrace. Enjoyed the breakfast experience with great selection and tasty coffee. The elevators are only good for luggage’s but we didn’t mind the daily work out on the stairs. Thank you 🙏 and we will visit again.

A boutique hotel in an excellent location just a two-minute walk from the Spanish Steps and now part of a new partnership with the global Marriott chain. Despite the prestigious branding, the property still needs some renovation, especially in the bathrooms, which are quite small and could be uncomfortable for guests taller than 1.70 m (5’7”). Friendly service and unbeatable location, but overall the experience is simply “decent” nothing more.

Arrived and had to wait 20 minutes to be checked in by a receptionist. The reason was because the elevator was stuck and we were advised to take our luggage up one by one. Our room’s air condition was not working, which is a recurring theme for this hotel apparently if you look back at other reviews. Initially, we were told the hotel is fully booked and that we couldn’t move to another room. Next we were given the option of moving to a smaller room but with a mildly functioning AC. All things considered, it is in a decent location for sight seeing. I would not stay here again.

Terrible service. No receptionist upon arrival. Tried calling hotel several times but line was always engaged. Finally called Marriott Sondor main offices in the US for support. Ultimately waited in the lobby for 30+ minutes. No acknowledgement or apology when the receptionist arrived. I won’t be returning. I would not recommend this property to anyone as the turbulent check in service really ruined the experience for me.

Tha hotel is small but very well located. The food is fabulous, The cook Andrea is so sweet. Everything is so delicious & fresh and the enviroment is romantic in the roof garden. Thanks a lot

Our window was falling out and husband had to climb up to fasten it as best possible. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for over an hour but was fixed as promised. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and bed comfy!
