Piazza Mercantile

Beyond beautiful in the evening. My favorite in Bari.

Nice and cute square with a number of restaurants, close to the sea. Not really a place for a chill out, but full of the Bari atmosphere.

A less important square in old Bari. We came at 10am so this neighborhood is just starting up. Nice to have Martinucci cafe opened early and its baked goods are delicious. Must be lively later on in the day

Great place to end the evening with a fun and vibrant vibe. Our last night in Bari we head over to Piazza Mercantile for some drinks and take in the crowds. Once the sun goes down, this place really comes alive

Beautiful typical South Italian market square. Not too busy so worth visiting.
