Delightful neighborhood location. Piazza belies its Café and Gelateria appearance with a complete menu for any time of day. The food is creative and includes classics (schnitzel the size of Texas w/ potato salad), vegan delights (dumplings), and daily lunch specials. When in season, come here for the moules frites and stay for the desserts. All expertly prepared and exceptionally tasty. Staff (service) can be a little hit or miss, but is generally good and welcoming. Piazza can get busy, reservations recommended for dinner.

I went to the till and before I could open my mouth, the waiter barked at me saying he was busy. After 10 mins I was eventually given the honour of ordering, and was met with passive aggressive, rude and unprofessional behaviour for absolutely no reason. Every time I asked for an additional item, he made it feel as if I was asking for the world (it was in fact just an orange juice). This place needs a vibe check!

The food is really good, but the portions (except the Schnitzel) are incredibly small and pricey. Some of the staff is very friendly, the one who seems to be the boss is rather rude. My friend politely asked for a bit more ravioli (again, micro portions) and he simply told her to buy more 🤣 even adding that she’s not the first one to complain about this matter. Such a shame because the place is lovely and the food is good..

Lunch was really tasty, prices are fare and the people in service were really nice and polite. The place has a charming and simple atmosphere. The coffee was very good. If you are looking for a quiet place to do some work on your laptop, write or read... this is a good choice.

Good place for brunch, with outside seating. Small buffet or choice of omlette, crepes, or Continental breakfast. Make your choice quickly when the waitress comes over; almost every time she has given me rolling eyes if it takes more than 2 seconds to order.

Good food, horrible service. We were promised to be transferred to another bigger table, but were forgotten and new people got the table. When then moving to a bigger table, the waitress noticed that this table was actually reserved and that happend while the food was served, we had to stand up and go inside to eat, on a warm summer day. The apparently rerved table outside was still empty when we were finished with the food. Mistakes can happen everywhere, but it is not okay to forget your customers, treat them badly and not even apologize for it. Just a warm ‘we’re sorry’ could have made everything okay.

Slow service and disorganized. We just ordered two drinks in terrace which was no full and it took ages to be served. The first waitress said she would attend us and she come only when the second waiter had already attended us. The second waiter had to ask twice for what we had ordered. We were served after people who had ordered after us. When asking for the bill we had again to ask twice. The first waitress was simply sitting outside in the terrace (I guess she was taking her break) and forgot about/ignored our bill. Quite disappointed honestly...
